Either raise your prices to offset the costs, but do not make your patrons pay a god awful fee. It's quite disappointing to come and enjoy food here, and be treated nicely for once, only to be charged 11% fee tacked on. I purchased two packages of frozen marinated beef burgers from this store. When I got home and…read moreopened one of the packages to cook it, I immediately noticed a strong foul odor, making me concerned that the product was no longer safe to eat. I checked both packages for an expiration or "best by" date but could not find one anywhere on the packaging. I called the store and spoke with the manager (Omar), to explain the situation. He told me that there are no rules requiring expiration dates on frozen meat and stated that "frozen meat doesn't expire." He also assured me that I could return the product for a refund. After driving back to the store, Omar refused to honor what he had promised. Instead, he continued insisting that frozen meat does not expire and declined to issue a refund. I was disappointed not only by the quality of the product but also by the way the situation was handled. I expected the store to stand behind the products it sells and to honor the resolution that was promised. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have had. I hope the store improves its product labeling, quality control, and customer service.
