They are nothing but unprofessional and we are STILL trying to settle the claim for our personal property. They keep playing the "we have 90 days to settle" which is already the most unprofessional customer service. I personally work in the I insurance industry and strive to pay promptly, efficiently and effectively for what is owed. They clearly damaged out personal property and wanted to pay us 30.00 to repair. First of all, 30.00 won't even pay for a trip charge for a reputable furniture repair man to come fix. Secondly, our furniture was brand new and the company was provided with receipts and proof of purchase. They don't return phone calls and take up to a week to reply to an email. I caution anyone who need se their furniture moved that they are not dealing with professional people. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Do not trust this company. The movers arrived and packed the truck with the boxes we prepared to move to our house that was just across town. It took them an hour to go approximately 9.5 miles. I arrived at our new home and started calling to see where they were. They stated they "had to stop to pick up another mover to help", and that the move was bigger than they thought. We moved right before the holidays, so we didn't start unpacking everything right away. Over the last few months, we slowly started unpacking and we have noticed things are missing- our $300+ stand mixer, a box of glassware,crockpot... all were neatly packaged in their original boxes and it was obvious what was in each box. We believe when they stopped to "get the other guy", that they stole our belongings. Also, our tv stand was damaged, along with many other dings and scratches in walls and furniture. I have since contacted the company, who will offer NOTHING and take zero responsibility. I just hope my personal experience is not something common with this company. read more

Very disappointed about the service. They didn't have clear instructions about the piece of equipment they were going to move even though they had gone to see it weeks before. They showed up with no pallet jack and they did what they could but scratched the garage epoxy floor and and some parts of the machine. I wouldn't recommend them at all. read more

SKETCHY. We hired movers from this company well in advance (almost 2 months). I was waiting at the storage unit for an hour before I called and they apologized and told me they were sending their "sister company" movers from the westside and that they would arrive in the next 45 mins. Ok, Fine, a heads up would have been NICE. 45 mins went by, called AGAIN and they said it would be ANOTHER 45 mins. Finally they arrived at the storage unit. They were then agitated at the state of the organization of my unit (which had been loaded by an equally horrible moving company). The head guy was constantly on his phone, talking all the time. But what really bugged me is when they arrived at my house and he started to FACETIME while in my house and moving the phone around to show all my stuff!! NOT OK. I confronted him and he said he was just talking to his other workers?!?! I was weirded out and asked them to please unload my stuff as quickly as possible and leave my house. read more

This was by far the WORST moving experience I have EVER had!!!!! They seemed great over the phone the receptionist was a very polite nice girl, we got a reasonable deal on the move. But the movers showed up late, my 13 y/o son and his friend did more work than the moving guys did. While loading stuff on the trailer one of the guys was on the phone and talking to people in the parking lot of my apartments trying to get more business. They argued with each other the entire time, they were slow and sloppy. We got everything out of the house all they had to do was basically load it on the trailer. When we got to the new house, same issue.....we did more work than they did. The scratched the walls and doors of my new house, they broke my headboard and hall bench, not to mention the big rip they made in my mattress. Then when it was all said and done they still wanted to charge me for 5 hours of moving and I refused since they tore up my belongings. When they were finally done arguing about how to get things in the house one of them asked me to give a good review. I mean come on man, all of this trouble and damage and you want a good review?!?! I think NOT. Beware and please do not ever use these movers, sometimes it is best to pay a little more for decent movers that will take care of your belongings the way you would. read more

