My wife did all the set up in terms of communication so I can't speak much to that, but that being said they showed up on the scheduled day on time and ready to work. They hit the ground running practically. For the next several hours they Tetris the shtuff out of all our boxes, furniture, and odds and ends into our (separately) rented moving truck. The staff was professional, hard working, friendly, and communicative. I had prepared 90% of the stuff to be packed into the moving truck, and was in need of help for the final bit, that's my only complaint with the crew. We asked for everything to be serán wrapped completely, and they would do some of the pieces i didn't get to then go back to barely wrapping it. So we had to keep bringing that to their attention. Our moving truck was not affiliated with them, I think it was through Budget Van Lines or something like it, do not believe that those things are water tight! They are not! Serán wrap the shtuff out of your furniture if you want it clean and serviceable when you get to where you are going. He quoted me 75$ while everyone else quoted me 150-300$. He came and a matter of 2O minutes he was done. Very responsive and effective. There is no doubt i would recommend this to my military friends.
