I really wish I can love this place more because it's so close to my house but the past two experiences were really bad...... the owner seems very nice but the service is just really mediocre at best. She told me she would have someone (her"sister") she said good to do a pedicure so I gave them a second chance to try it... turned out her "sister" isn't experienced at all... she doesn't even put on softener before she cut my cuticles... just got dabbed some water onto my toes as "softener" and I had to guide her through her pedicure it's like I'm doing a pedicure(very exhausting) and made the whole pedicure experience unpleasant... I gave it two stars because the owner seems attentive and offered drinks. Overall this is my last time because I normally give a place two chances. Spend over $40 a pedicure I expected for better outcome... Don't waste your money here, the job is really just Okay like someone in a beauty school can do that. Won't return and I hope the owner can see this and please train your nail techs better. Don't just tell your clients that she's good when she's really horrible at what she does :( read more

I have been coming to Andy for 2 years and every time he does my nails PERFECTLY and just how I like. I go 3 weeks with dip and they never chip or break. I also ask to switch up the shape and he always goes above and beyond my expectations. The prices are extremely reasonable and cheaper than most nail salons around Plano. I made an appointment for my wife here on Mother's Day. She walked in for her scheduled appointment and a man laughed at her and said "we're busy". She told them she had an appointment but they continued to be rude so she left. When I made the appointment there was only 1 other name in the appointment book for the entire day. i used to go here religiously every single month a few years ago and back then they were amazing but now they have all new employees and they do horrible jobs and when you tell them how you want something they disregard it and do it however they want they don't care about what you like. i went in there today and the lady did the worst job i've ever seen i can't even believe she thought this was good looking...i asked her multiple times to fix the lopsidedness the thickness the wideness and she refused to do it. they were so bulky and uneven it was ridiculous. and on top of that at the end she didn't let my nails fully dry and rubbed the hot towel on them ruining the topcoat on some of my nails. i had to go to another salon to get them fixed and they were shocked at how badly she did. i will never ever go back to this salon again i highly recommend to avoid this place. read more

I visited this establishment last week, and I was truly disappointed. I have visited this establishment on several occasions and never truly had a problem. The wife of the establishment is always so kind and sweet and does her best to make sure the customer is truly satisfied. On this particular occasion, I interacted with the owner, Andy. I was so surprised to see how rude and disrespectful he was. I went in for a pedicure and told the wife I only had a small amount of time, because I had to leave for a meeting. She said we can take you now and have you finished so that you will be on time. I told the technician EXACTLY how I wanted my toes painted. As I sat in the chair and got my feet done, I fell asleep in the chair. When I awoke, the technician had painted my nails incorrectly. I told her that I did not have time for her to redo them, because I had an important meeting to attend. She apologized several times. As I began to pack up my stuff, I asked the owner Andy, could I come back tomorrow and get my polished fixed. He said NO! He said he could do it right now, and I said I have a meeting. I said I told your wife this when I first came in. He then accused me of coming in and asking for a polish change another time. He said, "You have done this before!" I said, excuse me! He said you came in here before with your daughter and did this same thing! I said you must have me confused. And your technician messed up, and I am the paying customer, and she did not do what I asked her to do. He refused to allow me to come back and change the color. I told him that he just lost a customer and that his attitude was very disrespectful and how dare he accuse of trying to pull something over on him. I have never felt so disrespected in a nail salon before. WE ARE THE CUSTOMER. We are the reason he and his family eats. Therefore, if your establishment makes a mistake, it is his responsibility as the owner to make sure it gets fixed. He was very rude! I will never go back to this place again!!! If you want great customer service, this is not the place for you to visit. Don't give your hard earned money to an establishment that does not treat people well. If you read some of the other reviews that gave 1 star, they will tell you they experienced the same rudeness. Andy is the best and and are good on nails but I do not recommend getting eyebrows waxed here. They hired new people and it took 2 ladies to fix my eyebrows because the first one didn't know what she was doing and the second one took off all of my right eyebrow.
