I really liked that they were focused on my nails, and making sure I received exactly what I asked for. Henry was the Pedicure tech and Sonny was the Manicure tech. Sonny went over and beyond to make sure that my nail polish color matched (I wanted dip, and the polish on my toenails was a Gel polish that they didn't have a match for. I also added a silver glitter.) When I asked about using a clear dip and then using the same gel polish, he quickly said that he could do it. I absolutely love the way they look! If you've never been to a nail salon, don't let super nails be your first. I had the privilege of bringing my friend to the nail salon for her birthday to get her first ever professional manicure, but the service left her in tears. After bringing her own inspo picture and talking through the design with her technician, she was given a different product than she had asked for. After going back to address the issue several times, we were told there was simply nothing that could be done and it was ultimately my friend's fault. I believe my nail tech's name was Chris, and he did a great job. He paid attention to the small details. I chose a basic color this time as I am looking for a new nail tech. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. The salon is quite clean, although it has a strange smell, but not unpleasant. Despite reading many negative reviews, I didn't have a bad experience. We've been to this place before but it has really gone down hill. My husband's pedicure was only half done...literally. Half the calluses were attended to but you can see an exact line of demarcation where she just stopped! For my pedicure I was charged extra because I had calluses on my feet. God forbid! My first visit & my last. I just had a manicure & gel polish. The guy was rude & in a hurry. The polish started to flake after just not quite 2 weeks. When I removed the polish the nail beds were a mess. I've been trying to nurse them back to health ever since. ***Unsanitary I chose a basic pedicure for my first visit. the temperature in the building was on the warm side and other patrons commented as well. The pedicurist was nice and polite. she did a good quick job. Cleanliness was my biggest concern and she failed at that. First, I have no idea if her gloves were new when she began (it actually didn't occur to me until later in the appointment). With those gloves that she was using on my feet, she dipped her hands in the the rub then after rinsing my feet, she dipped her used gloved hand into the lotion tub. She had also used a bottle and touched my toes. there is no way to sterilize that bottle. at the end, she got up still wearing the gloves she used on me with the money , went to the front desk and for change. if she did that with the gloves she used on me, then she does it for everyone. very unsanitary. The complimentary drink is a wonderful touch and their chair are amazing. All their staff is friendly and they work hard to get you back in a timely manner. Clean, clean,clean! I had been going to super nails for about 10 years ( throughout middle and high school + when I would visit home) I had a very respectful relationship with everyone here. When it comes to nails and doing their job, they do a very very good job. Obviously went for 10+ years. I'm speaking on why I will no longer be recommending them or going back to them. A few months back I made an appt with my same girl who I always make an appt with. I was unfortunately a few minutes late (about 5 with parking) I walked in, I checked in. And sat down. I noticed that my nail tech was already worh someone and looked like she just got started. I was like mhmmm interesting. Waited a few min and then finally spoke up. They had given my spot away with only being a few minutes late (yes I was late so I was understanding) I asked if I could come back later and they said yes I came back later that day at my new appt time and got my pedicure done. Then I waited for my nail tech for about 20 ish minutes and finally got up and left. To me, that's not okay with a loyal customer. You have my number, you could've called. But also they knew they I'm rarely ever late so one time shouldn't have canceled my apt. But then for me to come back after making a new appt with you and you taking someone right before you have me sit at your table. To me that's not okay. I wasn't going to write a review because I truly love them and was very hurt but moved on. Well here's why I am writing the review. My mom decided to go get her nails done there yesterday because she likes a certain nail tech. Well she got there at 6. Checked in. And waited. And waited. And waited. They took a walk in before her. 30 minutes pass and my mom finally decided to leave and then they finally told her that her mail tech was busy and it would be a few more minutes... no ma'am. The appt was at 6, why did y'all take a walk in. I jisy don't think that's okay. I truly understand I was a lil late and they took a person instead of me. They have a section just for kids which is neat. The owner and the workers are always friendly and more than willing to work you in or get you an appointment. When we arrived at the place to get a pedicure they were very busy. We signed in at the front took a seat. We had to wait about 30 minutes. I am ok with that as long as the service is good. We were taken to a separate area (which is almost closed off from the nail technicians). They have two pedicure areas. That's a big plus for me. We sat in the chairs which are the best I've sat in at a nail place. We got to soak in very nice warm water for a while. Then two arrived to start on us. They worked fast an gave excellent service. They did not skimp on the massage. It was very nice massage. I can say that I will be back. While I was waiting I asked a few ladies that were also waiting how they like the place.
