I'm done with Super Park. It now has been multiple times that I have had to wait over 20 minutes to get a shuttle back to the A lot. Over the past 2 months I have had 3 bad experiences. Yesterdays was the worse. At midnightIt took more than 20 minutes a shuttle to the A lot to arrive and people were very angry waiting around. The driver indicated that the night "was a mess" because they didn't have enough staff or enough vehicles. Then when i finally got to my car, only one of the pay lanes out was open and the line was backed up forever. I usually use the credit card lane that doesn't have an attendant and saw it was closed. Another credit card lane was open so once cars cleared out of the way, i went to it and paid and pressed the button to get a receipt. Guess what, no receipt.! On the 2 prior experiences I have had similar issues with lengthy waits, all the while watching van after van from the competition (The Parking Spot) come and go. I won't use Super Park again. read more

Horrible shuttle service. Both drivers (to the airport and back to my car) were rude and definitely not customer focused. Parking lot A was 13 dollars per day, had no covered areas, and spots were narrow. Park at a lot further from Lambert and get better service and better parking accommodations. read more

Terrible. We parked in Lot B and paid a little more so that we would be closer to the terminal and thus get to the airport and back to our car faster. This was particularly desired because our return flight didn't land until midnight. We rushed to the shuttle waiting area and watched 4 Lot C shuttles, a Lot D shuttle, and 2 Lot A shuttles. After 35 minutes we asked AGAIN if a Lot B shuttle was on the way and was told by one of the drivers when we complained that there were two Lot C shuttles sitting there without anyone boarding, that Lot C gets the most shuttles because its the biggest lot. So much for paying more to get faster service. The moral of the story is to use the Parking Spot (tons of their shuttles went by) or never pay more for the more expensive Super Park lots. Just park in Lot C and you will get to your car a lot faster. read more

Super Park gets an F today. Waited 30 minutes for a shuttle in lot C. Got passed by FIVE other shuttles that were full (each one promising the next one would pick us up). Tried to call the phone number to inform someone that we were waiting, but of course, no one answered. I get that it's a holiday, but try a little harder please. It took longer to get to the airport than from the parking lot to the airport. read more

I should have read the reviews. Left the parking last night at the terminal, the most expensive parking and closest. The bill was $115, I put in my credit card and it paid and I didn't get a receipt. A lady with an ugly personality leans out and says it's out of paper, and says if you don't go out and something about a U-Turn, you have to pay again. I left came back in talk to another lady, just as rude, and she said we don't handle the unattended booths, you will have to go to the other booth. After encountering another smart a@@ employee, I was told I had to call the office to get a receipt. She said if you would have come through where there was an attendant we would have taken care of it. I asked how I was supposed to know that, she just said they had nothing to do with the unattended exits, and next I will know not to go to an automatic payment one. Who would have known ? She gave me the number to call and of course no answer went to a VM, and of course no call back today, left another message today. Typical rude lazy workers at Super Park. Park somewhere else, they will treat you nicer. What a great welcome home ! read more

I used to only park at super park but their service has been horrendous lately. Shuttles run less and less frequently. It's absolutely unacceptable for a business traveler to wait over 30 minutes for a shuttle. read more

Super Park convinced me to start taking MetroLink to the Airport. Seriously, this company sucks. The shuttle service is ABYSMAL. I have waited over twenty minutes for a damn shuttle to come on MULTIPLE occasions, even with a dispatcher on duty. They waste an asinine amount of time picking up and dropping the customers *EXACTLY* at their car... I can get to my car faster if you would just let me walk. If at all possible, use the MetroLink. At least they run on a timetable so you'll KNOW when your train is coming. And they take you right up to the terminal. read more

HOSTAGE! Went to attendant to pay my fee since the self pay credit card readers almost never work I quit trying. After I paid but the gate didn't go up. Took several minutes to get the attendant to notice. I was told she had to call someone and couldn't let me out of the lot. I was held hostage for a little over 15 minutes after I paid before a guy showed up to open the gate. Are you kidding me? read more

