Welp.... I know they say you get what you pay for, but when you the desk gives out a key to your room to someone else and they let themselves in at 10:30 pm... When you are undressed and lying in bed!!! ALL YOU CAN DO is shout WTF!!?! But we weren't the only ones who were shocked and surprised ! The unexpecting people were very apologetic as they shut the light off and backed out of the room! The desk called about 10 minutes later to ask if someone came into our room ? But the conversation was confusing as he asked if we " had a dog in the room"? Wanting to know how this could happen? My boyfriend decided to go down to the desk to talk to the manager who dismissed the incident as "human error". He apologized but did not take responsibility for the "room invasion" even though it was the desk who gave out the additional key to our room.!!! Ps-Besides this happening, the bathroom door didn't close and they only give you 1 towel and 1 face cloth for a double room. Pss-it is a 3 story hotel without an elevator! I think I need to send an email... Psss- We went there because it was a hotel close to the Vineyard Concert we went to that night. read more

We' got stuck here while heading west thanks to the Buffalo Xmas blizzard of 2022. It's about 75$ a night after tax so I was prepared for filth. I was surprised to find none! There was no grime or mold and the linens were spot free. The girl at the front desk was so kind. No inebriated people hanging out in the parking lot or common areas. Heating situation wasn't ideal, and the shower never completely heated up either. But when you're booking a room at this price point you must expect something to be a little off. If your priority is a clean and safe living space, you've found your spot. read more

We have been staying at this hotel since 1995 and have found every stay to be a good experience. Super 8 - as the brand always is - is a no-frills experience, but you get a clean, well-maintained room at a good price. The management and staff are friendly and helpful, and are ALWAYS upgrading the hotel. Don't stop by if you are looking for the Ritz Carlton, but if you want a comfortable bed, warm room, and clean bathroom at a great price, then this is your hotel. read more

Crawled into my bed to find wet shit stains all over the sheets this is the most disgusting place I've been at. And I've had to accommodate at many motels this is by far the worst I've ever come across. The fact that I even told the manager about this and she said she couldn't do anything about it is even worse. The showers are moldy and smell awful along with the hallways. They clearly don't find the need to change sheets between guests and I find that disturbing. You're better off staying at the days inn across the street read more

When I walked in the room it smelled so bad. The floors were filthy, the beds were also filthy, the blankets had burn holes and the sheets had blood stains on it. I was itching all night and I think they had bed bugs because I had bites on me the next morning. It felt like we were gonna go through the floor in the shower. The motel is undergoing some extensive renovations, and with COVID-19 restrictions, some glitches are to be expected. (I especially missed the pool and their great breakfasts.) New management is great and Mines (Menes?) went out of his way to be helpful and make sure I was satisfied. I will be back! read more

This place is really old and falling apart. If the missing siding on the exterior wasn't enough to warn me, the condition of the room sure did. We got a king suite, but the furniture is outdated, the sheets are stained and have burned cigarette holes in them, and the room smelled of cigarettes. We only left our things on the counter near the sink so as not to touch the carpet or anything with fabric in the room just in case. As soon as I get packed, I'm out of here this morning. read more

Excellent customer service and room. Great value where other hotels were asking nearly twice the rate of the Super 8. We arrived without a reservation and were greeted by the very courteous and helpful representative. Our room was clean and modern and was furnished with a microwave and refrigerator. Fantastic hotel at a reasonable rate. The staff and owners are polite and helpful. Room was tidy, comfortable, and a nice size. Sweet smelling soap, a flat T.V., a larger sized mini-fridge, microwave, small coffee maker, and free high-speed internet were all included with my room. There is also a decent continental breakfast every morning. The hotel is right off the highway and in walking distance from gas stations, a grocery store, pharmacy, and a good number of fast food restaurants. Extremely disappointed! No elevator, so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage. I don't know how this hotel have a rating of 4+ stars!!!! I would not give it more than 2. On a positive note, you do get a fridge and microwave. Could really use some sprucing up as it is very outdated. Here's the real kicker, our deadbolt did not work!!! My mother stayed here a couple years ago and it was absolutely appalling. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. I know the owners are the same as they were then, so I'm sure nothing has changed. There was mold EVERYWHERE. There were mouse turds in the drawers. There was dirty plastic silverware and Styrofoam plates in there too. What the heck!? It smelled awful. There were disgusting stains (drool marks? I don't know!) on all of the pillows. My sister saw them as the cleaning lady was putting cases on them. The carpet was filthy. It is a real sh*t hole. Despicable. Of course they gave my mother a hard time about getting her money back. But in the end we got it back and then some. I wrote a nice letter to their corporate office; along with photos. It was horrendous. The scummiest of people hang out around here.
