I have lots of friends in Manchester so I visit a couple of times a year but they always remember me : ) These guys are friendly, professional and proficient at their jobs. They give me the best mani-pedis out of anywhere I go-that's why I always come when I'm in town. They do a better job than most Manhattan salons I've been to at a much better price. They even offer me wine or tea during my service. This place is highly recommended by all my friends here - unfortunately, the only people who have chosen to review them on Yelp have been the few negative experiences. I've been a loyal customer for several years. This salon is very clean and they do a great job! Nobody does dipping powder as good as Eco Nails. I've tried several places and keep coming back to Eco. They apply the dipping powder thinly too so it looks natural. And they don't take shortcuts, they do it right. Very friendly staff. This has to be the worst nail salon I have ever visited since I was in college 10 years ago. I brought my daughter and her friend for a girls day and was so Beyond disappointed. For starters, they had literally zero updated color options. My daughters manicure lasted all of 15 mins with no hand massage. They even charged extra for non-toxic nail polish !! It is hit or miss. Kevin did my nails and he was not good at it. They looked so so right after but it had already taken him over an hour. The manager called and offered to reimburse me, but I didn't both. I like the place, it was just that employee. Kevin had trouble clipping nails, using an appropriate amount of lotion (my hands were covered w lotion and white when he thought he was all done). He cursed when he made mistakes. My French lines are messy, the need to be redone. He didn't speak much and really didn't try to get to know me. I had to clean them up a bit myself when I got home. I am too frustrated to go back. Topping it all off this occurred on my bday - I was taking myself out for a bday treat. It put a damper on the day, and I left pretty upset. Stopped in on a whim today just to get my dip removed cause I wanted to be quick. I usually go to my salon in concord but didn't feel like driving that far today. When I got to the salon I decided to just go ahead and get them redipped praying it was quicker than the two hours it takes my normal salon. It was! It took an hour which was awesome! I don't know the ladies name but she did such a great job. Perfect shape and the grey sparkly dip I picked out looks awesome! Some of the reviews for this place weren't great but I'm glad I gave it a try. Will definitely be going back and saving myself the drive to concord.also the other women here were definitely regulars and the techs knew them by name and had conversations with them about their lives which is always nice read more

Don't go here. I got out of work early today and drive by this salon every day. The parking lot was empty so I decided to stop on a whim for a pedicure. When I walked in there was a young woman, who I presume to be the manager, sitting at the reception desk. She couldn't be bothered to look up and greet me until I said hello to her. I asked for a pedicure she said sure and then told me to go sit in a chair. An older woman came over to do my pedicure. It was the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life. When she cut my nails a little shorter, she struggled. Badly. It took her ten clips per nail- there's nothing wrong with my nails, they're not thick or hard to cut. She dug my cuticles out with a poker rather than push them back and cut like most places do. They also don't use a scrub of any kind they just take a nail brush with dollar store liquid soap and clean your feet. Really?! Then there was a hot stone massage and hot towels. They should have been called burning stones and burning towels. Ouch! I'm pretty sure my feet look worse than when I started. Every nail is uneven and long. She started to paint them and by this point I hadn't said anything and been very patient. She was shaking the entire time and my toes are covered in nail polish. So after the second coat I politely said to leave them as is because I was late to pick up my kids. I don't even have kids, I was just trying to be polite. She completely ignores me and reaches for top coat speaking in her native language to the man doing the pedicure next to mine. I politely again said no really you can leave them I need to leave to pick up my kids. She got wicked rude and said fine fine just stay okay I'll do it. Oh so you did understand me the first time? I said, "no, you're not understanding me. I'm leaving." I took out the toe separators and got out of the chair. The manager (same one from before) comes rushing over and asks me what the problem is. I said this was awful and I needed to leave to pick up my kids. She didn't even acknowledge that I said I was unhappy just asked how I was paying. I threw cash on the counter and stormed out. Impulse is right up the street and they're way better. And they don't pretend like they don't speak English. Eye roll. read more

I went there for a pedicure for the first time. I usually bring my own nail polish without the harsh chemicals but was pleasantly surprised by the healthier versions of polish they offered. They have gone to great lengths for covid safety. An elderly woman gave me the pedicure that was thorough and relaxing. I loved the warm towels on my legs. She didn't talk much but I didn't mind. I've been all over and this is by far the best Pedicure at the best price. The staff is super friendly and personable. They offer every option without being pushy and have a fantastic end result. Went to Eco Nails in Hooksett after getting a poor Acrylic full set at another Hooksett Nail place three weeks ago that I was not happy with. Not only did the staff here correct the problem but went above and beyond to do the job correctly. Took all the time needed and never felt rushed even though had to remove old acrylic and redo acrylic overlay to get the look I wanted. Will return again for sure! Thank you! read more