I have been parking at Super Park for a few years, $8 uncovered, $11 covered / day. The shuttles are usually quick, however you do occasionally have delays when there are alot of flyers. Last trip was passed by 3 full shuttles (waited about 10+ minutes for a shuttle. Not good if you are pressed for time. read more

I've been using Super Park for about 20 years. They have a timely shuttle service and reasonable rates. Sign up for their loyalty program to save a dollar a day. read more

Takes entirely too long for the shuttles to arrive, and they have a half dozen lots so you end up having to request multiple drivers to call into the lot you want. Way better off using a lot closer to the airport, even if a dollar or two more a day. Not worth the stress. read more

Arrived for flight two hours early. Driver sat with other driver at end of parking lot for 10 minutes. Then, waited for people to park their cars. Didn't offer to help with bags. Rude. Obviously hates her job. Took more than 20 minutes just to get from parking lot to airport down the street. read more

Last week I had an overnight trip for a job interview. I was having a rough day and when I parked in Super Park I promptly locked my keys in my car. Panicked and already flustered, the staff at Super Park not only tried to keep me calm but promptly called for assistance and in a mere 20 minutes I was in my car to get my luggage and on my way to my flight. The staff was OVERWHELMINGLY patient and helpful, much more than the call of duty required. The shuttles were quick even when I returned the next night at well after midnight. I'll certainly recommend Super Park to anyone! read more

Used Super Park for the first (and probably last) time. Parked in Lot C. Excellent service by the busses. However, came back to find someone had backed into my car, causing $1700 in damage. They have no cameras for protection. I'll find a more secure location next time. read more

I was just on the shuttle from the terminal to lot A and Greg was my driver. It is so nice to come home from a long day of travel to a guy like Greg!! He was so pleasant and positive and he instantly made me smile. He brought me right to my car and offered to put my bags in for me. Just a wonderful guy and great experience. It's St Louis cold and the young man in the booth is sitting in the heated booth not noticing that there are 30 people waiting on buses. In the meantime, The Parking Spot buses are arriving every couple minutes. I tell the man in the booth what's going on and he calls for more buses. They arrive within a few minutes. Maybe if he would have got up, took one step and looked at the number of people waiting we wouldn't be in the situation. He was too worried about getting cold and on his phone. read more

The Cypress location used to be my favorite place to park when flying out of Lambert. The buses were always waiting for me both when I arrived at the lot and when leaving the airport. The last 2 times, I have had to wait a considerable amount of time both coming and going. Last time was over 20 min at the airport and another bus from another lot picked us up because she knew we were waiting so long. I'm not sure if they are short staffed or have a management problem but I think I will be finding a new lot next time. read more

Park anywhere but here!! It is not safe! Our car was broken into while we were gone. When we came back to find our car completely trashed, (middle consoles emptied, everything taken out of the dashboard, ect). Not to mention we were in row 6 relative close to the front. When we tried to call superpark customer service (we got back around 9 pm) our only option was to leave a "detailed message" because no one was available. Luckily had no valuables left in the car. The service at superpark is absolutely terrible (with the exception of two shuttle drivers who's names I will add as soon as I remember). The drivers have no sense of urgency, they waste time circling the lot almost endlessly, and most of them are just downright rude. If you're in a hurry, don't waste your time or money. read more

Our car battery died and the staff members at Super Park were amazing. We have 2 toddlers and it was 90+ when we arrived to our car. It took a while for the technician to make his way to us but in the meantime the shuttle bus drivers let us sit on their bus, offered us water, and assured us the technician would arrive soon. Thank you for keeping us hydrated and cool during this unfortunate time! read more

