Looked OK but ordered double-sided signs that were supposed to work with wooden stakes.. I received corrugated plastic signs that were simply turned sideways with no way to attach them to the wooden stakes or wire stakes. I reached out to the company to ask their recommended method of attachment and received no response. Would not order again. I have ordered several times from this company and have been satisfied but not this time. I ordered some yard signs online and somehow either missed the offer code for free shipping or it was not applied. I noticed this after ordering. I immediately contacted the company and explained the problem and that I would appreciate if they could extend me the free shipping. They said they could not and would not. Spent $4500 on signs, filled out the shipping part on their website and it charged me approx $800 for shipping which I thought was high but I paid it anyway. ten days later they try to up charge me another $647 claiming the shipping was more than they thought....ummm not my problem. Went there after 3 weeks and they said they needed more time... My wife was there and was very upset and started crying because we were already late for the signs we needed... 2 stars because the signs look great. Minus 3 because the two times I've had to call and speak to someone the person on the other end of the line (2 different people) were rude and unhelpful. Called today because my signs arrived and only half the stakes did. Called to find out when the others would come and was told "don't know". They have to open an investigation. Well, shockingly I need the stakes for the signs which need to be used on a certain date. I ordered this all in plenty of time to make sure I had everything when we needed it. Telling me "dunno" on the list half of the stakes is not helpful. The other solution I was given was to place a new order and I'd get reimbursed when they investigation was resolved "depending on the outcome". That did not make me feel comfortable placing a duplicate order. The signs are fine, the price was good, but the customer service is subpar. read more

I was lured in by the "super cheap" pricing, of course. But it was a scam I soon discovered. When I got to the checkout I found out my small thin lightweight sign was going to cost 3 times the going rate to be shipped to me - and not quickly. I was in a rush so I bought the sign. Bad choice! The sign never arrived and I found out the the other cheap thing was the customer support - NONE. When I tried to contact them, there was no chat, no email, and phone support was closed. I went through the process to create my own sign (per the usual steps). I noticed the limited color options for text on the yard signs, but I was ok with that as I only needed 1 sign to put in a yard as I was servicing a house. I created the sign, selected a 12" x 18" size, full color, and 2 sides. I added an economy wire frame as well. The total came to $19.91. Totally reasonable! Then expecting MAYBE a $3.99-$7.99 shipping they have the audacity to try to charge $37.91 for STANDARD shipping! Bringing the total to $57.82. It's nice of them to offer 2 expedited options for $45.90 and $55.90 PLUS the cost of the sign and frame! For Shipping of 1 SMALL sign! They are the typical online company..... "I'll sell you whatever you want for cheap, but I'll make up for it in shipping!" It's such a shady business practice! read more

This company is a rip off. I submitted vector images of our company logo. They re-typed it in a different font and submitted the proof for approval. I asked them which format they needed it in since it looked nothing like our trademark logo. They couldn't get it right and charged me a fee for the proof that took them 5 minutes to type in the wrong font. read more

I purchased two Banner signs from these super cheap IDIOTS. Someone called me two days later alerting me to a typo and corrected it and said they also missed the typo and it was their job to catch things of that nature before production. I asked why does it appear as if the banner was in portrait form and he said that it just looks that on the computer and it will be in landscape when it is produced. He also said that he would make a note of that. Well I got the Banners and guess what? The banners are in portrait form. I called and had to leave a message and got a call back. I think was the same person that I spoke to that was telling me that everything was okay. I asked if he could see whom called me last week and he said no. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM!!! SHODDY BUSINESS PRACTICES THAT ALMOST IS CRIMINAL!!!! They put a hold on my debit card funds for over $1000 when I placed a order. 10 minutes later they put a charge thru for over $1000. I then had over $2000 of my money tied up waiting for my order. When I notified them of what they had done they denied it! I sent them copies of my account showing the double charges and they still denied it! When I told them they would be responsible for any overdraft charges I occur they canceled my order and told me they would refund my money in 5 to 7 days!! Now they have over a $1000 of my money in their pocket and a hold of over $1000 on my account that still has not been released and I now don't have the funds to place the order elsewhere! Great experience. The signs look just as expected and were delivered promptly. My only complaint, and it is minor, is that the box used to deliver the signs was falling apart and had been packed so that when the UPS guy dropped it on the corner, it crushed a few of the top signs corners. Perhaps a more durable box or some padding around the signs would have been better. Otherwise a job well done, will use them again. read more

