AMAZING! I am new to LA and took my car in here to get the back bumper fixed after getting rear-ended and they did a phenomenal job. Only one word can describe the quality of work completed on my mother's vehicle. "SUPERB" I took my mother's Mercedes-Benz to Super Collision for rear-end damage. Since the car is always parked outside in the sun, the hood and the roof's clear coat paint had faded. The crew did an outstanding job repairing the damage that was caused by the accident. The workmanship of painting the hood and the roof of the vehicle was as good as if Mercedes-Benz themselves had done the work. Super Collision did an excellent in touching up my 2008 Tour Master Gulfstream 40F. Great quality and excellence service. I would recommend them to all RV owners. I only wish they were able to manufacture the decals on the RVs. I have to find some to make the TOUR MASTER lettering to match the right side. Super Collision Center - GOOD AS NEW!! - Auto Repair Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I was recommended this shop and I respect the person who recommended them. Took my Subaru Outback to them after getting rear ended. Some frame damage, spare tire well was bent, hatch was bent and damaged, bumper reinforcement and trailer hitch were bent, and the bumper cover itself was scratched and cut. They got an estimate together quickly, got me into the rental car handled by the insurance of the person who hit me. I spoke with Vic for a while and everything seemed above board. The place seemed very busy and professional. A little bit hectic but most body shops are. I made a specific request for work done, because I wanted to replace the aftermarket hitch with a full custom bumper as I do take my Outback off-road and camping so I'd like to build something better than just a factory bumper cover. The money that would be spent replacing support, hitch, and cover plus the paint repair work would cover the expense of having a custom bumper made for my car. Not an issue, they understood what I wanted and would cut the check for the difference on the repair work. Pretty normal for insurance claims, you don't have to get your car repaired if you don't want, or you can take it to a different shop to get the work done. Everything seemed on the up and up. With them and it felt like things would be taken care of very well by them. I picked up my car and the work looked great, color matched well, the Subaru silver didn't look off, and the floor of the car was straight and proper. I noticed that the tail lights in the hatch weren't flat with the light on the body. When I pointed this out, Vic told me no problem I can bring it back at my convenience and they would do any touch ups, that I had a warranty etc. That didn't really sit well with me but I wanted to be back in my car again after 3 weeks and I headed home. The only reason I noticed how shoddy the detail was on my car was the fact that I didn't have them complete the bumper cover install etc. The rear quarter vents were exposed because the bumper cover wasn't on, so I decided to look behind them to check the workmanship. There were a handful of screws and bolts on one side and a bunch of metal shavings that were already rusted and embedded into the seam sealer and paint in the other. Both pockets were completely disgusting, and the rust would have eaten into the body rapidly if I had not caught it. The pockets themselves have a drain in the event water or moisture gets into them, designed so that water doesn't cause rust. If you add a bunch of raw metal shavings in to those pockets, all the drain in the world won't help. The rust was embedded into the paint meaning it had gotten wet and dried on top of the painted surface. I also noticed a missing bolt on my hatch, and that the chassis of the car had been scratched when they were fitting and adjusting the hatch itself. There was also a mysterious scratch in the paint above my rear driver door that wasn't there when I dropped the car off. Luckily I had made my specific request or in a year I would have had major rust issues in the body of my car. I emailed them a copy of the images and expressed that I was let down by the care and concern they had shown my car. Also letting them know that I wasn't angry at them, but that I was angry at the lack of care, they can't look over the shoulder of their employees 24/7. I've been in the business and I understand things happen. I also let them know I expect them to take care of these issues and that it is quite a drive to and from their location for me. I walked in because my car was having a hard time starting and I just wanted to know what was going on. Fred came out right away to take a look at it with his computer. Everything seemed ok there so he said that it was probably the battery. After a more thorough look under the hood, Sergio (the mechanic) confirmed and asked if I wanted to change it right there. I asked about the prices and did a quick comparison with what was done around, and finally agreed. 30 minutes later my car was ready to go! In the meantime I had a good conversation with the owner of the business and Fred himself, both were nice and kept me updated in real time about what was going on with my car. I would give Super Collision center 10 stars if that was an option. Super fast, efficient, helpful staff and amazing prices. I took my car to Mercedes Benz service center and they told me the parts are back ordered and might take up to a couple of months until they receive them, the job would take at least a couple of days according to them and they didn't have loaners at all times so if was super lucky I'd get a loaner at the time of service and the price was 3 times more expensive than Super Collision! Yes x 3 !!! Best part of the experience: The whole thing took 15 minutes total from the time I arrived there. Vigen, (I hope I'm spelling his name right) the gentleman in the office told me to wait there and I thought I'm waiting to get an estimate or something but then he came back after 10 minutes and said your car's ready! Do not go here. Ross is a huge liar and a thief. Also very badly mannered. It took almost 2 months to get my car back from him and the body work is horrible and not properly done. Anyone can tell that I was in an accident because he did such a poor job on the repair. These guys are a scam, they do work that looks good initially, but overtime it really shows the poor quality of their work. The paint they used was not high quality and started to fade out a difference color, even those they said they used Lexus paint. They also took much longer then they initially quoted. I don't even think they replaced parts as much as just bent the broken parts into place. Would not go here again, beware!! read more

Great service! Quick completion, and very good quality work. I took my 08 M3 there after a good friend recommended this place. I was a little skeptical, but when I met with Ross and Vic I was more comfortable. I had to get my rear bumper cover repaired and I was feeling quite noxious about the impending "not perfect "result. They promised the car in 3 days. Vic called me on the 2nd day telling me it was done. Wow!
