I got a flat tire on the highway in Benson. I called several places that were too busy to send…read moreanyone then finally reached Tim's. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful. Then Junior showed up promptly. He was so patient, knowledgeable, kind and hard working from start to finish. He went above and beyond. There were no tire shops in Benson that had my tire so he helped me find the next closest place possible . This flat tire was a first for me, I was so stressed out, but Junior was so calm and friendly, I just can't say enough good things about his disposition (especially after speaking with several other tow shops and being met with rude,busy, grumpy men asking if I knew what a flat tire looked like!?) I can't thank Junior enough. He also followed covid guidelines and had his mask on the entire time, not easy in the heat! The only bummer was with temperatures nearing 100, Junior had no A/C in his truck!! It was a long hot drive!!! We were all sweaty, but for me it was temporary. I feel bad for him, he works so hard and doesn't even get a little reprieve from the heat once he's in his truck. Please consider fixing his A/C.

Luckily they were able to fix it in only 5 hours and charged me a reasonable amount. The next week I was on the highway again and again my car broke down with the same exact problem. This time I left the car there and it was 8 days before it was finished. This time they said more things were wrong and charged me an additional 900. Would I be there twice in two weeks if they had fixed things right the first time? I seriously doubt it. This guy is a crook and knows nothing about customer service.
