The limo was clean, up to date, COVID regulations in place, fashionable and turned many heads. Our driver was knowledgeable of the island with trivial information that added to our enjoyment. He also made sure that we were well catered to, took photos for us, gave us space to relax, helped set up the music functions and even gave us a light show! Based on good reviews here and on TripAdvisor, I booked a limo to pick us up at Honolulu airport and take us to the pier where we boarded the Norwegian Cruise Lines "Pride of America" ship. We had two groups flying in on two different airlines, eight of us total. We were greeted by a very nice driver who brought a crazy long stretch Cadillac Escalade limo. It was a great ride, the driver even took a group photo for us. After placing the service order online, we got confirmation by phone and email. We were looking for an airport transfer from HNL to our hotel in Ko Olina and so glad to have found Super Limo Service. Based on our arrival/departure time (mid-day) the ride is less than 30 minutes so were were highly surprised by the incredibly high fees charged by most of the other limo companies in Honolulu. In working with Tina Dang, who's very professional and organized, we were able to get a rate that we considered fair (again, as compared to other providers on the island). The driver, Ben, was very friendly, happy, cautious and answered all our questions about the island during our two trips together --- arrival and departure. Ben and Tina's work made this a first class experience. We highly recommend this 30-year old family owned business as they do what they say and are not looking to take advantage of tourists coming to Oahu.
