Pedicure was okay-I've had better cuticle and nail care. I wore my flip flops in and for regular polish. Went home and five hours later went to bed. I woke up in the morning with smudged nails. Spent almost half hour under their drying light. A friend told me they water down their polish to get more out of it. Needless to say I won't be back. read more

Very disappointed with the quality and service today at super nails. The red that I had previous on my nails was not completely taken off, so the Pink that I got does not look good at all. She got my cuticle with one of the tools and then continued to go over it after I told her OUCH that hurts. Also the price keeps going up, I think she just randomly says numbers. I have gotten the same dip the last 3 times and it goes from $42, $47 and $50, just pick a number! read more

Super nails? Super no! Our experience started before we even arrived to this nail salon. As a curtesy, we called to see if this local salon had time for 2 walk ins both for acrylic and spa pedicure. We were told yes, but then 20 minutes later we received an angry phone call saying we booked an appointment and we never showed. After much attempt explaining we only called to see if they had availability, they refused to acknowledge the understanding. A time wasn't even discussed, this couldn't have been possible. We attempted to go to another place locally, but they were booked. So we wound up here already with low expectations after the very rude and assertive behavior given by what seemed to be the owner. Instead of setting us up together for our treatments one of us was set up at manicure and the other (me) pedicure. I was told where to sit. I asked, "don't I need to pick a color?" They then brought me 4 pencil holder cups cramped full of false nails, attached to plastic popsicle sticks painted with the shades they offered. They gave me 4 containers to look thru, all loose and difficult to sort thru. The manicurist who (I understand English is a second language) but to her was not any language she understood would ask me questions in her language, and would need translation from other manicurist. She theb turned on the massage chair for me so now my chair is vibrating like crazy while the 4 cups of loose fake nails are shaking their way off the attached tray. So I am now stressing trying to stop a disaster all the while trying to pick a color while someone is giving me a pedicure. However, this was not enough stress. The manicurist stopped the treatment to give me a nail soak off, with cotton and aluminum foil while I navigate thru loose vibrating colors. I picked my color and showed it to her. Instead of retrieving the color she put it back into the cup never to be seen again. Lost in the void of clustered colors. So I pick the next closest in color. A sandy light shimmery beachy brown. As well, I chose the color for my manicure I was having after. She leaves to retrieve the color and returns with a plum purple. I said that is not the right color. Translation is lost. She sets it down and tries to put it on my feet. I pull my toes away and say NO it's not the right color, it doesbt even shimmer. She returns to the wall of colors to return with the same color plus a thick chunky silver glitter top coat to add the shimmer. I said again, no this is nothing close to what I chose it's not even in the same color family. The owner doing my friends nails got up to assist. She said "what you picked is a dip color were trying to color match" and I'm wondering in my head, why was I given dip colors to pick for my pedicure in the first place? She picks a rose gold. Close enough but not what I wanted. The woman begins to give me the most sloppy all over my skin and cuticle pedicure I have ever gotten coat after coat with out any correction. "All done" she said. And I look at my feet in pure disbelief, wondering if this is the first ever pedicure this woman has ever performed. I'm then brought to my manicure table, the far end from the company who brought me here. In between us are 2 very loud obnoxious and intoxicated people talking abiut very intimate discussions, or calling people on speakerphone.l talking loudly, making thus horrible ambiance. It was a solid 35 minutes of her trying to figure out what size false nails to put on. The fastest task of this job. Took 35 minutes. Mind you this is now 1.5 hours into our treatments. My friends manicure still isn't complete. I'm watching her poorly glue these nails on. She needs a translator to ask what shape. I said short and she proceeds to cut them long and I had to keep showing her how short I wanted them. Finally after this exhausting first step. My nails are poorly glued, popping off and cotton fibers all over the place on my nail beds saturated in super glue. And legitimately chizled with a drill that looked like it was ready to drill thru the hardest of hard wood to make a peep hole. I have never seen such an agressive bit used by a manicurist, literally ever. Then after this, I am told I need to now get up and switch sears with the person next to me one of the loud obnoxious two. So rather the manicure be completed in one seat, we have to pick up our things and switch with a stranger. I'm then told I need to wait a bit because now my sad manicurist will be doing the pedicure of the gentalman/woman whom I switched seats with abd someone else would finish. But then, I am given the infamous cups of loose nails AGAIN. And I was told to pick a color. I said I picked a color, I gave it to her where did it go? They said no thus is DIP color. I said I did not ask for a dip. I never once uttered the word dip coming in here requesting the treatments we intended on having. Quickest, most plain pedicure I've eve had. Nothing fancy, not even bath salts in the water. The only "fancy" thing is the price. $35 (prices on the wall aren't what they actually charge) to basically wash my feet, clip my toe nails and paint them. No buffing or filing before painting. Not impressed. My friend's toes weren't any better. The woman didn't have the color she asked for so she "made it" on the spot. It didn't not turn out as expected. I wouldn't go back or recommend. super nails was one of the best nail salons i've ever been do. they were so kind and patient, the lady doing my nails listened to how i wanted my natural nails shaped and how long i wanted them. she took care of one of my nails that had broken and you can't even tell. i would absolutely come back and recommend people here. the prices are fair and reasonable as well. 10/10 recommend!! read more

