I took my Infiniti QX80 to Integrity Automotive & Diesel expecting an honest, evidence-based diagnosis. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. They kept my vehicle for two days and charged me for a diagnostic. However, the report they provided states there were no active, pending, or history transmission codes, the technician could not duplicate the concern, and no issues were detected while monitoring live transmission data during the road test. The only documented finding was that a small sample of transmission fluid appeared dark and burnt. From there, the technician wrote that they believed it could be an internal transmission issue and recommended replacing the entire transmission. What is missing from the report is just as important as what is included. There is no documentation that the transmission had failed, no confirmation of internal damage, no evidence of metal shavings or clutch material, no hydraulic pressure testing, no testing confirming a failed torque converter, and no objective evidence supporting such a major repair recommendation. I later discovered that Integrity Automotive & Diesel does not have the manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment needed to fully diagnose an Infiniti transmission. Had they been honest about that from the beginning, I would have taken my vehicle to a shop that could properly diagnose it instead of paying for an opinion. To make matters worse, this opinion was reported to Carfax, creating a record based on a diagnosis that was never confirmed through testing. Integrity is built on honesty, transparency, and evidence. Based on my experience, I did not receive those things. I expected a diagnosis supported by facts--not assumptions. I cannot recommend this shop. read more

We brought our diesel truck in to have a leak checked and the temperature gage was high, the week of August 22, 2025. They 'repaired' the leak. We paid $2594.38 for the repair they said they completed. On September 5, 2025, we returned the truck as leak and temperature gage was doing the EXACT same thing! They said 'upon inspection' they found that it was the turbo line source of leak and recommended the turbo line to be replaced and it would cost around $2500 .... WTF? We took to another mechanic that has INTEGRITY with HONESTY and actually REPAIRS WHAT IS NEEDED! This company does not have integrity, did not repair the the truck and we chose they would not complete the repair the second time around, though, they did charge us another $224.99 second time around. read more

These idiots could not fix a meal let alone a car.... i took my light truck there for check engine light. they said no problem... 4 thousand dollars later and three tries they still had the CEL on. they even relaced the front wheel bearings in a strange effort to fix the CEL. they wanted to replace the Mass air sensor after replacing the perfectly functional O2 sensor for 739 bucks for get this... a third time! i had a new MAS in there. told them that, they replaced it and charged me 400 bucks. then the Idiot said if a third MAS didn't work he was going to replace the ECM that costs 2,500... i told him to GTH and went to BRAkE MAX and they fixed it in a few days for 450 bucks... BAD FUEL PUMP... THAts it!!!!! I went here to get my AC fixed. I had planned on spending a whole bunch of money thinking I needed the whole thing replaced. Because after all, that's what another automotive shop told me I had to do. I went there just wanting to get it over with, but it turns out they only needed to refill the coolant and boom, it works. Funny how the other place told me it was overloaded with coolant, but these guys said it was empty. So yes they really do live up to their name with their integrity! read more

This place is trash. They should take diesel out of their name because no one in there knows how to work on one. It took them all day to do an oil change ,air filter, headlights and windshield wiper nozzles I didn't even need. I came in explaining to them that my wiper fluid reservoir had a crack in it, I saw it first hand. For some reason they think it's the hoses to the spray nozzles that keeps triggering the windshield wiper fluid sensor. I told her that's not the case but she assured me that was the fix. When I go in to pick up the truck she has the nerve to tell me that it tripped the sensor again and I have a bad sensor, Like really? This was after a whole day of no communication on the status of the truck or what it may need. I took it to another mechanic they change out the reservoir and now the sensor is not kicking on. What it pays to be a professional. Not even that alone they broke all the clips to the heat shield on the hood and threw the shield into the truck bed without even telling me. I looked back there and said wtf. They also said they did a full inspection of all fluids, brakes, and vehicle and told me everything is fine no details it's all good. My other mechanic showed me my worn down brake pads I asked them to look at. This place sucks don't waste your time or money here take it to somewhere they care for your tow pig. I'd give it no stars if I could because they charged me for crap I didn't need. read more

Honest business! they don't try to upsell you a million things. I have a BMW and had two really good experiences with them. They tackle the problems you request. I got my car back rather quickly and the cost was reasonable. All my problems were fixed, including a really bad engine oil leak situation. I had a misfire code that came on and they told me that the connector to the ignition coil simply came loose and they clipped it back in for me and that solved the problem (they could have easily just added a new coil and charged me for install labor but instead they were honest). Had a loose battery terminal so I stopped by Integrity with new terminal in hand to get it replaced. Was greeted kindly upon entering by a tall man (wish i got his name) who walked out to my car to assess the situation. Immediately he told me that Autozone up the street gave me the wrong terminal to replace and after inspecting the one in the car told me i didn't need a new one. With a swift swing of a hammer and some other unknown tool, he fixed the problem and sent me on my way. I was there for maybe 5 minutes. 5 stars for customer service, kindness, and for no charge. Considering I can be naive with vehicles, not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Will be utilizing this location for all of my automotive needs. read more
