Hanna got me back into her chair and started on my manicure, she roughly filed down my pre-existing regular nail polish and after I explained I wanted to keep the length of my nails regardless of the uneven appearance as I had a nail break and wanted to keep the other long while it grew. She proceeded to argue with me that the uneven length looks bad and that I should do a round shape. After explaining that is not what I wanted she insisted it would just "look better" and what I wanted wouldn't look good- my nails were not drastically different heights, one nail simply was broken and all the others were similar lengths. She then continued to insult my nails while rushing through her work and being sloppy, inevitably covering me in the nail polish she was carelessly removing then blaming it on me saying it was "too thick" - I put two thin layers of color on my nail then a top coat. She then proceeded to use the electronic file and gouge my nails, will update when I remove this material as I saw deep cuts into my nail from her heavy handed filing. She then proceeded to start laying the builder gel without any cuticle prep when there was still old nail polish all around my nails. While doing the color she continues to rush through it carelessly and gets color and builder gel all over my hands, proceeding to blame the other staff saying they don't put the colors away correctly even though the mess was due to her rushing and swiping the brush all over my hands. As you can see in the photos on the day it was done it already looks a week overgrown from rushed work with no attention to detail. All the nails are different shapes as well from carelessness. My cuticles are not done and you can still see the pink old nail polish leftover all around the sides and cuticles. Extremely disappointed for the money I paid. Went with my mother and she was also extremely disappointed in her nails.

Great friendly environment. I've been going here for about four years now at first to get my…read moreeyebrows done. Which they do a great job of cleaning my brows up. But this was my first time looking to get my nails done here. First off, they have quality customer service. There were only two employees working at the time, Tony and another woman. It was a Friday around 4:30pm and nearly six other people came in behind me. It was very busy and waited nearly 35 mins, but I am happy with the outcome. Tony took care of my nails. I got a shellac manicure and since I waited a significant amount of time he did a little extra to my nails, for free, by adding a salon quality gel base to harden my nails. It would've cost me $40 bucks. He also asked me if I wanted my cuticles cut, which I appreciate. Not everyone wants their cuticles cut. They had a variety of nail polishes for manicures, but a small selection of colors for gel/shellac. They also need more staff. That's really the only negative that I found. Definitely check them out!

The nail tech (male) was incredibly distracted. He was texting most of the time and rushed. The…read moredetail work was poor. I had to file the tips smooth in my car. It was just 25 dollars for a French mani gel with removal of my previous gel. I don't think I'd be back, I like a place down the street but they were booked. Also, tech frequently spoke other languages not English when he was supposed to be working on me. Was not relaxing. Bathroom is gross.

I love designs and Kenny is AMAZING with the designs. The whole team is fantastic but Kenny has been doing my nails, he is a true artist. His shaping and application are flawless. Yesterday I went in and had a pedicure not sure which one I got but it was the best one on the menu. OMG worth every penny !! I have been talking to them about how I had just finished moving over the last three days from the 3rd flr to the 3rd flr between working 12 hour shifts bartending on my feet and my feet in my legs, just being so sore and exhausted. And the woman took care of me so great it was the best pedicure I have EVER had. And I go in and get a pedicure at least twice a mibyg and I've done it all over the city the last 22 yrs ..BEST EVER. I had pulled some sort of muscle that was in my big toe and it was so sore that every time I flexed my big toe up it down I could feel the pain travel up the back of my leg. After she finished the massage the pain is COMPLETELY gone and prior to it it actually hurt every step that I took. She really rubbed my feet and calfs gave a little bit of extra attention because she knew I just moved I think. I can't believe a pedicure and foot massage can remove the pain I was feeling from that over worked muscle. YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS SALON.
