This visit I tried the PUMPKIN pedicure. It was amazing and I truly enjoyed it. The reminder of fall and enjoying my pampering time. This is a luxury and deluxe pedicure. The massage is my favorite part. My technician was attentive. I felt so relaxed with her that I went to sleep. Not to mention sipping on wine was the icing on the cake. My toes and feet felt brand new and refreshed. I left happy feeling renewed and satisfied. The quality is great. The customer service is excellent and the ambiance is amazing. I had a great experience at Lush. The shop is in a strip mall and the inside decor is very pretty, they even have a bar! I took my daughter in for her nails to get done for graduation They did a wonderful job on her requested nails with design. I got a manicure with Lucy and she was great. So very nice and showed attention to detail with her craft. I don't live in Texas, maybe daughter does and goes here frequently. I will be going back here for my mani and pedi next time I'm in town! read more

I have been trying to find a good nail bar in Dallas, and this one has been the best so far! Usually, nail bars will quote you a certain price and then when you are ready to pay, they have added on way more than you were told. Lush quoted me the same exact price I ended up paying. The transparency was greatly appreciated! My nails were also AMAZING! Alice spent so much time on them, and she made sure to thin them out so that they looked elegant and natural. The ambiance is also cute, and the massage chairs are a much-appreciated amenity for a relaxing experience. read more

Came in from out of town for my sisters bachelorette, we got pedicures and manicures. The bride was extremely happy with her wedding nails, and said the pedicure made her feet feel so soft. All the staff were very friendly and listened to our specific requests and were willing to change things based off of what we wanted. Great attention to detail. Tried the nail salon on a whim with a friend of mine and it was a big mistake!! I initially wanted gel French tip manicure but the lady who was helping me insisted of doing dip because it would be easier for her. I also asked for tips but she also insisted my nails were fine the way they are. On to my friend who got a basic gel manicure which included her nail lady destroying her cuticles to continuously tugging on her arm and tell her how she's not holding up right/ not properly inserting her hand in the lamp. Very aggressive behavior from her for absolutely no reason. Checkout process was just as worse, waiting next to the man ringing me up to see what amount of tip I left you is completely unprofessional for not so great experience we had. Needless to say please take your business elsewhere and don't waste your money here. read more

We had a very unfortunate and insulting experience at this nail salon today. My mom has MS and although she is mobile, she requires a little bit more time getting comfortable in her chair to get her nails and toes done. Because of this we've been on the hunt for the right nail salon with caring employees to take care of us and this was NOT the place. During our entire visit we could tell the women were laughing at us and inconvenienced by my mom. They also had the nerve to turn to me and ask what's wrong with her. Obviously, they are very unaware that whatever is wrong with THEM and how they treat others is a far worse condition to live with. The only positive interaction we had was with Peter and we really appreciate his service today. As for the rest of the staff we look forward to never visiting your salon again and making sure this is known to others. read more

I love this nail salon!! It's a little secret gem. It's perfectly sized so you don't feel like you're jammed in with a ton of people. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Stella is so sweet and love how she did my best friends nexgen. Sophia did my pedicure and gave me a really relaxing massage. Perfect for couples and for small groups of friends. They will definitely be our spot for our girls nails day together. They are more pricey than others but they are also more exclusive. read more

