This was my first time here and I purchased the membership. I definitely should have waited to try because my car did not get even a decent cleaning with what the describe as their best wash package. The tires are even shining or glistening like I've been used to at other washes. There were parts of my car that still had dust and dirt even after going through the wash as though the water did not touch those areas at all. I should have known when I was going through by the lack of soap I was seeing that this was not going to be a good wash. I have the ultimate plan that I purchased at Costco. I have visited this location and others multiple times over the last six years. Ordinarily I find the automated portion of the car wash to be pretty decent. I have a long wheelbase Mercedes sedan and it has always come out, clean with no spots missed other than the detailed portion of the rims, which I usually clean with the towels. On this particular visit, the afternoon of July 16, there were multiple problems with the drying area. The first was only two bottles for window cleaner to cover the two dozen spaces. Very few of the spaces had more than a couple of towels and those were bone dry. The bins of dirty towels were full to overflowing. It was clear that the staff had not serviced the drying bays for quite some time.. I have had better experiences at other locations. Hopefully this is a one time situation at this location since it is closest to my house. Were those of you with Costco memberships I highly recommend buying the annual membership this way as opposed to paying monthly through superstar. with Costco it works out to under $17 per month for the ultimate plan, which means when things are going well, unlike my recent visit, it's a great value. read more

I hate how pushy they are here. I came in today, and asked the man politely to please let me choose my own car wash without interfering. He waited about thirty seconds before he physically cut between me and the menu screen and started pressing a bunch of buttons changing what I'd chosen. Let me go to a car wash and make my own selection. I get that you're supposed to offer, but when I decline politely, please walk away. I left and you lost business, when I initially came with the intention and had selected an unlimited plan before your man intervened. read more

I will stop coming here based on the last couple experiences. The sales have always been aggressive but whatever, I was there to get a basic wash and use the vacuum and towels. Up till recently it was a decent place. This last visit was the last go. The wash had barely any soap, watching through the sunroof glass it was clear they ran out. The vacuum was not usable, having moved my car three times and each had barely any suction power. The wipe towels were sparse at each station and most were completely dry as well. They were not busy, at maybe a quarter capacity. This is the closest car wash but not worth the convenience and certainly a waste of time and energy. Will be going to more reputable washes from now on. read more

This is a fantastic car wash. The staff was very helpful, the facility washing machine was fantastic and they provided an air freshener and an awesome monthly option for washing your car. $11 for a basic wash and $16 for the first month for unlimited washes. I have a monthly membership, but not really sure I'm being charged correctly? Both my husband and myself have the unlimited plan and it says everything $16 on the screen when we drive up, but I get charged $24 and he gets charged $21? Seems odd. The machines have a tough time reading plates sometimes so they did give us a sticker, so that's nice. If you go late in the weekend, they are always out of towels. I truly wish they had a separate section for those that pay and those that just go for free vacuums. Nothing more annoying than washing your car and having to wait for some dude to fully detail his car before you can even get a chance to blow off the excess water. There's a guy who works here that has a blonde ponytail that is always way too pushy about buying the membership and gets really annoyed when you don't buy the membership (I think other reviews have also complained about him). He becomes very rude and after you tell him 3 times that you just want the basic 1 time wash, he still tries to sell you on it and gets more irritated the more you say no. If he thinks he's such a good salesman, maybe he should try going to sell some actual cars and making some actual decent money -- except I can't imagine anyone would want him since his tactic is to make customers feel stupid. On top of that, the last 2-3 times I've been here the vacuums have not been working. Total waste of time. This place is a bust. Bummer it's the closest one to Eastmark, but I think I'll go elsewhere from now on. read more

This is a newer location and my first time out that way. Very glad to find another location as I have the unlimited monthly pass, and always love when a location is near where I'm meeting someone for brunch, running errands, etc. This location is quick, friendly, and happy with the wash. I don't remember the name of the wash that I chose but it was one of the higher end ones. Thought since I have a truck it might make a difference because of the size compared to a car. A lot of areas on my truck were still dirty after running it through. Almost to the point that it didn't even look like it had been run through a wash. I emailed the company and sent them pictures. A week later I got an email that just said they are working on it. Another week goes by, and I get the same exact email. A week and a half later, the same email. Now it has been about a month since I've heard anything. Terrible customer service. read more

I have been a member for years - recently when i have gone my car isn't getting clean at all. The brushes aren't even touching my car like they are supposed to - I actually went thru 2 times in a row just to try and get it clean. The last time was just as bad and I'm cancelling my membership. We have had monthly membership to superstar for almost 9 years and have always loved having it. I was so excited for this location to open up since I live so close to it. It's been sad to see it go downhill in just the couple years it's been open. So often the vacuums have zero suction, bad enough that I'll have to drive to a different stall. The last time I went I had to try 3 different stalls to find vacuums that worked on both sides. Very frustrating when you're in a time crunch and just want to do one of the main things a car wash is for! I've had to start going to other locations again since I can't count on this one to have working vacuums. read more

I've been a patron of this car wash for a few years now (ever since it opened). Since I like to keep my truck clean and organized, I signed up for the Unlimited Plan immediately. This has proven to be a wise investment that I use almost every week! While I have encountered many employees and situations there, I have never experienced any of them being rude or unhelpful and I have had many compliments on how new my 2018 Ford F-150 looks! Yesterday, I was impressed by the gentleman who was sweeping debris and prepping the parking stalls. One of the vacuum ports was clogged and the nozzle wouldn't allow my door to fully open, so I laid it on the ground, thinking I'd just hang it up when I finished. About a minute later, after I had started vacuuming the other side, the same man who had been sweeping, was inspecting the clogged nozzle - he promptly removed the obstruction! I thanked him just because he found and fixed the problem so quickly and he left me a few fresh wiping towels! Keep up the good work and thank you for your attention to details! Since the new "GM" Hayden took over, he has become the single reason why I will no longer pay money to superstar. It's unfortunate, but he single handily convinced me that I should spend monthly subscription elsewhere. Guess I needed to pay $5 more a month (on top of the $20 I pay) just so I could get an air freshener. I've had a membership here for over a year. The employees are friendly, and the wash does a decent job. I'm disappointed in the price increase without any notice. I understand everything has gone up in price but a $10 increase in one month is excessive. read more

I went and got my car washed today. Unfortunately my car really wasn't washed after paying $10.00. I know I went with the cheapest wash, but I still had dirt not only all over the car but on my windshield as well. That was a bit confusing to me, I expect the windows to at least be clean after a wash. When I got home, I asked my husband to a take a look at my car, his reply, "what did you expect from that place?" I expected a little more than what I received. Very disappointing. read more

Let me start off by saying this is absolutely my favorite car wash location by far. Vacuums always have great suction, towels are always clean and stocked up on every pull in. Air compressors are also a great addition and very handy. Overall a great place to get your car all cleaned up. I don't usually leave reviews but I just had to because of the outstanding costumer service shown day in and day out. I have had the pleasure of meeting Chris who has always greeted me with a smile and does the most to show that he genuinely cares about his costumers.