I decided to give this place in Hooksett a try as I usually go to eco nails but they were booked and I needed my nails done before a trip. I made an appointment for 5:30 and was not taken for my appointment till 6:15. The workers did not speak to me at all during the appointment until the end, when she asked me if I was 13. Once I told her I was 23 she told me her and her fellow colleagues had been talking about how young I looked the whole time. The overall appointment was horrible, the women cut my fingers twice with the drill and left multiple bare spots. I was overall disappointed and would not suggest. read more

I decided to use this salon because they had this beautiful pink colour and the colour is new this Spring 2015 season. I was able to walk right in without an appointment. The clientele was nice decent ladies. I liked the atmosphere. This was the fastest gel manicure I've ever had. this could be positive or negative. The gentleman used an acrylic drill on my natural nails. Yikes! He removed the gel by having me soak my nails in acetone, most salons use foils wraps with acetone cotton pads under it. It was effective in getting the artificial nail off my middle nail. Two days later my right thumb nail came off, but he did not put that one in the acetone, nor did he that artificial nail on so that is not totally his fault, but he did use the acrylic drill on it? Sunday, three days later my left index nail chipped on the edge? After he polished my nails he used a large gel light that I could put both hands into. This was wonderful and saved lots of time! Thank goodness I ordered the pink coulour so that when I have my nails done at my next salon to fix these nails it'll match. When my gel light manicure was finished he pointed to some lotion and told me that I could use it? I guess that's what you get for $20? read more

I called for an appt for my niece and I to get a gel Mani. We walked in and picked the gel colors we wanted. This was not gel Mani. It was a Polish change. They didn't soak my fingers, push my cuticles back, trim my cuticles. And filed my nails and that was it. No lotion at the end either. The hell Polish is already pealing off and it is not a day yet!! I will never go back there at all!!! They were absolutely awful. They also for paint on my cuticles and paint on my niece's fingers!! Her nail Polish is pealing of too!!! Went there with my mom to get a much needed mani/pedi after moving for days and I was excited that they were able to fit us in. However, not excited about the quality. The pedis were okay (not great) but my manicure is awful. The polish didn't dry for 2 (!!) hours due to the base and finish coat and then bubbles formed. She didn't cut my cuticles either. On top, I don't think they actually sterilized their tools. I won't be going back there. 3 stars because of the okay pedicures. read more

I'm shocked this place doesn't have more reviews! Don't let the location/inside of the salon push you away...yes, it DEFINITELY needs an interior makeover, but the couple who works here is amazing. It is a husband and wife and they are ALWAYS so nice and friendly. I've been there at least 15 times for several different nail services - manicure, acrylic tips, gel tips, pink and white tips, french manicure, etc. They offer shellac, which I've had elsewhere but never really liked, but I can't speak of the quality of the shellac manicures here since I've never had one done there. The husband ALWAYS carries on a conversation with me while doing my nails and is very focused on the customer. I asked for a pink and white fill on my colored-acrylics and he said he would have to take my current set off to redo them. I said sure, thinking I would just pay the extra $10-$15 it is to get my current set off, but he didn't charge me for it! They also don't soak your nails off, they just pop them off with clippers and a spare tip (sounds painful but it wasn't AT ALL and he was constantly making sure I wasn't in pain). The husband seems to do all of the gel, pink and whites, and acrylics, where the wife tends to stick with the manicures and pedicures. They only have two pedicure massage chairs (as there's usually only the wife working on them) but they are nice, big, and comfortable. I am ALWAYS 100% satisfied with the way my nails come out. The shape, colors, and overall look of my nails is always beautiful when I leave this salon. They have a 7 or 8 yr. old daughter who is always in the salon, helping to push the timers on the gel UV lights and playing with her baby sister who is also always there. They are absolutely adorable and provide cute entertainment for your visit to the nail salon. That being said, if you can get past the periwinkle-blue, outdated salon, you will have a GREAT experience with terrific customer service and lovely nails to boot! read more
