Can't say enough words about how great Patty & Trina(I really hope I remembered the other awesome & amazing girls name that works here bcuz she is honestly a beautiful diamond of a young person) they're both so friendly & genuine when they are welcoming anyone & everyone that walks through their door. It wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be to walk through their door bcuz of how sweet & kind everyone was, even Steve who I met for the first time :) After moving up to the high desert we had a few items that we just didn't have anymore use for or need and Express Pawn was so wonderful with paying us in my opinion very very generously. The level of incompetence and lack of professionalism is astounding. After paying for the pawn and filing out ALL the necessary documents for a hand gun, I left thinking everything was taken care of and only needed to wait the ten days to pass and I could show i.d. and take my hand gun home......nope! Not even close! I was told I needed to pay an addition fee, a federal fee. They couldn't call me to tell me that their help screwed up and forgot to CALL ME and tell me I needed to pay the fee upon pick up? I'm sure that the call would have been free and taken no time at all. I guess their soon to be canceled A&E show takes priority over customer service and satisfaction. This place is not worth anyones time. Obviously I don't have the money to be driving back and forth if I did I wouldn't have needed to PAWN MY GUN! I wasted gas driving there that I normally wouldn't have (if someone had the decency to take the time and call when their mistake was noticed), and now I have to wait for payday to get what rightfully belongs to me.