The assigned moving guys were great. They came in and worked quickly. While unloading they dropped a box marked "FRAGILE" all over it. They guys acknowledge it, took pics and called management. After further inspection, more glasses were damaged and I filed a claim. At first Corey the manger stated that because they didn't pack it, I was not entitled to any compensation. Once I indicated that, he's guys acknowledged dropping the class and that it was clearly marked, he stated to fill out a claims form. I filled the form, turned in pictures and as of December 2015, I haven't heard nor received a check. I emailed January 2016 to see when I will be receiving a check and Corey blew me off. Cory is the only person of value and he disappears pretty quick into the process. Long distance move. The driver kept calling to ask if he could deliver my things at 1am so he could get on his way. Who does this? I paid for a professional move not a covert operation cloaked in darkness. Then I was asked more than once to change the cashiers check to be made out to an individual instead of the company. It was very clear they were in a hurry and wanted to be somewhere besides working. Aside from Cory there was one worker who seemed to genuinely care if my things were where I wanted them and not just piled up. I think his name was "shorty". He was surprisingly the son of the driver who was a total jerk through the whole process. Still finding things packed in mislabeled boxes and broken. Never again. Movers kept an item and claimed it as gift. Unfortunately the customer service was less than serviceable and rude about the situation and asked me to file police report. I was more concerned about the principle of the situation. After formal complaint to BBB...they finally recognized their mistake they want a special form for reimbursement, I'll have to wait and see if that happens. It's been few months after using them, but I would question the integrity of the movers especially when management condoned this action. Super BAD movers! Owner David Arellano came out to do the estimate. Phillip in the office (operation manager) gave us a quote to pack and move. David SEVERELY underestimated the weight and accused us of not showing him the whole house! Then said when we were in the middle of loading they told us we were going to have to pay more! They threatened to not deliver our stuff unless we gave them more than $2,000! Of course we had no choice or they would have put in in storage then we would have had to pay for storage and a redelivery fee! Clearly they do this all the time. First of all DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The "estimator" did not list my motorcycle on the inventory despite my wife specifically stating it needed to be transported, nor did he put our treadmill on it. A couple of big items hard to miss. When Cory called telling me we can get a reduced rate by having a shared load I asked him if it included the motorcycle to which he said yes. We spoke twice after that and I asked both times about the bike and he assured me it would be taken. On the day of the move I was told the crew would be there between 8 and 9 am. They showed about 930. After a couple of hours and two rooms loaded later I asked a worker about the bike, He didn't know it was to be loaded. The foreman (I guess) of the crew said it isn't on the inventory and wouldn't be loaded. I told him Cory told me it would be loaded. He put me in contact with Carla in the office. She was no help whatsoever. She said I would need to pay an additional $500 now and if I decided to drive it the 600 miles I would have to pay an additional $200 for them to unload the 1 box my helmet was in. I was so pissed I told her I am going to quit talking to her because I am getting very mad. I am an experienced motorcycle rider of 48 years. I would not have packed my helmet, gloves, jackets, boots, rain gear or other protective equipment if I was going to ride it. I said, "I'll ride that sonofabitch naked to Austin before I pay those fees." Fishy to me and just an attempt to get more money. Six hours later they were finally done and I was on the bike riding to Austin. After everything was loaded one of the workers told us this is a regular thing with the company. Things left off the inventory and then the company getting more money to load and transport them. Nothing but an add-on scheme. My furniture was suppose to be here today (Wednesday). After waiting all day for a call to meet the movers at the storage unit I called them late today and they said it will "be there sometime Friday." We will see. Glad I have a place to stay with relatives or I'd be sleeping on the floor and eating take out until they do decide to deliver it. So DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Save yourself some stress and money and rent a truck, hire folks to load and unload it. At least you won't have to deal with a company you feel is trying to steal from you. These guys were the absolute worst. They charged me a higher rate than what was listed on the website, and then the movers showed up an hour after they said they would without calling or otherwise notifying me. One of the movers seemed to speak no English and the other one spoke no Spanish, so they couldn't communicate and ended up yelling at each other and wasting time. They were not careful with moving large objects and left a big gash in the drywall, then dropped a bookshelf and ripped the top off (it was a cheap bookshelf, but still should have been handled with just an ounce of care to avoid that). I called the company to talk about the late arrival and the damage to the wall and the bookshelf and received the worst customer service of my life - the woman was completely rude and unhelpful and offered me no solution or money off. I've been emailing them repeatedly about this issue for months and received no response, so I'm finally giving up on solving the issue and am giving them the 1-Star review they deserve. Horrible, overpriced, unprofessional movers. Use literally anyone else and you'll be happier. read more

The movers caused over $1,700 worth of damage to our refrigerator and to the walls of both of our houses - the house we moved from and the house we moved into. It has been very difficult to get anyone on the phone. When they do finally answer, they tell me they will pay for all of the damage and there won't be an issue. Worst move ever and we've moved alot. Busted up over 400 pounds of our household goods, settled for around $130. Doesn't matter what your stuff is worth, its all a percentage of the weight, so we got screwed. They claim it's the law, someone should challenge. Great staff, quick response, and great turn around time to be contacted by administrators. However, once the movers themselves turned up we were very disappointed. We hired a two man team and while guy packed the truck WE carried the boxes down. The other mover was too busy asking if he could eat what was in our fridge and if we wanted to go to a bar later. I spent more time moving boxes than the individual I was paying to move my stuff. The other guy (assuming he was the lead) was great and eventually called in back up and another mover showed up. We would have been really happy except that they charged us the full amount even though we did not receive the services we were told would be provided. Since you pay by the hour- you end up paying more if you only have one individual moving things. All in all I wish I had gone with a different company and definitely will be trying someone else in the future!!! read more

