These folks are GREAT. Brittany at the front desk just couldn't be cuter. And super helpful and kind. It's a big shop and they know trucks, clearly by the sight of a fleet of F-250's, duramaxes, F-350 superduty work trucks all in the bays. I am on a work/road trip and an oil line was rubbing on the turbo exhaust (1400*) and slowly melting it away, also messed up the aluminum fittings at a junction. I took my truck in on Friday for a diagnosis and Brittany called Friday 4:30 and they were almost done but needed a new fitting Monday morning. I picked it up mid day and they'd not only fixed the issue, but tucked the lines as far away from the exhaust as possible. The best part was the price. We broke down right after leaving an Rv park in Tombstone..on our way to Phoenix airport so one of our passengers could get home after a very scary time in hospital. We were towed from Tombstone to Benson by Big Dave's towing and the driver was very kind and professional and he took us to Mescal auto/Rv repair. They looked Re a My busy when we arrived, yet addressed us right away and dId they wou l at least take a look in case something they could fix right away. Then they were interrupted with emergency phone call! It aS a serious problem yet all of medals employees and even Mike the owner worked together to see why our engine just quitrunning! They found the problem rather quickly ...a fuse! Replaced it and even have me another on and then showed me where to install it should it blow again! They only charged a very reasonable fee and even road tested it to be sure it would work. This company has the highest of ethics , professionalism, and compassion I have ever seen in an auto repair shop!! We were able to make my friends plane on time and our r. V. Is still running! We took our truck here. It had been setting for a few years and when we drove it there was vibration in the front. These guys charged us $25 and said it had flat spots on the tires from setting so long. Wanted to sell us tires. We declined and took it to Discount Tire who took the tires off and checked them and said they were fine. Then we took it to Brake masters in Sierra Vista for an alignment. They said they wouldn't do it because the ball joints were bad and the bearings were loose. They didn't charge me a thing. Mescal just ripped me off for $25 and tried to get me to buy tires I didn't need. I doubt they even looked at it. These guys were obviously looking for a quick buck and I would still have been left with the same problem. Shame on you Mike Trujillo. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! Not the same since Bob sold this place. They will claim they can do things that they can't. Paid $500 to get an oil leak fixed. They had my truck for FIVE days and the oil is still leaking. They won't refund the money, AND they want me to pay more! Wish I wouldn't have taken it to them in the first place. Great shop to have work on your car. I have an "old school" car that is 40 years old and most shops either: 1) don't know how to work on it, or 2) won't work on it. These guys took my car that another shop had really made a mess of (think Frankenstein's monster as a car: wrong or mismatched parts, wrongly installed, and downright negligence) and got it running great. They even fixed things I was told couldn't be done and did little things to make the car "just a little bit better". They had no problem taking the time and showing me exactly what needed to be done, and exactly what they had done.