OK, so I hardly ever write reviews, much less negative reviews, and I had a bad experience sure, but I STILL wasn't going to write a review UNTIL my gel nails started CHIPPING after TWO days and PEELING after THREE days!!! So if this review helps at least one person not spend their hard earned money at this garbage fire of an establishment, it will be well worth it. It was a train wreck from beginning to end. First of all, it SMELLED BAD in there. And not like your typical nail salon bad, but more like moldy mildewy grossness. But I needed to get my nails done for my upcoming trip and I was already there so I figured what the heck and stayed. Granted, that should have been my first and last red flag, so that mistake is on me for not leaving when I had the chance. I told them I wanted a pedicure and a gel manicure. So they sat me down in the pedicure chair and turned on the water and left the room. The bowl was just filling and filling and filling and about half an inch from overflowing, so I got the attention of the guy giving a pedicure to the girl next to me and told him it was about to overflow. So he came over and turned off the water, and then started yelling from across the entire establishment at the manager/front desk (?) lady and the guy who was supposed to be doing my pedicure. So he came over and freaked out that it was about to overflow. And you know what he grabbed to remedy this problem? To scoop out feet water? A freaking ice bucket. Like the kind you would use to ice down a bottle of wine or champagne. So if you ever go there and ACTUALLY get beverage service - BEWARE! Oh yeah that reminds me. Regardless of the fact that there was a bar, and that a beverage was supposed to be included in my service, I was never, not even once offered anything to drink, not even water, from a single person there. I assume the bar is just for show. So anyway, after this guy finishes scooping out water with an ice bucket, (and then placing it back at the bar, mind you) he disappeared again. When he finally got back, he started giving me my pedicure. He chastised me for clipping my toenails before I came in, and I said yeah, that's because I like my nails short and no one ever gets my nails short enough. He just huffed and rolled his eyes. Throughout the pedicure he kept on jerking and slapping my feet if I wasn't holding them high enough or just perfectly for him. But the worst part was his constant need for validation and reassurance. Every other minute he looked at me expectantly and said something like "You like?" "Does this feel good?" "How's this?" "This feels good right?" "You like this color right?" "Do you like this color?" "How's this?" And sure, I get the desire to make sure the customer is satisfied, but dude I literally have my headphones on trying to listen to my audiobook. I can't hold your hand the whole time! How about ask once and then if it doesn't feel good or I don't like the color, I'll let you know. Even worse still is that since I was trying in vain to mind my own business and listen to my book, most of the time I didn't hear what he was asking, so I would ask what? And then he acted so put off and annoyed at having to repeat himself. Finally, he was done with my toes and moved to my gel manicure. They tried to upsell me on a full set of tips at least 6 or 7 times because of course they said my nails were too short too. And once again I was like Yeah. I know. I clipped them before I got here because I don't like seeing the whites of fingernails. It grosses me out. I just want gel. The lady even came over and said that's no good. That's no good at all. read more

Finding a nail place such as Dallas Nails and Lashes is really just a blessing. It's an amazing nail salon with the absolute best service! All the workers, especially Paul, Tiffany, and TT along with everyone are so very welcoming and kind. They make me feel like a valuable customer. They never fail to have a smile and positive attitude, always offer me a beverage of choice and always have small talk with me. I appreciate all their hard work and efforts to make a positive and great experience for the customers. It pays off for sure, ever since my first time visiting I knew it was a wonderful salon. The maintenance of the salon is very good, it both looks and smells fresh, clean and properly sanitized . They have very comfortable chairs and the environment feels very relaxing and safe. They have music playing, televisions with many programs and the pedicure chairs even have massages available for customer use. As for services they offer a variety of options from pedicures, nails, waxing to eyelash and eyebrow services and so much more. I've never felt so happy and accepted as a customer, the service, environment, and quality in both the staff and work done is like no other and very rare. I would definitely recommend this salon if you wanna have a great service done and it's perfect to relax. I promise you will leave feeling more happy than ever. read more

