My technician was very meticulous and I loved the result. I would give a 4.5 if I could. Its always just a language barrier which isn't unusual, also my nail color I chose was a little different than I had asked for, my cuticles could have been cleaned up a little more. But great place everyone was very kind, and seemed like a happy place. I wasn't offered a beverage as others were, but not that big of a deal. I will go back for sure! read more

I had a really great pedicure here! The tech took her time and was more thorough than any other pedicure tech I've ever had. She made sure my heels were smooth, even adding a little lotion at the end. I find this harder and harder to come by, even though it should be a basic of pedis! She also did an expert job painting my nails... and the massage was the BEST I've ever gotten. It was long and varied and I was ready to fall asleep in the chair! They offer free refreshments (I had a glass of red wine!) and free WiFi. This is all I need and then some! I would absolutely make this place a regular spot if I was staying in Spokane. So done giving this place a chance.. The nail techs are extremely rude. I had my nails done there less than 2 weeks and they are breaking and lifting. When I returned to get them fixed she was very condescending like it was my fault?! She proceeded to roughly drill to remove polish and when i told her it hurt she said something in her language and continued to burn my polish off.. i walked out. Plenty of other nails shops around to put up with this horrible service!! do yourself a favor and avoid this place!! read more

I have been going to this salon for a very long time and have never had a bad thing to say about them. And the reviews I leave are good! Til I had someone new do my nails. The nails started off great til the polish started peeling 4 or 5 days later. I also did not have a good experience with this nail person to begin with. So I called went in there to have the polish redone, hopefully correctly, and well she said the color she " fixed" was the same color. I said I don't think it is 3 separate times. A lady sitting next to me said the same thing. Well it not the same color. The polish that was peeling my toes was not removed it was painted over. So I suspect the new wrong color will be peeling off soon as well. Uuugh if I could post the picture of the difference trust me I would!!!!!! read more

Nope. Not happy. My regular place was booked way out so I stopped in here because they were nearby and available. First, they charged quite a bit more for a gel fill. I just wanted short nails with rounded edges. They're all different lengths, some are squared, some are rounded, the tips and sides are ragged. I needed to go home and file them. One is still sticky several hours later and not shiny. I think she missed a step. It's messy and I had to clean off excess polish off my fingertips. They're pretty thick and gloppy looking. I also thought it was weird I wasn't asked to wash my hands at any point. Keep driving. Don't stop here. read more

I have been going to this nail salon since Sept. 2023. I make appointments, I am polite, don't complain and I tip well, $10 on a pedicure, $20 on a manicure. I enjoy having a good relationship with any vendor I frequent. I had an appointment two days ago, I go in, they greet me by name and my manicurist is in the middle of another manicure. I ask how long the wait will be and no real answer, no apology, no nothing. Maybe 20 minutes, I should have walked out, but I had powder and gel on my nails that needed to be removed. After a few minutes they decide they will let me soak my fingertips in sandwich baggies of acetone, and they leave me sitting like this for 15 minutes, I inquired how much longer at that point as my hands were starting to burn. They wanted to leave me for another 5 minutes. I said no my hands are burning, and Chi came over and I told her to please cut down my nails to almost nothing and clear coat. She used the dremel on my soaked nails and my nailbeds are so thin now. Did lousy gel coat missing spots and after I got home I discovered 4 broken nails and top layer of gel peeling off in soft flexible layer. Needless to say I will never go back. read more

My daughter and I have been going here for years. Our last salon was a disaster and closed shortly after we had stopped going there. That was no surprise to us. On our last visit the health inspector did a surprise visit and came up with things that need to be addressed. Our technician/the owner became extremely agitated and upset and told us that we would have to leave because she could not continue to work on my daughter. She was too upset to work on anyone. That left us with a half done set of gel nails and no place to go. A quick call to our hairdresser lead us to Super Nails. Within an hour we were leaving the shop with my daughters nails looking perfectly manicured. What more can I say? We have always been impressed with their friendliness and the expertise. read more

When I got there they handed me a chart of their services. I picked a manicure & pedicure. When I went to pay the price was $30 more then the chart said it would be. The pedicure was fine but I got a manicure that I hated. I told the women several times that I hated it & she'd just laugh and say "it looks very natural!" I said it looked like I'd been into food coloring & my fingernails had been stained (not exactly natural) and had I wanted "natural" I wouldn't have spent the money to have my nails painted. Now I have to pay to go & have someone else redo them so they look presentable for work tomorrow! read more

I just went to this place with my daughter it was are first time there and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail shop they where rude to me and my daughter and they didn't want to do are nails the way we wanted them done but me and my daughter where already to far on are nails to leave I got one color and my nails where short and they charged me 70 dollars for them I couldn't believe that cause there was nothing special to my nails and it was dirty and smelled bad I wI'll never go there again read more

