I contacted them via messaging and explained what I wanted done. Monica responded quickly with a quote, which was very reasonable. I explained I needed the items by Wed. 7/1/26. I was able to come in drop off the vest and the sample on Mon. 6/22/26. Monica contacted me on Wed. with a sample. Looked at the sample sent. It was great! By today 7/25/26, I was contacted by Monica that the vests were ready within fours days. The finish came out amazing. Looking forward to continue future business with 3M's. I also recommended them to a start business looking to expand their brand.

I went this morning 1/5/24 like he said and he couldn't even find my hats. Then he finally found them and they weren't even done! So he tells me to come back at 1pm. So I come back at 1pm and 2 of the hats are ok, could be better but this one literally looks like my 5 year old daughter's writing!! The guy doesn't bother to say anything about redoing my hat or anything. Oh he gave me a .50 cents discount for ruining my hat! ‍ Place is garbage just like my hat he ruined!