I stopped here 3 w ago, after a hair appt nearby, to get a manicure, needing the gel polish removed and then painted with regular polish, as I was going away the following week for a 2 w trip, and didn't want to deal with getting shellac reapplied while away. When the technician soaked off what she could, she was quite harsh with a an emery board, getting the rest of it off. Other salons use a gentle rotary brush to lightly get it off. Then, when she asked if I wanted them cut down, I told her yes, just a little, and I wanted squoval shape. When she made the first clip on my pinkie and showed the length to me, I said it was fine, but she then proceeded to file all my nails right down to barely nothing, with no shape to them! The polish job was okay,lasting a full week before I removed it to repaint for my trip, and I was disturbed to see how thin my nailbed looked, and how thin and flexible the nails were. I repainted them with 2 coats of a Magic Nail hardener, and another coat every day, as directed, but over the next week, what was left of my nails quickly bent and split, resulting in my having to cut them right down to the nub. This was the worst job I have ever had. It will be months before my nails grow out. I will never go here again, and would suggest others find another salon. read more

This was my favorite nail salon until this past week. I got my nails (gel) done which is suppose to last almost 2 weeks. On Thursday I had noticed my nail had chipped. So like any other broke college student I called to see if I could come get it fixed , with hesitation they said yes. I came and the same lady who did my nails Tuesday waited on me. Not even taking the polish off the nail but applying the wrong shade color on top of the chipped. Currently, Easter Sunday and all my nails are chipped. How hard is it to just give me a refund ? Eco Nails is my go-to nail salon. I have never received a service there that I was unhappy with. Oanh (prounouced "Won") gives AMAZING pedicures and they last forever. I've just started having shellac manicures done and I find that about 2 weeks go by before they even start to lift. Plus, the shellac manicure comes with a paraffin dip, which is a bonus! The technicians always take their time with the services and are friendly and knowledgeable. They're gentle with the files and their implements, which I appreciate because I've been nicked and gouged so many times at other salons. In addition to the lovely people, the salon's prices are also very reasonable and the place is always very clean. All the implements are always sterilized and the foot spas are cleaned/sterilized after each customer. They have a LOT of choices for polish colors in either regular polish or gel/shellac polish. They also do really great nail art. Also - if you pay in cash, you get a 10% discount off the cost of your service, so hit up an ATM beforehand. :) I've been to a LOT of salons in the area and this one is, by far and away, the best. read more

Wow.. the worst place ever! So I had pedicure done then I had manicure and the girl who was doing my nails said let me put the last coat on your toes I said no thank you I have to go and I'm wearing socks and boots, could you apply the coat after you finish my toes next time? the manager Tom yelled at my face and said that he doesn't want me at his place and put my stuff outside in front of other clients. Very disappointed in our last visit to eco nails. My sisters and wife have been loyal customers since they've opened their store. They've always received great service and kindness until their last visit. My sisters and wife had an appointment for a pedicure and a manicure. One of them decided to receive just a pedicure and an eyebrow instead of the manicure. The owner began to yell at her saying how he was losing money and how rude it was of her to cancel on them. She apologized continually and she said she just simply forgot to call. Keep in mind we were still paying for 3 pedicures and 2 manicures and decided to also get an eyebrow wax. He still continued to lecture us on how rude it was of us to do this after we apologized. Keep in mind, after coming here for years this has never happened. Five minutes after screaming at us , someone walked in and was able to get a manicure due to our cancellation. We thought after being screamed at we could move on from this rude interaction. But they continued to be rude to them and also threw away my sister's box because "she hadn't come in awhile"; this was not true because she had come in a few weeks before. They also asked my wife if she has gained weight because she looked different. This is extremely rude and unprofessional and this made her extremely uncomfortable. After they finished getting their nails done and paid them what they owed, he continued to yell at them for cancelling the one manicure. They also decided not to do the eyebrow wax because they were so angry with us. In the end, we were very disappointed with our experience and we do not plan to ever go back again. read more

For anyone reading this, I have never wrote a bad review on a business ever. This is a major first for me but completely necessary. If any one ever asks me how my experience went at eco nails I would defiantly never recommend them. I used to go here sometimes because it is close for me just to get polish and it was always fine. I then went one day to get dip and it took them forever to get my nails off to start, I had to leave and come back after an hour. When coming back I told the man doing my nails ( who is either the owner or manager) that I simply wanted white nails. He proceeded to try to glitter my nails when I asked him to kindly not after he tried it on one nail. He told me it's to late and kept going. After this I felt extremely uncomfortable and was not liking the glitter on my nails, as it looked tacky. I told the guy I wish he just did white and he lost it on me. He said okay ill take it off and you can leave. I proceeded to tell him I liked them just except the glitter. He then told me "he's the best of the best" and " he can tell I don't like him. I then told him to not take it so personally, I just didn't want the glitter. After I thought he could get more rude, he told me how "mad" he was at me and how " I wasted his time". I have personally worked for a couple different places and no matter what would never tell a costumer anything along the lines of "Im not happy with you". I felt so disrespected, while keeping calm the entire time. I had been loyal with them while at school, but I should've just drove the extra ten minutes to go to California Nails in Manchester.