This salon is just okay. There was one guy that spoke English and the rest of the women had to ask him every time we spoke to them. The girl who did my pedicure was very nice, but too gentle; she barely pushed my cuticles back. She was also cutting my nails with the cuticle remover, and not the clippers, which was odd. The polish application was pretty messy as well. I might go here again, but I'd probably ask for the guy because he actually could converse and seemed very nice. read more

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. I purchased a pedicure which included a ten minute foot massage. I requested they remove the dead skin from the heels, toe, and sides of my feet. (This was the only reason I went in.) I was wearing a long skirt (that I had pulled up to my knees) and assumed that they had done as I asked. The technician had quickly used a pumice stone, and I assumed that I would not need to check that she had done her job properly. Soon after leaving the sharp dead skin (that was NOT removed) caught on my long skirt, and I checked my feet only to find the glaring problem. Not to mention, they never even told me when I was done. The tech just got up and left and started working on someone else. When I called asked to speak with the manager he refused to assist me. Saying that he would fix my feet,only after I had explained that I was literally about to leave on a plane home. ( I was raised in Spokane but live in California.) I requested a partial refund and told them my mother would pick it up. The "manager" then told me that he refused to do that and handed the phone off to what I can only assume was the nearest female technician. She then proceeded to tell me that I was a bad person for requesting a refund ( a mere $15), and asked if I thought I was a nice person to do so. I explained that its not about being nice. I paid for and asked specifically for the dead skin to be removed, and low and behold, it was STILL there. I could go on and on, but I'll leave it at this: If you are crazy enough to go here, meticulously check the technicians work before you leave. Because once they have your money, they do NOT care to make their customers happy. They ONLY accept cash, because of course, now I cannot request a charge back. Does that seem fishy to you too? Yeah. That's what I thought. I will not be back, and I will tell everyone I know about my horrible experience. read more

I went in for the second time yesterday and got a pedicure, manicure, eyebrow and upper lip waxing. Previously I had a pedicure. Pedicure was great, bottom of my feet are smooth, the massage felt wonderful and I got cute flowers on my large toes. Manicure was good as well. The waxing room has a lounge to lay on with sanitary paper they change for each customer. My eyebrows were waxed very well and it was clear she was very experienced! Being a licensed cosmetologist I am always leery of going to stripmall places to get my pedicure and manicure done. I probably got one of the most thorough and best pedicures I have ever had in my adult life and or career. The people that work here were very nice though the gals did not speak much English. They had excellent customer service and tried their best to communicate with me. I am also very aware of cleanliness and sanitation and I feel that they were right up there with Industry standards ! it was a fantastic experience especially for the money! If negative stars were a thing I would give them. Horrible service. I made an appointment for 2:45 and came in early because when I call they said then could get my friend and I in for homecoming nails. Had to wait until 3:30 to even sit in a chair for a full set. After constant reminders that we were here we finally got help. Biggest waste of money on a full set and pedicure. After an hour of waiting with no service we ended up leaving. Very poor costumer service. I had gotten a fill, which is listed as $18. I picked out a purple that ended up being too bright, when I asked to change my color I was told "No, it's already dry." After arguing over the fact she refused to take off my color, then proceeds to put a soft pink over my ugly bright purple which obviously is not going to work. I am very disappointed with my nails. I paid $35 w/ a $5 tip to leave with nothing that I asked for. And to top it off, she did not even ask what I wanted, or even what shape I wanted. Will never go here again. Got a fill and when I got home both me and my husband noticed a yellow tint. Went in the next morning and they told me it was the gell polish, after taking it off my nails were still yellow. They told me it was my fault and was going to charge me to put on a new set or charge me to have them painted with gel. Left and went to another saloon, where they were shocked about how yellow they were. Anyway had a new set put on at the new saloon and quess what...no yellow on my natural nails or with the new nails. The lady was also rude and nasty and actually got disgusted with me when I complained about the yellow and wanted it fixed.They claim customer satisfaction but that is a lie. I was pleasantly surprised by this nail and waxing salon. A friend of mine told me she had gone here after I complimented her on her perfect eyebrows, so I thought "why not? Let's give it a shot." And it was only a few blocks away from home. I came in 30 minutes before they closed and they were still very friendly. My eyebrows look amazing, the gentlemen was fast, clean and obviously very experience. I decided to get a manicure and gel polish last minute. The first color I picked didn't set right and instead of just sending me off with a bad nail job, she had me pick a new color and completely redid it. It took forever but it was so worth it. Recently went here and got dip polish..big mistake!! I could tell halfway through they did not know what they were doing (should have told them to stop immediately) and towards the end my finger was cut. Not a big deal, it happens..but as it was bleeding a smidge they dipped the cuticle oil brush on my finger and THEN PUT IT BACK IN THE CONTAINER!!! I happen to live right behind this spot and have been getting pedis and an occasional full set from time to time for a couple years. I have never been disappointed, the pedi chairs are nice and have a massaging mechanism, prices are pretty great and one of the ladies (forgot her name) does really sweet little flowers.
