Super Kids PPEC was welcoming. Friendly and trained staff. Loved visiting them. The center is bigger than what it looks from outside.

I always write reviews, so other would know ahead of time and will not experience what I went…read morethrough, anyway when I arrived at miami shores rehab for my leg, they put me in a room with some man sleeping on the floor on the other side of the curtain swearing and saying racial stuff,I asked to move,so I was moved to a room with a gentleman like person, at least I thought he was but he kept me up talking to himself and calling for nurses and one night a CNA came in a beat him up to change his pamper, I even ask her to open the door due to the smell, she cursed me out, telling us find Jesus. Later the food director came and ask me about what foods were good for me,named Manny which was very professional, and that Saturday cook was a great cook, restaurant style. As for the wound care great job,and was healing my leg,so they moved me to another room so I could get sleep, then Friday 4-18-26 they purposely put some man in my room on his side of the curtain he peed everywhere and smelled like he didn't shower in years so I complained asking them to give him a shower, in stead of trying to solve the problem the so called overnight supervisor became mad at me ,so I was telling him that I will go back home, this morning the director of their operation transfered me to the beach rehab, which she did me a favor but it starts make back over dealing with a new organization, if you are smart think twice before you put your people in this miami shores rehab some of there staff are very lazy just like this so called director pawn me off without asking me my side of things, just being bias and assuming and not asking me what happened, she will assume the same way with your people when they stay at this place, note there are some good people, but a lot of slackers, and laziness as well as fake staff ,one minute smiling then like a snake lying behind your back to save their jobs. Yes ,I made complaints ,which I have the rights too,I paid for that treatment

I want to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to the entire Tower 3 team who cared for me…read moreduring one of the most difficult and life-changing experiences I have ever faced. I came to the hospital on a Sunday, and I spent 12 days receiving care. During my stay, I was informed that I was experiencing kidney failure. Hearing that news was frightening and overwhelming, but throughout my entire journey, the doctors, nurses, and Patient Care Technicians made sure I was never alone. They continued to check on me, support me, answer my questions, and make sure I was okay every step of the way. The care, compassion, and dedication shown by the Tower 3 team truly made a difference in my life. I believe the care I received helped save my life, and I will always be grateful for the incredible people who took care of me during this challenging time. I would like to give a special shout-out and my sincerest thanks to my nurses: Elizabeth, Natacha, Yalina, Denise, and Christina. Each of you showed incredible kindness, professionalism, patience, and compassion. You treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and helped me feel safe during a very uncertain time. I also want to give a special thank you to my Patient Care Technician, Noel. Your dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to help made a meaningful impact on my stay. Your care and support did not go unnoticed. To all the doctors, nurses, and PCTs on Tower 3: thank you for everything you did for me. You were there during a moment when I needed help the most, and your hard work and commitment gave me strength during a very difficult chapter of my life. Elizabeth, Natacha, Yalina, Denise, Christina, and Noel -- I want you to know that I truly appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for taking care of me, supporting me, and helping me through this journey. I will never forget the kindness you showed me.

I went today to the emergency room at North Shore Medical Center after having gallbladder removal…read moresurgery last week and being in pain. Upon arrival the security ignored me and told me to took a seat. No one was at the front desk. Once the representatives at the front desk, a lady with long hair and a guy with a beard they completely ignored my need for help. It took 40 minutes for them to take me in after I threw up and was screaming and crying in pain to be helped. I was ignored multiple times by the lady in the front desk until I yelled sternly for her to tell them I needed to see someone. She made smart remarks about me to another member of the hospital saying "that one" to refer to me needing help and the lady told her "and what". Had it been a worse situation I could've been seriously hurt or worse. It is completely unacceptable how they treat patients. The nurses and doctors were very nice and understanding and took care of me as quick as they could but the front of the Emergency room needs a lot of improvement and people that actually like their jobs and have some sense of urgency. The hospital is dirty and the bathrooms smell awful. Compared to other hospitals I've been to it's clearly noticeable there is no priority to make a good impression on patients. Had I not been in such pain I would've left. I will also never recommend this place to anyone

Seasons was the most absolute worst experience of our entire lives and it shall haunt me forever…read morewhat my mother went through. My mother long had anxiety and was on meds for it before she was even ill. When Miami Jewish transferred her care to their "in house" hospice care, Seasons, the doctor was an animal who would not allow her to have her anxiety meds. We kept trying to get her doctor who now was no longer her doctor because she was in Seasons care to tell them how much this helped her. There was no reason to make my mother's last four days on this earth so horrifying and her final words to me were "What did I ever do to you that you are letting them treat me this way?" I am haunted all the days of my life. We filed a complaint with Miami Jewish and I don't know if they are on the premises there any longer, but use Seasons Hospice nowhere!!!!!

Needing hospice care for a loved one is never easy. I'm sorry to write this review but I hope this…read morewill help improve the the practices of this company. We chose them because they sounded like they were going to make sure our mom had the care she would need when she needed it and would keep us updated on her status since we could not visit because she was dying of covid. We just wanted to make sure she was comfortable and pain free in her last few days. Imagine not being able to be with your mom and hold her while she dies. Now imagine that your told that the hospice nurse would give your family updates at least once a day and you didn't hear a peep from them. That's what we got from seasons. And excuses. And when called, your call goes straight to voicemail. It's unthinkable and heartbreaking. I was able to speak to the nurses at the hospital to get status updates on my own, they didn't forward my calls to voicemail. The only thing I'm grateful for is that we didn't have to deal with this shameful business for long because mom passed away quickly.

I just finished my 3rd day of the NAD IV Therapy and I just want to say that Rose was nothing short…read moreof incredible throughout the entire process. I absolutely hate / dread having to get IVs put in, but when Rose administered them, I almost didn't feel it at all. She was extremely gentle and caring. I also love the fact that they come care and for you in the comfort of your own home. I received my therapy to detox my body / stop taking a very small amount of medication I had been prescribed for years but couldn't fully get my body off of on my own. I learned that this was something that could help me through the process but also not only help detox, but the rebuild damaged cells. Im very happy to say since starting the NAD IV therapy 3 days ago, that I haven't had to take my medication in over 4 days. Which hasn't happened in over 12 years. I highly recommend this treatment. And I highly highly recommend Rose and Rose Med Miami!
