I got the bacavo ranch chicken sandwich and my husband got the original with pickles. We got Cajun seasoned fries as a side. Everything is a La carte so no combos. The ranch, signature sauce, Korean bbq and buffalo sauces were good and I liked my sandwich. There wasn't much bacon or avocado on it so next time I would probably get the buffalo ranch sandwich instead. The salads looked good as well so you can always get a salad with grilled chicken for a lighter option. The Cajun fries were good and custards looked great too. Super Chix is not bad. It's a 3.5 star place. But is it a place I'm excited to go? Not really. I'm not a huge chicken sandwich guy. My co-workers are, so I go here without complaining. Super Chix specializes in high-end chicken sandwiches. Honestly, their sandwiches are decent for chicken sandwiches. Everyone says they're like a higher end Chick Fil A. And I think that's a good comparison. Their sandwiches are juicy and good. They have several different options from Simple, which consists of a breaded chicken breast, pickles, and a bun. To something more complex like Cordon Bleu which has ham, swiss cheese, and honey mustard. They also have non-chicken options like their Crispy Avocado which is breaded avocado as the "meat" on a bun. Their ingredients are good. Their bun are Potato Rolls, and their fries are hand cut. And if you order fries, they give you a ton. 2 people can share 1 order of fries. I like how they don't skimp out. They also do custard, which I haven't tasted. Their ambiance is your typical, trendy, modern, soul-less, shiny box restaurant that all new restaurants are doing these days. You wait in line, then order, then they give you your number to bring it out to you. The service is very friendly, almost Chick Fil A like (they don't say "my pleasure" when you thank them though). They seem to bring the similar formula to make it seem familiar to people. They also have outdoor seating at this location. Like I wrote, it's a 3.5 star place. It's not bad. The sandwich is good if you like, avocado (a little bland though) - we added some homemade guacamole to it, and that took it over the top. You get a generous amount of fries. This is the first time I have ever seen this restaurant chain. I drove here for a different restaurant and they were closed today (Sunday) so this was a last minute change of plans. The restaurant was busy, family oriented, and bright and clean. Food came out quickly and was nice and hot. One thing I should point out is that they do not have combos. Everything is ala carte. This meant that I only got a sandwich and a drink. The lack of fries turned out to be a good thing as the sandwich is large and full of flavor. The breading wasn't heavy and just right. Once I finished my tasty sandwich, I was happy that I didn't order fries as I would t have had enough room to finish them. If you haven't tried this place you should. I didn't have room for any custard (on of my favorite things) so I will try that on another visit. read more

We got the simple chicken sandwich, the bbq chicken sandwich, blackened chicken sandwich, chicken salad, French fries, chicken tenders and two cold fusions! The fried chicken is so good. This is a chain I've never before visited and was excited to try. I stopped in for a late lunch, after 2pm, and there was no crowd which was nice. Location Another addition to the new Perimeter shopping center. This is nestle in the corner. You can enter from shopping center side or from the side that faces the street. Parking They share a limited, free parking lot. There are lots of other business in the shopping center so finding a spot up close could be very hard to come by. Food Their menu is to the point and easy to read. They specialize in chicken and offer sandwiches, grilled or breaded, and chicken tenders. I decided on a simple chicken sandwich and cajun fries. The chicken is big! I'm not complaining, I like that you'll get a good size for the price. Also, they are generous with their fries. To me, the fries tasted fresh cut and were seasoned well. My sandwich came with a few pickles. They tasted like they were somwhere in the middle of dill and bread & butter. Personally, I hate bread & butter pickles and couldn't get passed that to keep eating them. The chicken is seasoned, but it's missing something that I just couldn't put my finger on. There are many condiments to try. Their buttermilk ranch was my favorite. A close second was the Korean bbq and signature sauce. On my next visit, I intend to try their chicken tenders and custard. I saw a sign that beer will be coming soon. Seating They have a good amount of seating indoors; both low and high top tables. Also booth spaces. I am an early fan. I went here on opening day (2/20/2023) and once again later in the week. They are clearly heavily staffed for the grand opening...so no issues with service. Hope that holds as the staffing ramps down to normal levels. Parking in this new shopping center can already be a little challenging. On opening day I had to park on the opposite side of the parking lot. No biggie as it isn't a long walk, but during peak times, don't expect to be able to park right in front. There are a ton of other eateries in this brand new shopping center so expect the lunch rush to present a challenge at times regarding parking. This is a typical quick serve restaurant where you order at the front counter, then take a number so they can bring you your food. Service both times was very quick and attentive. Food was clearly freshly made a quite tasty. On my first trip, I had the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. It was very very good especially when I added their house sauce. The regular salted fries were very good. Clearly freshly cut and fried just right. On my second trip I had the Buffalo Ranch chicken sandwich with Cajun fries. It was good, but I will say that I prefer the Nashville. The Cajun fries were definitely an upgrade to the regular ones in my opinion. I love that they have a sauce bar so that you can easily (and for free) try all sorts of sauces. Small ding for having Pepsi products versus Coke, but I'll survive. The rest of the food makes it worth it. Will definitely be one of my go to lunch spots. The chicken breasts used on the sandwiches are just the right thickness and crispness, fries are great, they have a sauce bar, and service is spot on for now. Way to go! Came here for lunch to try out one of the newer places in this shopping center. Not very impressed with these chicken sandwiches and chicken fingers. The chicken itself doesn't seem to be seasoned enough, as the sauces (of which there are many) are certainly needed. The chicken sandwiches are average sized, but being priced at $8-10 each (not a meal deal) is quite surprising. The size of the chicken fingers were on the small end of the spectrum as well, and these end up costing $2-2.50 a chicken finger, which is a complete ripoff. The fries were good, and you could also have your fries seasoned with salt, cajun, or rosemary pepper. There are multiple sauces you can try and are self-serve, but I feel they can cut out half of them and still provide enough variety for most anyone looking for chicken fingers. In the end, I feel like this place is trying to do too much (sauces, seasonings, etc) for something fairly simple like chicken fingers. 1.5 stars read more

Interesting take on American favorites. The Bacavo Ranch Chicken Sandwich and Rosemary French fries were unexpectedly good. The prices were a good value. But the standout to us was the helpful, courteous staff. The entire staff was very friendly to us and other customers.
