This car was splattered with bug guts and caked on by 122 degrees of death. A lot of ickiness to wash away. About a month ago, at the grand opening, they were offering free exterior car washes. My car had a bit of dust and unwanted scratches. I put my car in "D" and in it went. A line was expected. We were greeted with a "hello" and a welcoming service and a sincere apology for the slight delay. The gentleman handed me a car scent and a dashboard wipe. My car received a proper wash on the outside with glorious blue bubbly suds. I took the reigns after that and wiped my car down of every droplet and sucked the dirt out with the provided towels and vacuum. More clean towels are usually in the non shaded spots. My car was good as new again! There are plenty of open stations to do your own detailing if you want to take that extra time to do so. No need to fight for the same vacuum hose. A mat cleaner is also provided free of charge. And there is a vending machine of yum yums. My car had traveled another few hundred miles and came back dirtyyy. Encrusted bug guts and such again. Ugh. And then June gloom creeped up. Another wash and yet another wash it went. One day I went and they had a deal on unlimited car washes. $6.95 for a month. Perfect for monsoon season! DO NOT ATTEND ANY CARWASH BY THIS COMPANY! This company, your employees, and customer service are all AWFUL! I arrived to get my car washed on February 18th and was approached by an employee before I could purchase which carwash I would like to have on my own like usual. I was going to get the most basic plan, was convinced to get one in between which was around $12-14 that provided more detail, and was told it would NOT be a reoccurring charge. I asked your employee if he was sure that this was NOT going to be a reoccurring charge and he stated NO, IT WILL NOT BE REOCCURRING CHARGE! So now EIGHT months later, I do have reoccurring charges on my card that I recently noticed from the Super Star Car Wash location on Priest and Warner. Not only have I been getting charged for a service I did not sign up for or agree to by you, my car was DAMAGED during that same carwash on February 18th and I have not been back to Super Star Carwash since! I have images to prove it and have posted them on Yelp and Google Reviews. After the carwash ended, I found another one of your employees and showed them what the machines did to my left mirror. He stated, "Since the mirrors do not fold in, we are not liable". The part that was damaged would've been effected regardless since it was the part that connects the mirror to the car and not the mirror itself! After noticing the charges, I emailed cs@sscwaz.com and requested for a full refund that dates back to February/March. I have been speaking with Jeannette T via email since September 12th who ONLY refunded me for ANOTHER charge I just got today (September 18th)! For your company to have your employees lie, to not honor a full refund for services and charges I did not agree to, and to not take accountability for the damages you caused on my car is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will now have to get my bank involved due to these being fraudulent charges on my card. You cannot continue to take money from anyone especially during a pandemic where many people, like myself, are trying to save every dollar that we earn. I will continue this pursuit until I am fully refunded for the charges that date back to February/March and I will never be using your services ever again. read more

I'm a fairly new az resident, however when I got down here I was cruising around looking for a bomb car wash since I drove my vehicle from Nebraska (it was in dire need of some cleanly love)...Bomb car wash is exactly what I got. This car wash truly does make you feel like an absolute super star. I ended up getting the convenient monthly unlimited package, which is an absolute no brainer. I roll up and the little fellas at the gates are ALWAYS so cordial, it's never less than a positive interaction, what a nice staff! When you enter the car wash they treat you with great air fresheners.. not only do they smell good, but the air fresheners read a message that literally just gas you up. For example, mine currently reads "Smell Ya Later Beautiful." Like, I don't remember the last time a man actually dare said something that nice to me, but who needs one when you've got the superstar car wash membership??? After the car wash, they have inclusive vacuums that absolutely SUCK (in a GOOD way, unlike some that don't pick up any of your carpet's dirt), as well as lightly damp microfiber towels to continue getting your whip absolutely fresh to death. Went in today to wash truck and Frank was stationed at the front of the car wash. I had a large heavy box, 6 feet 45 pounds I wanted to set aside while I run my truck through the wash. I was struggling with it and Frank ran over immediately and took box and set it down for me. After wash he loaded the box back in my truck. Above and beyond the call of duty. This car wash is no joke! One. Of the few car wash joints that doesn't require you to talk to someone. Just pull up, throw in your credit car, and that's it! When you pull in, there is a person who sprays the front of your car with a bug remover spray. This one guy, has you pull all the way in, talks to you, hands you the wipe and air freshener. THEN, sprays the windshield for a half a second! Everyone else sprays the front of the car, ESPECIALLY the GRILL that is covered with bug, AS the car is approaching them. What is the point of having the bug remover if they aren't going to spray the grill? read more

Probably the best 3 dollar car wash around. I wish the attendants would just let me pay and get my car washed. I don't understand why there are attendants when you pull up to a touch screen. That was the worst part of the experience. Once driving through the wash you pull around and park in a vacuum bay. They offer pressured air guns to blow off the excess water AND have towels so you can hand towel the remaining drips of water. Nice touch! I have been going here for a few months. I signed up for the unlimited wash subscription and it's been a breeze. I pull up and the thinger goes up and you zip right through the tunnel wash. The employees here, at least the ones I've met so far are very nice! They have free vacuum, towels, they even hand me a nice wipe that smells clean and a car air freshener for my car - I really like the scent. I been to a lot of tunnel car washes but this one is definitely the best I been to and luckily it's very close to me and on my way home from work. 10/10 recommend! read more

This is by far my favorite car wash. From the minute I pull in, the customer service is always outstanding. An attendent is always available to help navigate the selection of the proper wash and to informing about any specials. The attendent at the wash always hands a wet towel and an airfreshener as s/he guides the vehicle in. Everytime I have been there, there is always a spot to dry and vaccum the car. I love all the supplies that are available to put the finishing touches on the vehicle. My grandkids call my ChevyTahoe "Sparkle" and I can thank the Super Star Car Wash for that! read more

Looks like I found my new spot for a car wash! Grand opening this week, so my car wash was free. Looking at the prices, it's right at where most car wash prices are. Friendly service and they actually provide free clean towels (to be returned) to dry your car and get it looking nice and shiny. I ALWAYS forget to bring my own, so I'm glad I found a car wash that provides them. That's actually what put this car wash over the top because I've never been to a car wash before that provided towels. If you live in the area, I'd recommend this as your new regular car wash spot.
