They handled everything carefully without me having to hover or stress about my stuff getting wrecked. Nothing felt rushed, but they still moved efficiently and kept things going. Parking at my new place could've been a mess, but they figured it out on the spot without making it a whole ordeal. Just handled it and kept moving. They were also super patient throughout the process and just easy to work with. Good attitudes, good communication, no weird energy which honestly makes a huge difference on a moving day. The JVA moving crew were meticulous in packing our belongings- it was dumping rain and they wrapped just about everything we owned to ensure it did not get wet; we didn't even have to ask, they just did their thing! And FAST. The load and unload time was extremely impressive, and the men who worked on our move- Tom, Cale, and Tyler, were so respectful and considerate- totally went above and beyond. Due to life hitting me like a bunch of bricks I wasn't able to be fully packed like I usually am, so I sprung for the full service move and they handled my items and possessions as if they were their own. They packed my old apartment quickly and efficiently, at our new place they dropped boxes in the correct rooms, asked for guidance on some furniture and even set up our beds and labeled certain boxes to be opened first (for things that you'd need quickly, like food in the kitchen, or personal items for the bathrooms). While I hope not to need their service for a while because I'm in love with my new place, if and when we need to move again we will always reach out to them first!