Let's begin with "I will never use Super Park again!" Upon arriving at Super Park D lot on August 2, 2012, the Super Park staff INSTRUCTED us to park along the back fence area because there were no aisle spaces left. There are yellow poles in front of the fence area at which we were told to park, some say no parking, but the ones beside our car did not. We returned yesterday, August 18, 2012, to find our passenger rear tire FLAT (fence-side, so not immediately visible), which we now know is due to a 1/2 inch gash in the sidewall of the car. It appears that someone took a pen knife or other damaging instrument and purposely cut the tire. Had this level of damage to the tire taken place while we were driving to the Super Park lot, we would have had an instantaneous flat on the highway. Thus we are quite sure the damage occurred within the confines of Super Park Lot D. Incidentally, our car was at least 5 feet from the fence because the yellow poles were between our car and the fence, thus it would have been impossible to reach through the fence to cut the tire. Interestingly when we disembarked from our Super Park bus last evening, the Super Park driver cautioned us that we might have a ticket for parking along the fence. He explained that the space is needed for turning the buses. Sure makes us wonder who we inconveneinced by parking our car there! A very dissatisfied customer :( read more

I've used Cypress/CLot for years all the way back to when it was built. Been there close to 100 times. Service has gotten worse and I think it's time for a change. The driver last night was abusive until she wanted a tip. Too many new competitors. Not worth supporting poor service. Covered parking is a joke. The machine has eaten my ticket before--no one in the building to help. The credit card only checkout lines are often broke and I don't even try them anymore. read more

I would not recommend parking here, there are way better parking options at St. Louis airport that won't leave you infuriated. I parked in lot D for 2 and a half weeks, at a rate of 7 dollars per day. I managed to squeeze into one of the last available spots. I will say that the shuttle service was fine for me. Both drivers were nice and helped me with my luggage. It was a 5-10 minute wait for the shuttles. I return from my trip and arrive at the parking lot after 10 p.m. It's late, I'm tired, and I'm ready to start my one hour long drive to get home. There are two open lanes to exit the parking lot, both are self serve, and there are zero actual people working the booths. I go to the first lane and insert my ticket several times, but each time it tells me that it cannot read my ticket. Okay...maybe that particular reader isn't working, so I back out and go to the second lane. Once again, I attempt several times to insert my parking ticket and receive the same error message. At this point I'm feeling pretty ticked off. I'm locked in a sketchy parking lot at night, alone. I push the "call for help" button, nothing happens. Thankfully my phone was charged (or I would have been completely screwed) so I call the Super Park phone number and I'm told that someone will be out shortly to help me. After another 20 minutes, this manager finally pulls up and gets in the booth to help me. She looks at my ticket and says "Yep, it won't read this. The printing was messed up" in the most nonchalant way, suggesting that this happens all the time. (If your machine constantly screws up on printing tickets you could maybe..fix it??) So she proceeds to tell me that I owe 126 dollars and I pay it. This entire time she never once seems apologetic or says sorry for the inconvenience/wasted time. So if you want to have your car stuck in a parking lot after your late night flight, wait 40 minutes for help, and receive bad customer service, I would totally recommend Super Park! read more

I travel through Lambert at least every other week and have always used Lot B because of speed and friendliness of service but after my last experience on 7/8/15 at 8:30 PM on shuttle 14 never again. We were picked up from Terminal 2 and the driver could clearly see we had 2 suitcases and a computer bag but did not offer myself or my wife any assistance. He then picked up another lady at Terminal 1 with a huge suitcase and again offered no assistance. When we arrive on Lot B my wife attempted to give directions to our vehicle with no response from the driver 3 times and he finally responded sarcastically "yeah I see it!". Again, he never offered assistance getting bags off the shuttle but as we drove out we did see that he did help the young lady with her bag all the way to her vehicle. The driver seemed to have a chip on his shoulder and clearly did not want to be there. I know Lambert could care less about my money or concerns but I will definitely take my $100+ per month elsewhere. Not to mention the shuttle cleanliness has declined and most rattle like they are ready to die...too many options to deal with this non-sense. Definitely doesn't help with the image of our city. read more