Always pass by here from work and decided to stop. Upon walking in I was greeted. Once in the pedicure chair I was asked did I want anything to drink (plenty of choices). Kim (mama) was the one who did my ultimate pedicure and she didn't disappoint at all. Will be going back to see her. Once again, I went after work as I made an appt & changed it last minute they were able to accommodate me with the change. I got a pedicure from Mama & Tiffani did my nails. I love the fact that while I was getting a pedicure I was able to soak my nails & get them done while I was doing my pedicure, thus cutting the time down in the salon. i liked this place! stumbled upon it cuz it's near my house and they just opened and are doing 30% off. The price for basic ombré nex gen like my nails was 55 (pretty normal to other salons tbh) and with 30% off it was only 38! My nail tech did a good job and I'm picky!!! She was fixing everything I asked her to do. Nail salon is pretty and clean. I usually go for longer nails and almond shape but my natural nails had broken recently so I wanted to grow them out with out tips! The lady that greeted me was really sweet and asked me right away if I wanted something to drink. I like this place and will totally return. I loved my experience at Dallas Nails and lashes! I was greeted and seated immediately and was done within an hour and a half. Cindy was my nail tech and she did an AMAZING job. I'm absolutely In love with my nails! I don't get them done often because I'm super picky about the shape and color but I'm definitely going back for Cindy. Their facility was super modern and clean and their prices were very reasonable and comparable to the other salons in the Plano/Frisco area. Everybody was super sweet and welcoming. I asked stated I wanted Dip service on my nails that were strong and naturally long and had been since Thanksgiving'25. Katy serviced my pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was nice. I wondered why the service was performed out of order from what I've normally received from my normal shop, but this was a new place, so I just relaxed for the 45 min classic pedicure. I also noticed the tools are not pre-packaged for sanitation purposes which worries me. Katy then took me to the nail station and ask again does she remove the Dip from my naturally long nails and appeared confused on how to perform that service. I noticed she wondered how to warm the acetone whether she should use hot stones or microwave to warm the acetone another tech (He) was visibly agitated told her to use a warm towel. All of this was spoken in their language...As I'm nervously watching their actions. Katy proceeded to dip my hands in the bowl with the warm towel for less than 5 minutes, she then took the drill to remove the Dip Acrylic from my nails...she appeared confused and then took the big clippers and clipped my pinky nail to the nip. I screamed NO!!! these are my REAL NAILS!!! She fumbled saying I ask you was that ok. I SAID NO, I CANT UNDERSTAND YOU!!! Another tech (I believe Rose was her name) took over to attempt "fix" this issue by continuing to soak off the Dip Acrylic and attempting to trim my remaing nails stating "we can add tips" I looked at her and stated "I didn't need tips" until Katy and YOU ruined my natural nails. I left the nail station. The "head" nail tech Lynn tried to "calm" or pacify the situation by showing me Her work and giving me 20% off on my pedicure and offering me a Free nail design on my next visit. I will never walk through those doors again. The lack of accountability, the lack of compassion for their inability to do the job along with Katy and Rose laughing about the situation with a lack luster apology for this was traumatizing and unacceptable. These shops pop-up with inexperienced individuals should be a warning And the actual manager never showed his face again.

Go to Kim - she is great at acrylic nails!!!!!!!!!! Very detailed!!!!

Nina worked on my nails and was hopping in between clients and rushing through my nails as if she was the only person there (several other nail techs available, but she said she was the only one that could). Even with other nail techs working she was "helping them" and saying " she doesn't know how , but I have to do it" but the other tech was having clients walk out and pay to what must've been a fine job. I assumed Nina would be the best, but she managed to cut my skin and cause me to bleed multiple times. Three days later, I had a nail fall off and another on the way out. Pictures below show 3 days old wounds, while the last one was the new wound after it was fixed. Not only that, I asked for French tips with a specific color. She started going up my nail bed with the paint in which I asked her if that was the final product or was she going to do a clean up. She told me that if I wanted "classic" French tips I should've said that because she assumed I wanted curvy (?). I had to show her a picture of what French tips were because she claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. As someone that has gotten my nails done for over 10 years, I've only ever had to ask for French tips. I've actually never heard of curvy French tips and idk why someone would assume otherwise. James did a great job on my feet which is the only reason i would give even a single star!

I spent $50 for the renew pedicure. It was completely rushed & the tech was rough with the cuticle care. She didn't pay attention to which foot she had done what on, so one of my feet was only in the water for less than 1 minute while the other was in for almost 5 minutes. The same thing happened with the hot towels. The entire pedicure was done in 30 minutes, this wasn't a basic pedicure. I even inquired when I checked out how long the pedicures generally take and was told this one usually takes 45 minutes to an hour depending on the tech and polish. This pedicure was a gift from my husband for relaxation due to recent stressful events including the loss of a loved one. Unfortunately The Eden Spa failed me.
