I really want to like this place. It's local and the food tastes fresh every time. But it's just not worth it. Tonight was the third time I've visited. Ordered the Caesar wrap on a protein wrap, nothing else. I also asked for black olives, which apparently are a dollar upcharge? I found that odd... also more odd that the worker didn't use the portion spoon to scoop the olives but rather her gloved hands and pinched a small amount with the rest of the (rather skimpily portioned) ingredients. Also, when it came time to actually wrap it, she ripped a third of the tortilla. This was before she started moving the ingredients to the wrap... but instead of grabbing a new one, she fought that tortilla until it was pieced together snugly in the paper. She then proceeded to cut it in half with a plastic salad knife, which was also odd -- does this place not have kitchen knives? Not hating on her, she was nice and she took her time with the wrap (urgency doesn't seem to be an issue at this place). And the wrap tasted good. But if I'm spending $19+ after tip on a single wrap with no side, no drink, and small portion sizes, I might as well walk my happy ass 400 feet to Publix for a decent wrap at half the cost. This is my second visit to this location. The first time, I found this place to be overpriced and slow-moving, and it was exactly the same experience. Because of my prior experience, I ordered online. My order was supposed to take 25 minutes max to be prepared. I got there around the 25 minutes mark and my food was nowhere in sight. There were three or four employees in the entire restaurant, from what I can see. They have a board in which you can see the status of to-go orders, and my name was nowhere in sight. There was a handful of people who were waiting before me and were still waiting after me. After 15 additional minutes, I got my food. The employee handed me the bowl with no bag, no fork, and no napkin--I had to ask. I am patient when it comes to food service these days because everyone is so understaffed. They were working hard but honestly, this location has been like this since it opened. The food was ok, but nothing spectacular. I got a bowl (think Cava style but not as good) for $18. I 100% like this location better than my previous Chopt. Akman was amazing and really helpful to my pallet when I asked about the seasonal items. Typically when I go to other locations and ask their opinion, they don't really give me any feedback and just let me know they'll be back with me. I live in N Druid Hills area now and will travel to this location more often just based on my interaction with him and how pleasant he was. First and last time there - got the Southwestern Steak Salad: the steak was too tough to eat, the half slice of bread included was stale. Something was included that was very, very peppery. Not a single jalapeño tho so not sure what. They compress it into a paper bowl that will expand into a large bowl that could feed 4 people. The line was lowkey long so I decided to grab a seat and order through the app. By the way you get to collect points and it just so much easier. Anyway, I decided to try the Kale Caesar Salad with no protein. It was around 8$. You get to choose add in's, heavy on the dressing? tossed in? Normal dressing? or if you want it on the side? ...... While I was waiting, the guy that was attending the dining area was sweeping near me and he was sweeping the dirt my way without the dust pan. It felt like the times when your mom would sweep and she goes under your feet to finish cleaning. If you know you know but I didn't like how he was sweeping around me. That's the only reason I rated this place a 4 out of 5. Moving along, The salad was big enough for me to not complain of being hungry after! The kale was fresh, equally tossed with Caesar Dressing and the croutons were mixed in well. I am convinced enough to only come here to get my salads compare to other fast food salads. The ceasar salad was really good, but they do skimp on ingredients. I added grilled chicken and to make it go a long way I had to cut up the pieces. That would not deter me from going back though. I did have to reframe my paying that much for a chicken ceasar salad by telling myself, if it was a burger you'd pay this much and you enjoyed this just as much if not more. FYI, self won and enjoyed immensely. I really liked that they mix the salad quite nicely. Also, had a very pleasant experience with the guy who assisted me. I wish I could remember his name. This location is located in the mall with the new Publix, not in the next mall over with the Chili's (in case anyone's GPS brings them to the wrong location like mine did). Inside is clean, spacious and the gentleman who helped me was informative and friendly. The salad itself was quite mediocre for $13; I added protein, shrimp was an extra $5, and wishing I tried the falafel instead. The shrimp was chewy, almost like it was over cooked then chilled. The salad was just okay. I wish it was filled to the top like in the advertised pics, but the customer service made up for it. I've been wanting to try Chopt for some time now, and now that I did, not sure if I'd return. Lots of options and additions to choose from, but I believe additional toppings are .75 per addition, something around there. A bit pricey for such a meh salad. read more

It was my first time at Chopt, and I completely loved the experience. Steve helped us with our order. He was very friendly and explained all the different salad options they have. The place is very well decorated. Have a big space for dine-in. We got the Warm Chicken Tinga salad. Ingredients were fresh and It was delicious. You can choose from the list of salads and bowls or you can build your own. They can make any salad into a wrap for you. I went to dine in on 11/16/25 and received the worst customer service I've ever experienced. No greeting at all. And once we got to the counter it took the employees at least 5 minutes before they even acknowledged us. Once we ordered the guy had to look at the menu to even know how to make the order. My mom ordered soup and he forgot it. Thankfully we were not charged for it. I made a drink and noticed there were no straws. The lady said she would bring some after she was finishing making an order. I ate my whole meal and still no straw. She said she was coming. I sat for another few minutes while my mom finished her meal. We went to the counter to find out they didn't have any and the guy even said he's never even seen straws there before which is ridiculous because my drink is in a Togo cup with a lid. He told me to go the Panda Express to get a straw. I did and then realized the sweet tea wasn't even sweet. Food was decent but I don't think I'd come back to this location. read more

The food was fine, but I was immediately disappointed by the service and the attitude I encountered at the door. The front door clearly states that service animals are allowed, yet a woman came out from the back, waving her finger and yelling that no dogs were allowed. I tried to explain that my dog is a service animal, but she wouldn't let me speak. Thankfully, I had a friend with me who could hold my dog outside while I ordered separately, as I simply didn't want to argue with her. Love this place. It is one of my go to places when I am in town. Great way to eat clean while traveling. I wish we had one of these near me! Staff is friendly, food is good, only thing I would suggest is a few more premade salad selections by season, but you can do a build your own so no worries they will make it how you like it. However, each time I pick up a salad ordered through the app my experience is disappointing. The first time I ordered via the app I added and paid for edamame on my salad. For whatever reason, that was left out. I reached out to customer service and they refunded my money. It was a very easy process. The most recent time I ordered via their app, the bread was missing and they didn't put any dressing on my salad. After reviewing my online order I, I ensured that I did ask for bread and a regular amount of dressing. I was on the hunt for something healthy and decided on a salad. I remembered this location was nearby so I decided to order for the first time. I logged onto the website to place a pick up order. I loved that I had the option to create my own bowl since I have some dietary restrictions. I got the warm grain bowl with spinach, chicken, balsamic vinaigrette and a few other toppings. I headed over to the location and my order happened to be ready earlier than estimated which was perfect timing for me. I had some issues with the curbside pick up so I ended up going inside to grab my order. I headed back to work where I started to eat the bowl and the taste was great. However there were extremely hard pieces of what I assumed to be rice or some kind of grain. I honestly felt like my teeth would crack if I continued. I tried to eat what I could and avoid the rock hard pieces but to no avail. I will say the bowl tasted great. I'm not sure if the grains are usually this hard but if that's the case, I probably won't be returning. read more
