Every business on that side of have a loyal program, including Roses, WAWA, Beauty supply Dairy Queen, Royal Farms, Food lion, Kroger, Ross and even 7"11; not the cleaners. As a senior citizen and a veteran, I value businesses that appreciate long time customers. Many cleaners offer loyalty programs, senior discounts, or veteran appreciation pricing. I would love to continue bringing my clothes here, but I'm hoping you can consider offering something that recognizes your regular customers and improves the consistency of the cleaning. Most recently my wife had a job interview on Thursday and we had to get her new pants altered. It was Wednesday. I dropped the pants off first thing in the morning and then she had them done by 4pm same day. All in time for my wife to go to her interview next day. They open everyday at 5am. The place gets pretty busy but it's super clean. They have ample folding platforms and enough baskets for use. They have many large and super large washers and dryers.