Initially they seemed ncie until it was time to deliver my goods. They broke my dresser while transporting the goods and refused to pay for it stating it was not covered on their insurance. Mind you, they never informed of this when i agreed to use them. they also somehow lost the mirror that came with my dresser when all my goods should have been together in on one pallette. I called them and they said it would be on the next truck heading my way... Over a month later, i am still waiting to receive my mirror. I have to call them each time asking about my mirror and i keep getting the same sorry answer that it will be on the next truck. DO NOT HIRE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I hired this company to relocate me to another Texas city and regret ever finding this company. The owner David gave me a great bid and seemed very friendly and professional however this was all a show. The movers damaged nearly every item I owned with damages exceeding $8000! When the movers arrived to my new home I watched them unload somebody else's furniture into my home which I was shocked to see. The mover guys argued with me about the items and eventually realized they had my items stuffed in the back of the truck. Come to find out my furniture was moved along with 2 other moves all piled into one truck. As the movers unloaded my items I discovered nearly every piece was damaged severely. Some of my items were even lost! I was told by Cory the mover onsite to just file a claim and they would take care of the damages. I filed the claim which they ignored until finally I spoke with David the owner who refused to pay for the total amount damaged; however 6 months later he agreed to pay $2200. I was told I could either get weekly payments or wait 30 days and receive my full payment. Well it has now been a full year and still NO payment has been made to me to cover the damages! They ignore my calls and do not reply to emails and when I catch someone on the phone they tell me someone in accounting will call me back. I am taking them to court and will not let this one go. Totally unprofessional. We hired them without doing research on their previous work. We regret it. Most pieces of furniture were damaged and quite a few objects (in three boxes) were missing during our move. It has been a month since our move and after requesting that our missing boxes are returned (the owner acknowledges having located them), they have not been shipped to us. We are uncertain as to why this is the case as everytime we called in the past two weeks , they tell us a different story: that they will be shipped by the end of the day, that the person who was suppossed to do it had a family emergency and couldn´t, etc. If you value your belongings do not use them. They don´t have qualified personnel. I have pictures of the way they carried our furnishings in their truck and can share if you want to see. In our case, they didn´t cover any of our wood furniture except for a couple of glass table tops. The rest --fine wood pieces--were uncovered and piled up as if they were garbage. They are a scam and need to have their license revoked. I will be reporting them to the Texas Department of Transportation and to the Better Business Bureau. No one should have to go through such nightmare. read more

I wouldn't even give this company a star. They are absolutely horrible. My family and I have moved often due to my husbands job. We always hire movers. We have a two bedroom apartment. Which is not a lot of stuff and we always have everything organized, packed and ready to go. All our moves have taken two hours except our move with "super good" movers. First the guys showed up three hours late. I was very understanding and not upset. I understand things happen so I didn't make a big deal about it. Then they took 5 almost six hours to move our stuff! I was charged around 600 dollars for a two bedroom apartment to move to another two bedroom apartment. The two men were very unprofessional. Always cusing and complaining. I was charged by the hour and they even stopped at a gas station on the way to our new home for a break! This was the worst experience ever. If I can save anyone from having the experience we had that would be my goal!! Not to mention half our furniture was scratched and they didn't even put out bed together correctly. My neighbors hired this company to move from El Paso to Carrollton. Upon arriving at their destination, they truck driver decided it would be more convenient to drive his truck through my yard instead of parking out front, tearing up my grass and breaking the sprinkler system. After asking Cory, the GM, to fix the problem, he hung up on me numerous times. I asked to speak to the owner, David Arellano, and was told that was not allowed because there is no telling when he would be in the office. I posted a negative review for them on Google shortly after they did this. About a month after that, someone from the office contacted me via email, and asked if I would take a bribe of $50 to remove the negative review. Considering the damaged they caused was north of $350, I of course said no and haven't heard anything from them since. If you still don't want ALL of your stuff after 4 months of moving, then Super Good Movers is the place to call! My experience with this company was very unorganized and mismanaged with very little communication in between. The pickup process went fine, however don't forget to tell them EVERYTHING that they will have to pick up. Throwing a vacuum onto the truck will cost you $4+ extra. Before they left, I was told an expected drop off time/date. That time was constantly pushed back and only because I called and asked what was going on. When one guy finally arrived to unload a full apartment's worth of furniture, he asked if my mother could help carry everything, because he brought no help with him. WRONG. Why did I pay movers in the first place? He left my kitchen table, coffee table, and side table in pieces and only reassembled my bed because he claimed he couldn't figure out the rest. After forgetting certain items and notifying the company, I heard nothing back. Tracking them down their response was "Oh, we just delivered near you." Yet, again forget my stuff. Realizing the lack of communication/organization and constantly hounding them, I have since given up trying to get that vacuum back and have bought another one. Still have not heard from them after they told me a month and a half ago it would be here. Recommendation: change the company name.... read more