I ordered two, 12" x 12" aluminum signs for our condo complex on 11/9/16. First of all, Super Cheap Signs advertises a quick turn-around time on their website, so I expected them to ship within a few days, especially since I was talked into paying extra for expedited shipping. That was not the case, however--the signs were finally shipped on 11/17/16 (8 days later), and delivered on 11/23/16. Not only was production slow, but when I opened the box I was totally shocked at the quality of work. The printing was obviously cockeyed and and the lettering appeared smeared. There were also areas around the black border where the paint had already chipped. I immediately wrote to let Super Cheap Signs know how disappointed I was. I was asked to send photos which I did. I then received a call letting me know they would give me a refund for the signs, but that I would be required to eat the shipping charge which was nearly $50. I told them I just wanted them to reprint the signs better, but they responded that what I received was the best they could do. Seriously!? If you don't mind mediocre quality, high prices, and slow production, then this is the company for you. If not, STEER CLEAR! BEWARE: my first order was cancelled, but I had to make a follow-up call 1 month later because I still had not received a refund on my credit card. A very shady practice in my opinion. Pretty darn happy with these guys and glad they're local! A few years back I had another print shop make up some magnetics for my shop to be placed on the side of my Toyota Tundra. After just two days of use one of them blew off the car. I decided to try again with SCS being that they sell these magnetics often and their price was spot on. I used their online design template allowing me to upload my own .jpg logo and just added a bit of text to it. I was a bit leery with online templates thinking that the final design would be cut incorrectly or the picture quality would be fuzzy but that wasn't the case. I ordered signs and metal holders for an event. The signs came in time, but the metal holders didn't. I called and explained how the delay of the metal holders would affect the marketing I was trying to do for an event. The customer service person assured me I would have them a week before the event took place. The second order was never placed and I was unable to promote the event with signs. *** Zero Credit Card Security *** I worked on 3 campaigns, 2 years apart and each campaign had money stolen from their campaign credit cards shortly after purchasing signs from this website. When I called supercheapsigns and spoke with a manager, aside from being extremely unprofessional, he could not review the security measures they take to safeguard your credit card information. When I asked to speak with his manager he said he was as high up as I was going to talk to and hung up on me. I have had extensive experience with being a manager and I can tell you with 100% certainty that this man that I spoke with was not a manager. So for those customers that this has not happened to, wonderful. But I felt a responsibility to let others know what we have experienced with this sign company. This is not a coincidence, rather, SuperCheap Signs is the common and obvious denominator. Campaign money is accumulated by donations from people. It is not money that no-one will notice is gone, nor is it responsible for those managing campaign funds not to require honest handling of that money. I just got my order and they came right on time and they even made the two sides correctly with the arrow pointing in different directions. My only complaint is the design program for making the signs does not work well. I used it both in Chrome and Firefox and it would not let me change fonts and sizing. It took four times to get the signs correct which was a bit of a drag. Other than that they are very competitively priced and a very quick turn around. I uploaded my pre designed sign and also designed my own open house arrow signs. I placed my order and it arrived on my front door two days before expected. I searched the web for someone who would make those plastic road signs cheap. I was tired of paying local print stores $35 to make a sign. I found three companies and Super Cheap Signs was the cheapest, so I gave them a try. They sent a proof back real quick, called me on the phone to verify part of my art, and sent me e-mail updates when the signs were done, and when the signs shipped (they even sent me an email during hurricane Sandy to remind me that deliveries may be delayed due to the storm as my business is in Maryland).
