All clients don't have the same needs. I work a lot with my hands. So they take a beating. The cuticle removal was at best partially done. I asked for the excess skin to be removed as well. They said the tech could do it. I even told them I'm not trying to be difficult. Just needed them cleaned up. She was rough and kept sticking the tool used to push the cuticle way too far into my finger. She apologized but continued to do it while squeezing my finger. My daughter kept telling me to tell her what I needed. I even showed the person who I believed to be the owner. She explained it as well. Still same result. So at this point I'm done. I took the cuticle cutter and showed what I needed done. Now I don't even want her to polish my nails. They told me to go to the other tech who said she was afraid to cut me, so I did it myself. I asked how much it was for what she did which wasn't much. They told me $20 when all you did was soak my hands in cold water The service was $30 & up. So I just let her put one coat of polish and top coat. Told them I'll just go somewhere else from now on. If they are afraid of cutting clients, they should use the newer methods and tools for cuticle removal etc. Very disappointed. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Legit the worst experience I've ever had getting a pedicure. I went in with my girlfriend to get a pedicure. We sat right next to eachother and got two totally different pedicures. The lady scraped her foot and didn't clean her nails and no massage. I didn't get my feet scraped at all even though I needed it and a long massage. The whole experience was rushed. My toe nail smudged as he was pushing me to get under the dryer and instead of redoing the toe, he painted over the chunk that was missing so I have a glob of toenail polish on one toe. He also didn't even put a topcoat on the one that he "fixed". There's polish on my skin and my toenail shape is not even. Never again !! And the shop smelled like fish. Also they were reusing EVERYTHING. They had a bucket with old dirty pairs of the single use flip flops and they were taking out of it to put on new customers. All the stuff wasn't sanitized. I would use this place as a last resort because of previous issues I've had there and yesterday when I really needed to get my nails done, I did. I had to ask the manicurist to fix my nails twice and then had to go back later in the day when my nails started to lift. She fixed them and I left. Today I went back again after 2 different nails started to lift. I got a gel manicure so that should not happen after a day. After being told "this never happens" and made to feel as if I'd done something to cause the damage, I was asked to come back because they were busy. When I said I couldn't come back I was asked to wait 20 minutes. By then I was done with the whole situation and decided I could go to any of the other 100 nail salons in this area for a better experience. There goes my last resort salon...I won't be back! Went here this morning to get acrylic tips for a fraternity formal I am attending tomorrow night. I called last night to make a reservation for 9:30 and was nicely greeted and accommodated. I showed up on time and was shown to a chair right away. All the staff was extremely friendly and the woman doing my nails worked fast and well. The pedicure I receved was mediocre and the way they did my manicure was strange. It's conveniently located by me . I've been coming here for about 3 years . Try to go early or during the week if you are getting more than one service done because you will end up waiting Friday/Saturday. The manicurists are nice . If you don't like something speak up and don't just leave unhappy...a lot of people have the tendency of doing so but I feel like if I'm paying my money for a service I want it done right . Now a new employee worked on me last week and my nails chips /lifted after a few days . I came back today and told my manicurist what happened. Guess what ? She didn't get offended or defensive she just made sure she added more than enough gel polish and top coat so they can last my usual 2 weeks . Rude, The first time I had a pedicure there the girl cut my nails so short I started to bleed, that's why I picked a specific nail stylist. The second time with an appointment & being on time I waited 30 minutes, the third time I was 5 minutes late & they tried to push me off to another girl saying I was 15 minutes late! I read up on this place and had good reviews so I made the appointment. I really liked the lady who did my manicure and pedicure. Reasonable prices and all. But I ended up in the ER with a nasty infection. I would put up a picture but it would make you ill. I am now on antibiotics...800mg!!!! I am 38 and have been getting my nails done for yearssss and never had such an awful experience. All 10 of my fingers are swollen, yellow, puss filled, nasty. I work in an office and I am new to the area and this place was near both so I thought...great!!! I will travel 25 miles back to where I used to live to get them done in the future. I lost days of work and not to say the medical expenses!!! PLUS what I paid to get them done. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Scam artist. They had recommend that I get lnc nails. Its 70 dollar so you except high quality but what you get are knock off products. The guy try to put normal gel and I kept tell him no, im paying for lnc and he was saying it is. It wasnt until I grab the product and told him this isnt lnc that he went to grab the right product. I stopped in here for a quick manicure for a wedding. The location is in a strip mall near McDonald's. The staff accommodated us on a Sunday after a short wait with no appointment so that was great. The place was pretty clean and the staff was friendly. You could have one of three or four types of manicures (regular, gel, spa, and one other I think.) i got the regular one. It chipped in three 3 days so i would suggest you bring your own polish so you can touch up or ask for more clear on top. There were a lot of colors to select from but some were older bottles for sure. You pick- so get what you want. The manicure was the lotion, nail dip, cuticles, quick lotion, wash hands, base coat, polish, top coat procedure. Then you go to nail drying. They don't tell you how long to stay there at the fans so you are on your own. There is a manicure area, a pedicure area with big comfy chairs and a nail drying area with little fans. Was not impressed at all. Not only was the staff not friendly, but they were rude and unprofessional. The salon was not "dirty" but it was certainly not clean. I was surprised by how old and used everything looked in there. Including the nail polish. The bottles were all old and some of them had polish dripping on the outside. The regular pedicure did not include any kind of exfoliation (many I've been to do) and as another poster mentioned, I was asked to wash my hands after lotion was applied. Usually this is the time for a nice hot towel. On top of that the actual manicure and pedicure were not done well. The top coat that was used took forever to dry and even after more than an hour was still smudging. I did not feel like a welcomed customer but instead some kind of annoyance that needed to be dealt with until I left. Definitely will not be going back there. read more

There's a guy named Henry in the salon who does nails. my appointment was for 3:00 for a gel manicure , & I didn't get in his chair until 3:45 ..... First of all he messed up my manicure . He half did it and made two of my fingers hurt from cutting the cuticle too much and then he gets the white gel nail polish and it's dry, running and it has clumps in it . And we ( me and my mom ) keep telling him it's not right and he keeps insisting that he would fix it so we figured he might do things different than what I'm used to... so long story short .. At the end when he was 90 percent done ( putting top coat on ) I was like NO take this off this isn't right he thought I meant some of my nails , so he was MAD !!! And decided to get rough with my hands and push them out the way and man handle them while he filed the gel off. He filed my nails sooooo short and damaged them when they were finally healthy and then blamed me for having " thin " nails when they were thick because I get them done every 2 weeks with another girl. he left some of the white polish on my nails jagged and split !!! And then pushed my hands away and said " there go wash " and walked away ... So both me and my mother talked to the owner and she was saying she was going to do them . It's now 5:40 ... After 5 minutes of back and forth of her being rude as well. Since my nails were still jagged and still had paint on them she filed them down EVEN MORE & then I had her put a clear polish on! Do NOT waste your money here. I am new to the area and was looking for a nail place. This was very close to my apartment so I went to try it out. Their polishes are all old and separated. They must have an old dryer in the back for the towels which you can hear screeching. SO NOT relaxing. They do not cover their pedicure tubs with sanitary bags which is now required by law. Henry , who did my manicure , picked off too much skin that I started bleeding on my pinkie. He also shaved my nails down to almost nothing with the electric buffer. But the absolute worst part was that after two days of having on a gel manicure (which costs extra so it'll last longer) the nails started coming off (and not just one but 3 of them). I went back to demand a refund. I was quite upset and dissatisfied but politely told them the problem. They said they would not refund me but that they would fix my nails. I didn't trust them to touch my nails again so I politely declined and left. Very unfortunate experience. Do not go here. read more
