Can't stop drinking my shake long enough to snap a photo!

After a day on the water, we came back in time to have a Peanut Butter Shake with Death by Chocolate ice cream and peanut butter sauce. It was rich and delicious and just what we were craving. And the service was great: super friendly and quick. The next time I'm in Seward, I hope to come back!

Huckleberry & Moosetracks
Spencer S.

Came in on a Friday evening around 7pm and was one of two patrons in the place. Several different flavors of ice cream but mostly just your standard fare. Moose tracks ice cream was good but I only found two peanut butter cups in the scoop and the huckleberry was tasty but sadly very icy. Price was fair and I'd probably come back if in the area.

It looks like just an ordinary ice cream shop, but I was so pleasantly surprised at the flavors. My husband ordered huckleberry, while I ordered moose tracks. Both flavors were unique, yet not overwhelming. It was also just the right amount of creaminess. Sometimes I have a difficult time finishing a really thick scoop of ice cream, but this one was still light! It was very very easy to finish. What I loved about the moose tracks here is that they used mini peanut butter cups instead of the usual chocolate flakes. I would highly recommend here for a sweet treat!

My Kids and I love going to this place. We kept going back. All the flavors are delicious!!! Its a "must" to try at seward!

Maui waui sherbert and banana berry burst smoothie

Very good service and delicious ice cream and smoothies. Came for an ice cream while walking around shops and was not disappointed.

If one place deserves your business, harbor st creamery is it. A great selection of ice cream flavors, cute ambiance, and simply the most friendly, kind owners/workers. The best food establishment in Seward.

The service is good. Lots of options for ice cream. The two scoops I got were perfect. Butter pecan and Bordeaux Cherry both hit the spot.

All dishes were cooked perfectly again. The fried chicken was lightly breaded and sat on top of an Asian slaw that was the perfect acidity to balance with the fried chicken. The grits had the right texture and was delicious. My halibut was seasoned with tons of flavor and cooked to perfection. Do you see a theme here? We sat near where the cook and prep the dishes before going to their respective tables. This place hums like a well oiled engine. Going to the owner's sister restaurant tomorrow and can't wait.

We took a walk to the waterfront for 15-20 mins and could have easily gotten a drink somewhere or done some window shopping. Everything was really good - starting with salmon gougere amuse bouche, the soup of the day (curry carrot?), and local oysters to the smoked scallop cocktail. The fried chicken, salmon, and shrimp and grits. We ended up ordering the cream cheese ice cream which ended up taking FOREVER since they forgot about it and never checked on us. Unfortunately the cream cheese ice cream was also kinda disappointing and was just like scooped frozen cheesecake - which don't get me wrong is delish but not worth the wait or $. Service was good until the end. Great wine options! Prices on par with SF and presumably Alaska/touristy areas.

I absolutely loved the gluten-free coating on the halibut since I'm not a fan of tempura-style batter. The Tanner crab was amazing, and the fried pickles were also great, though the portion was huge (definitely too much for one person). Service was excellent both nights. The bartenders were really friendly, and the food came out quickly and smoothly. The interior is also super cute, kind of an old-school lounge vibe with lots of velvet. There's a neon sign that says "city where the fun shines," which adds to the fun atmosphere. Such a great dinner spot in Seward.

First, the place looks like1985 retired inside in a good way. The bar in lined in plush red fabric and the photos, decor and chairs all are retro to the max but what did the food taste like? So I ordered the smash burger and roasted mini Yukon gold potatoes with creme and bacon. The burger was kinda charred I guess but still good, the server never asked how I wanted it cooked so that was a HUGE minus, but it wasn't bad just not great, the flavor was good, the veggies were fresh, just not great! The potatoes were the star of the show! They were perfectly seasoned and the creme and bacon sauce was MONEY!! They literally melt in your mouth and were roasted perfectly without being mushy. The service was good, the vibe was super chill. The place is kinda pricey for what you get but that is everything in this little town. I will be back to try some other things eventually.

Today I remembered to do all the things including take pictures of my food. I walked in and was seated immediately, I chose to sit at the bar because it's just easier and the chairs all have better cushion. After seeing another patron eating a burger i decided to order one too! Great choice. I had the jalapeño burger with bacon jam and man was it delicious. The burger was a perfect medium well, the brioche bun was perfectly toasted, the white cheddar cheese was the perfect complement to the slightly sweet bacon jam, the bacon was crispy, Smokey and not greasy. The only complaint was the slice of tomato that is out of season and tasteless. I mean it is Alaska after all. My seafood chowder which I paid an additional $4.00 for a cup was okay but whatever, the burger made up for it. All in all it was a great experience and delicious meal. Because it was the middle of the afternoon on a weekday, the place wasn't as packed and noisy as it can be sometimes. The ambiance was super relaxed today so I sat and ate inside. "Cheap beer & lousy food" is so funny to me, but also untrue! The food is delicious and oh so fresh. Service was great as well. Definitely recommend if you're in the area. The salmon is so fresh and is honestly such a big portion. We definitely could've shared between two of us. Crab cakes: (5/5) These were delicious! Such great flavors and texture. The crisp on the crab cake was perfect. The app comes with two crab cakes, but they are pretty big! Complimentary corn bread: (3.5/5) The bread was yummy. We ordered a bottle of reserve red blend. The wine was below average--the type that's barely drinkable at first and then becomes acceptable after the first glass. I wondered why it was possible to select such a mediocre bottle of wine from their menu. I suggest making a reservation at Rays Waterfront next door. All of the plates there are pricey, but based on the line out front I bet it's worth it.

Alaskan salmon was Japanese inspired with contrasting textures of crunchy breaded broccolini and soft carrots and potatoes, aioli glaze and unagi sauce.
