Stains EVERYWHERE! 3/4 pillowcases, comforter black marks. Sheets big yellow stain. Requested it to have new bedding so I could make it myself. They brought me towels. We repeated bedding. She then grabbed another staff to help "see what the issue is" we started to show her and she let us know that it was not typical of their staff. They proceeded to try and make the comforter and pillows back on that they sat on the floor. So we just ended up having to sleep with no bedding and just the sheets that were new. Bath towels had hair, shower rag brown and yellow stains, and hair in the shower. I did make mention to morning staff. Idk if it mattered to her or not. Happy to have the complimentary Breakfast and coffee. Praying this isn't a trend
