I used to think a quick service car wash was a quick service car wash until I canceled quick quack and switched to superstar. The one thing I truly appreciate is a dry towel which is always available. Quick quack, constantly folds and reuses the towels they're always damp and leave streaks everywhere. Superstar does higher volume and stale manages to keep dry tails. I'm always in and out of this place absolutely love it. read more

I bought the yearly car wash membership from Costco for a deal. I recently had my car washed at Superstar Car Wash and had a mixed experience. While the wash did clean the vehicle reasonably well, I was disappointed to find some scratches on the surface afterward. I have been using this car wash for months. Today's experience has me questioning whether I should continue paying for this monthly service. As I waited for my turn to drive into the car wash and be guided onto the track, the employee just waved me down without paying attention. As I was on the track, it started scraping my car. Hopefully there's no damage, and then he looked and guided me which way to go. As he was handing me the air freshener, I told him he needs to pay attention when guiding us so we can properly get on the track. Instead of apologizing, he told me it was my fault for not properly getting on the track and was rude and dismissive. I have tried calling the company but it's a Sunday, so they are closed. I sent them a message. We will see what happens. I'm highly disappointed by this situation and considering canceling depending on how they respond. I will keep everyone posted read more

Took my car in for a lite wash, didn't speak to anyone and received an email an hour later thanking me for signing up for their unlimited membership. Never signed up for it and it seems like a fraudulent scam. There is no customer service number where you can speak to anyone. Fortunately I was able to get a hold of someone through email and stated that I never signed up for anything and the "canceled" it. I'll be keeping emails and a paper trail but this is unacceptable signing people up for something they didn't agree to. read more

It's been several weeks now and I've yet to hear back. I even stopped by the location to try and get help and spoke to an employee who told me they couldn't help me and that I had to contact the company through the website for a response. I have had a membership for a while and just got a new car, switching it over to my brand-new car. I normally go through the one on Signal Butte but went to this one and how lucky was I for it to scratch my hood and completely taking the paint off. I am fairly new to the area and have found that the desert makes it difficult to keep my black car clean. I have tried a few different car washes in the area and they all do a decent job and all have a monthly plan that allows me to go as often as I like. Super Star Car Wash has a little bit more to offer. It just seems like I get a little bit extra from them. Their wash tunnel seems to have more options than the others. And the staff is friendly and helpful. They are a little more expensive but the value makes it worth it. I normally use the Ellsworth location but have been through several of their locations. The vacuums have good suction for the most part. Some have heads that fall off though. There are plenty of towels to use also. It appears that they replace bad ones because they are in good condition. read more

There's a gentleman there by the name of Tusi, Tasi or Tuai (I apologize about the spelling) who is always moving/working. He works incredibly hard. I would offer him a job ANYWHERE! This place is horrible. Customer service is shitty coming from the manager. The workers have little knowledge of what they're doing. They did not raise the top brush causing damage to my car. The big scrubber/washer made contact with roof rack and ripped the rack off the vehicle causing damage to roof, hood and broke the windshield. We filed a claim and it came back denied saying this is aftermarket product. It doesn't matter if it's aftermarket or not. We had the roof rack on our car for over a year and drove it to Jackson's Car wash many times and never had a problem. Super star wash needs to better train their employee so future occurrences like this would not happen. The manager was also not very nice to us when we came to pick up our rack the next day. If I was a manger I would think to provide excellent service to my customers so they would return or refer the car wash place to their friends and family. But no he was a total jerk and gave us an attitude. I will be escalating this to corporate office and will never return to this shitty place ever again. read more

This new car wash has been pretty great and close. Chris has been positive, polite and helpful! We look forward to seeing him. The self cleaning car area has always been clean, the trash cans emptied and even have drying towels. The only issue we have had was that our cc number changed and we couldn't get back on the car wash package we had before. Beware at the gate of this car wash. Young kids up selling and saying anything they need to say to get the up sell. I went for a wash and I was told about a deal for $1 extra . I said no thank you, I don't want a membership. I was very explicit about it. The kid said it's not. It's $1 extra for 30 days of unlimited, but then it expires so you won't be billed monthly. So I bought it. Look at my statement a month later. Oh wow, guess I have a monthly membership now. No one onsite can help, you have to cancel online. I've hand. Every time I pull in to use the wash menu, an employee comes up to me and hassles me to buy the unlimited wash plan. The last guy sighed at me when I told him no. I'm getting tired of having to explain every single time why I don't want the unlimited wash plan. I don't get my car washed enough to justify it so no, it would not save me money. It's just another automatic charge for something I'm not gonna use. Next time I'm just gonna roll my window up when an employee tries to sell that to me. Kevin and his team are awesome. My wife and I have been customers for two years now. We have had issues with enrollment and renewal but the guys were always able fix it on the spot. We've had to try other automated establishments but they never got our trucks no where near as clean. Even compared to other Super Star washes we both fee that this is the best one in the organization, we've tried the one on Power but the place is two small and the drying towels were always too wet. The washes are always clean, vacuums work well above average, the towels aren't too wet or too dry and the team members are always happy and very courteous. We'll continue to renew our memberships for both our trucks forever with Kevin at Super Star!! read more

The service itself is great but when it comes to billing and cancelation, it's an absolute nightmare. I had a membership from Sept 2020 - July 2022. There have been multiple times when my "membership was not found" and I had to either get a new windshield sticker or change my card on file. In February 2022 my plan increased in price from $24.95 up to $26.95. My car was also totaled on Feb 15 and I didn't use the car wash for 3 months. After I purchased a new car, I was able to continue using the car wash with the app. On 7/28/2022, my membership was "not found" when logging onto the app and I called the number for customer service that popped up on my phone. I have called the number before when I tried to cancel when I didn't have a car and knew I was going to be on hold for a VERY LONG TIME. (My opinion is that the hold time is to encourage you to hang up before you have a chance to cancel) When someone finally picked up, the foreign accent was red flag #1. The Customer Service Representative asked how he could help me and when I told him I was locked out of my membership account he seemed confused. I asked "This is the number for Super Star Car Wash, is it not?" The CSR never answered... red flag #2. The CSR then informed me he needed my credit card information in order to open a service ticket. I told the CSR that I was not giving my card information over the phone, I had my Fast Pass ID but he insisted on my credit card information was the only viable identifier to open a service ticket. I told him I was going to hang up and just go to the car wash to speak with a manager. The CSR never said anything after that so I hung up. Surprisingly I was able to cancel my account online with my iPad (trying to cancel on my phone or my laptop never worked for some reason). Never getting another membership again. To Super Star Car Wash: Please don't bother replying to this review and offering me a free car wash or some other amenity. I will not be coming back. I will go to the CobbleStone Car Wash that is being built across the street or the Clean Freak car wash in Queen Creek instead. read more

I had a great experience here at the this location(Signal Butte and Pointe 22) I had excellent customer service given by Devon at this location. He noticed a nail in my tire and took the time to let me know when I was exiting the wash. He could of just let me go and I would of had a blow out for sure. My tire was very low and he cautioned me not to drive. I called AAA which too over 3 hours and he even came over to ask if I needed any more help. I can't forget Michael either who asked if he could help out and plug the tire for me so I could get home. Again, supreme great above and beyond customer service. I even tried to give Devon a tip which he refused but told me to go get a cold drink. I don't think you could get better customer service and a great car wash anywhere!! Nope... plate #.... Nope... she couldn't find us on the system.. hmmm made we wonder what's going on. what does our charge say.
