So I call up my husband via Siri and ask him to find me a place to have this checked out. He calls Super Lube Plus in Benson, AZ. I had about 8 miles to go, so I basically took it slow around 55-60 with my lights flashing so the other semis and cars would not think I was crazy driver. I arrive to Super Lube and immediately they greet me and ask me to wait inside while they check my car. The oil level was about 2/3. And I had no leaks. So they were thinking it was a sensor. They put in a bit more oil to just to see if the sensor liked it with a bit more oil. These gentlemen were awesome! So polite and helpful. Explained and showed me the level and didn't want to charge me for the service. I shook their hands and told them how grateful I was for them and their help. It is a huge peace of mind to arrive at a place you are using as an emergency and feel so thankful for their professionalism! Thank you so much for your help today!!

We were stranded an hour away from Benson, and not even my insurance company could help us find a tow. I called up Dave and he came early in the morning the next day on a Sunday when everyone couldn't help us out. He towed us about an hour to his site and the price was unbeatable! I got quotes from others around $2k+ but Dave charged me only $600! He let us stay in his parking lot for a few days as he diagnosed our Rv. Turns out our engine needed to be replaced. Best part was that Dave got me a new engine and installed it in less than 7 days! We were back up and running and drove straight from Arizona to New Jersey! Zero issues and zero problems! We invested into a full service with warranty and a new engine and totaled $17k+ which was more affordable than a new Rv! Dave and his team knows what they are doing and will take care of you. Diagnosed the problem quickly, told me what had happened, and told me the plan of correction. A couple of things he couldn't fix, because of time constraints on my end. He took pictures of what I needed to show my mechanic when I returned home. I detest people who are flaky. Carlos arrived 15 minutes early, which is so rare nowadays. I found him to be personable and easy to talk too. I would definitely have him work on my vehicle if, God forbid, I was ever in similar circumstances.

Thankfully, our insurance roadside assistance paid for & called A-1 Towing to help us out! Interacting with both Andy & Danny from A-1 was a great experience, they are very kind & professional. Danny safely loaded our truck on their flatbed truck, attached our trailer to the rear hitch, towed it all to a repair shop, and got us set up for the evening in the shop's parking lot. Overall, Danny went above and beyond to be sure my family & I were safe during the whole process and before he left us for the evening.