I scheduled my move with Super Good Movers in the Dallas area 3 days in advance. The rep called me the day before my move to confirm my move. So when they did not call to confirm that they were on their way the day of my move I got concerned especially when it was an hour past my scheduled move time. I called and called several times and text 2 different men kept reassuring me they were coming. They showed up over 4 hours late and had 6 men with them. The manager reassured me they could move me within 2 hours as long as I agreed to a higher hourly rate since there were 6 men. Due to the evening hours and in desperation to move and be out in time with management I agreed. Through out the move which ended up taking a little over 3 hours several men just stood around texting and joking with one another. I noticed they were not careful with my belongings and were just standing around when I was not looking. Once we arrived at my new place I realized that some cash I had in my bedroom furniture was missing. When I mentioned it to the manager he immediately stated no one had taken it and that he knew for sure his guy's would have not taken the money. After searching the truck and his vehicle it never showed up. Things got really uncomfortable when several women came to my new place, parked their vehicles next to my building and waited for the men to finish moving me. One of those women knocked on my door to question me about the money that had come up missing and to tell me that her man did not take it. Talk about uncomfortable and unprofessional. Not only was she barely dressed but I could smell the alcohol and tobacco reeking from her breath. After I hesitantly paid the manager for my move I asked him to please leave as they all made me feel uncomfortable, I even spoke to the owner of the moving company in El Paso and told him I wanted all his employees to leave. Needless to say they hung out outside my apartment complex until 3am. Doing what who knows. Most of the men had tattoos going down from their eyelids to their legs and looked like they had been in prison before which did not make me feel any safer or comfortable. Well the next day when I went to turn in my keys 2 of my old neighbors told me they saw several of the men that were moving me walking behind their buildings and around the bushes and they were concerned as to what they were doing. I then called the manager to ask him if he had an update on the missing cash and to tell him what my neighbors had told me and his response was "It is only human nature that men go towards a football because there was a football game going on behind your building when we were moving you" He agreed that he saw his men walk behind my building. I could not believe that was his response. I told him that regardless of whether a game was going on or not that they were still on my clock and did not need to be wasting time. I also told him that it seemed very suspicious that they would walk behind my building after my cash came up missing as if they were hiding it and had women in different vehicles come pick them up. The manager did not have much to say but that his guy's did not do anything. I asked him if he ran background checks on his employees and he could not give me a straight answer. I spoke to the owner several times and he reassured me that he would speak to the Dallas manager and get back with me on a settlement for my loss and for the damages done to my belongings. Over the course of 2 months me and the owner exchanged several text messages and he made promises to make it better and get my issues resolved. I filed a claim at the beginning of September and after waiting for several weeks I received a phone call the week of November 9th from another sales rep letting me know that my claim would be put on hold until the Dallas manager could walk my home to look at my damages. I expressed to him my concerns about the manager and he stated he would speak to the owner to get someone different to take a look at my damages. Since the beginning of September I have been trying to communicate with the owner and for weeks he has refused to give me a call back. Promises of making things better were never fulfilled. My belongings were broken and damaged. I Do not recommend these movers and I advise for anyone to not trust these movers, they will show up late, damage your belonging, steal and deny it, and charge high dollar to move you and no one cares. After my move I have felt uncomfortable living in my new place and I have had to spend money on alarm monitoring and video surveillance.
