Not thinking of what the situation of the clients and what they are going through but only her own pocket book and when, she, thinks the dogs should be groomed. I got told through an email that she would not groom my dog because we did not bring our pet in when she thought it was right. After my dogs surgery, he was badly matted because under the direction of the vet, he could not stand long enough to get groomed and to wait for a couple months. He is a double coated dog and I understand it takes a lot of work to brush him out but to be told the next time that they would not take him because we were a month longer than what she wanted, I was told she was cancelling any further scheduling. I was taken aback that some one who supposedly loves animals would do such a thing. I would not and will not recommend this groomer with people I know and meet. Beware of this place and owner.

In the past I would give this business a full 5 star review. Today proved to me that the…read moreproprietor of this pet grooming business needs to rethink how to treat customers. I started using this groomer for my small breed hair coat dog when it first started up and the groomers did a great job and treated my dog well. Recently there has been posts of how they feel dog owners are abusing their dogs when they come in with matted hair/fur. Now, there are times when this could be so, but most dog owners will seek help with such situations. The other problem is that many groomers are so busy that it's hard to get an appointment that one can commit to, especially if there are only two days in the week one has to get a groom. This can lead to a little longer than usual time between grooms. So, recently when I was finally able to get my dog in for a groom, I had a big surprise when I arrived for the pick-up. The groomer was quick to say that my dog was abused because there was matting in the coat. This happened after I paid for the service that cost $70 plus tax, which included an extra cost for the matted hair. Then the groomer shoved her phone in my face trying to show me pictures of the alleged matting and was down-right rude to me. I know there may have been a little bit of matting, but not so severe as what was being said, since I regularly rush my dog to help keep the coat from matting. The way in which the groomer decided to confront me was very unprofessional and aggressive. I would have taken it if I was no taking care of my dog. But, this is not the case. My past experience with groomers is that if my dog had matting the groomer would kindly educate me with techniques on how to prevent matting, not accuse me of abusing my dog and overcharging me. Also, I've never had a groomer send pics to my social media of alleged matting, then block me so I could not respond. In short, my dogs groom was the length I asked it to be, and the ears and nose area of my dog's hair was cut uneven and looks bad. Between the abuse by the groomer and the bad trim, I will not be returning to this groomer.
