As a person with food allergies, it is exciting to find a restaurant that is so accommodating. After writing to ask about ingredients, my inquiries were thoroughly researched and I was really excited to find that not only was their food compatible with my allergies, but they also had an order form that made it really easy to customize my order so I can avoid other allergens. Now, the food is quite pricey for my family's budget, but if you order carefully, there are ways to make it reasonable, and it is worth ordering because their food is absolutely delicious. One trick is getting a double patty on one sandwich and cutting it in half to share it between two people. It saves you about 5 bucks per meal. I crave their chicken coating, which seems to have a little bit of powdered sugar in the recipe, for a sweet little hint, and I absolutely love their sweet fries. Who knew that adding sugar to potatoes could be so delicious. I have yet to try their cajun or rosemary pepper because you get so much in an order, we struggle to finish a small between two people, usually, but eventually, I hope to try them all and I just know we'll love them. If you want some delicious chicken that tastes different from anything else in town, I suggest giving Super Chix a try. read more

The price is outrageous for what you get, there are no meals so you have to get everything individually. They just throw your food in the bag, and the do not put the fries in anything they just throw them loose in your bag. They messed up horribly on our order and got very little correct we will not be back there are much better places with much better food and service than you receive here. read more

Wow. Just... I placed my order for pickup. The grub hub app didn't work, so I called the restaurant. The person that answered wasn't paying attention and didn't give me a time frame for my order. When I arrived I was treated EXTREMELY RUDELY by two girls that worked there. Probably because I was wearing my mask to protect them. The food was cold and soggy... Today was my first time experiencing this fine establishment. Losing a virginity never felt so good. First I would like to describe the "flavor station" or sauces that are presented to you... for dipping and adding to your chicken. They were all amazing. The chicken was crispy... and held up under the pressure of the delicious garlic aioli it came with and honey mustard that I slathered that sexy little number in. Usually I stray away from most flavors, but I could not resist the tangy sweet delicious honey mustard. Their honey mustard is not like other chain restaurants... even as I type, my jowls are quivering filling with saliva. The bun was perfectly soft and buttery. Now before I get myself worked up into a tizzy, let's talk about the fries. Thin, crispy, and seasoned with Rosemary Pepper. The magic that happened with my super chicky and I was breathtaking and a one of a kind moment, but then I upon trying the fries I was slingshotted into a flavor explosion that felt almost erotic. It all started with a tingle.. the seasoning, the crunch, the cheese... and then I hit that flavgasm with their buttermilk ranch... I want this account to remain a family oriented collection of helpful reviews, but something happened to me... I WILL be going back for more. Really wanted to like this place but the employees obviously don't care about their jobs or how they represent this business. I've ordered door dash 3 times from here over the course of a few months and the presentation has been terrible, every time. First order didn't even look like they put the fries in the container and more like they just scooped them into the bag. Second order was missing ranch I paid for and fries were subpar. 'The last great chicken sandwich' is a bit of a stretch. Honestly for the price, it's not that great. Breading on the chicken was thin and nonexistent in spots. It lacked in flavor and with the wide array of sauces, it makes sense. The fries are pretty good and seem like they are cut and made in house. I would say support a local establishment or cook at home. For four people, it's going to set you back around 50 bucks. Pro's - Chicken is awesome and really good size. - Fries seem to be good (more later on this) - staff are nice, overwhelmed, but courteous. Con's - No online ordering yet - Calling in order's doesn't seem to work yet - Need to really have a solid process in place for to go orders. - Fries dumped in bag, sandwich containers put on top of fries. Called in an order, 22-25 minute pick up...cool. Got to the store, waited for 45 minutes. Found my order sitting on a table....cold. Requested to get a new order, no problem. Got in the car and checked the order, missing 3 things. Back in the store. now over 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Get home, the fries are now cold, reheating all the sandwich's and fries. Staff was nice when I brought up my frustration. They did issue a store credit for part of the order. The store didn't know that this was my wife's choice as its her birthday and of all things this is what she wanted (She saw the signs and was so happy to see this new addition to BZN), but it wasn't a good experience. The store is new and trying to work out the kinks. I wouldn't call in any orders, just go in and wait in line. I chose three stars because you can't choose two and a half. That's how this place has been to me. Half the time it's pretty good. The other half the chicken comes out cold and the staff acts like they're being inconvenienced by having to take your order. When the food is hot it's pretty good, but their inconsistency really makes it tough to go here. The sandwiches aren't cheap and who the hell wants to pay 8.50 for a cold chicken sandwich. However, the custard is delicious. Overall I'd say unless you like to gamble... don't bother with this place. read more

I work in a shopping center near here so I've been in a number of times when I haven't had the opportunity to travel farther for lunch. The food is always great! But there is an older woman, Patty, who has been working the register lately and she is terrible! Very inappropriate and rude. The chicken strips on both meals we ordered were burnt, as well as the chicken on my Southwest salad. The wrong dressing was on my salad, as well. The chicken sandwich was not great, and the breading was sticky on both the sandwich and my salads chicken. The fries were good, though! The price we paid for 2 kids and 2 adults would have fed us all at another place two times, and we wouldn't have left still hungry because we couldn't eat what was given to us. The saving grace was the super sweet employee at the register. The rest of the employees were very unhelpful. We had a small spill and I could not get anyone to help me with a towel or a paper towel product, so I had to go search for a sani bucket and napkins to clean it up with. I wouldn't mind so much if there was someone to tell me where they were, but I got zero help in finding it. Basically this is 5 guys but with chicken, and terrible customer service. I spent more time trying to talk to someone and clean up my mess than sitting with my family and eating. Kind of disappointed, and we will most likely not be back. read more

Ordered the Korean BBQ Chicken sandwich and the Deluxe, both were very good for the price. The fries are somewhere between Five Guys in flavor and McDonalds in crispiness, which makes for a tasty middle. But my favorite surprise was the custard shake, it's really tasty!
