My car was so dirty that someone wrote, "wash me." I normally go to that place in WC, close to Target and the Land Rover dealership, you know, the one where you have to walk through that weird space. Obviously, they were mediocre as I have never had the desire to write a review and I can't remember their name. Anyhoo, Superstation got my car looking brand new!! At least I feel that way! I don't know if it's my imagination but my A/C is working wayyyy better!!! They cleaned my car so well in that hot ass heat!! For some reason I asked the attendee If they split tips. He told me that the people who vacuum your car aren't included. For the Carwash plus 20 dollar tip It's sooooooo worth it!! Don't be a cheapskate !! Give 10$ to the people who vacuum and 10$ to the people that wash your car's windows/put on tire spray. I think my wheels were cleaned so well they squeak? ZERO STARS!! And I'm REALLY angry!! I have "big wigs" coming in the office tomorrow. No way am I driving my boss, et al to lunch tomorrow! I've had ok service here before, not GREAT just ok. Today I needed a deep clean detail and I had them do "the works" detail on my car before and it was really clean that time. So, I decided to use them again. (I told the lady I wanted it shampooed three separate times.) My car was very dirty. I transport my golden Retrievers around alot, so it is a dirty fur bomb golden hairnado inside. So, I got there before 2pm today and they had cones set up blocking the entrance. That was strange, I thought they closed at 5pm??????? Anyway, the lady motions me to drive on in. So, I drive in and ask them if they were closing because I could come back another day. She told me "no we can take you. We close at 5 but we were going home early today because business was slow." I told her my car was really dirty and furry, she said "no problem, we'll take care of you." She also told me that since I had been there 11 times before, that I would get a discount. GREAT!! Take my money...lol. So I left my key fob in the car and went inside to pay and I also bought a bottle of water because it was going to be an hour or so for the detailing/shampooing. 20 minutes later my car rolls out and under the shade trees. Two workers started slapping towels all over my car, just rubbing and quickly drying...I thought that was odd. I was waiting to see them roll a utility cart out with detail cleaning supplies, well the utility cart never roll out. 25 minutes from the time I left my key fob in the car to "finished"...LOOK AT THESE PHOTOS and you be the judge if it was "finished"! It was not closing time, it was only 2:25pm. The dude called out my car because they were done. I was shocked and could not believe they were "done". I looked at the dirty seats, the dog hair was still in my carpets and the back window dash board, the windows were all smudged, the cup holders remained gross, and you can still see where earlier in the week where the mechanics greasy bums sat on my seats and got grime everywhere. The wheels don't even look washed. The worker was clearly mad I was criticizing this crappy work and begrudgingly went and got some kind of long hose from the back and began power blowing all over the inside of my car and then the hairnados went WILD all over the inside of my car ...LOOOOOK AT THESE PHOTOS!!! I bring my SUV in for a detail about three times a year and wash in between . My car has been sparkling on the outside even when we had been traveling (think bugs and mud). I also get interior clean and often the floor mats. I want the windows SO clear! Done! And the edges cleaned out. Done!My husbands rattle trap looks great too! We are sure to return, regulars now. Came here and was told my wife's car was "too dirty" for the supreme wash and we needed to pay an extra charge for them to "really scrub down the interior". We wanted the outside washed and the inside lightly vacuumed. Ended up charging us $70 for the wash which then took an hour. They didn't get all the dirt and grime off the front of the car and put a greasy residue on EVERYTHING in the car which we didn't want and there is so much of it we were slipping on the mats while getting in and out of the car. read more

I bought the Costco four pack of discounted washes. The value of the wash is fair, but I probably would not purchase the four pack after this. The best thing about this car washes that they're speedy and you're usually in and out within 20 minutes. The issues are related to the quality of the wash as they do rush through certain things in both times I've had to take the car back to address some spots they missed. Overall, they were happy to accommodate me for a rewash and cleaning the interior. I just wish they would slow down and do it right the first time. read more

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an incident that occurred at your Concord location on 9/23/2025. While my vehicle was being serviced, I witnessed one of your employees walk inside holding an amazon package that was in my car. He walked right in front of me, and I watched as he went into what I assumed was the manager's office. This employee handed over my package to the man inside that office and told him in Spanish " check how valuable that is". There was a woman sitting inside the office as well she had a bun on her head and blond/black hair. She discarded the shipping packaging, which contained my husband's name and our address and kept the box inside, When I confronted the manager about the situation, he attempted to explain that the package had been "mistakenly thrown out". However, this explanation does not make sense. The package was inside my vehicle- clearly not trash- and the fact that the identifying packaging with name and address was intentionally discarded raises serious concerns. The only reason I was able to recover my package was because I witnessed this happen and confronted the manager directly. This incident is deeply troubling and unacceptable. I entrusted your business with my vehicle, not my personal property. The actions of your staff represent a clear violation of trust and give the appearance of attempted theft. I request that this matter be formally investigated and that appropriate action be taken to ensure such behavior does not happen again to me or any other customer. I would also like a written response regarding the outcome of your investigation. I spent over two hours and paid 196$, this is very disappointing. I paid $50 at Super Station Car Wash on Contra Costa Rd. expecting "the works" -- vacuum, detail, wipe-down, everything except shampooing the carpets. What I got was a rushed job that was nowhere near worth the money. Yes, the outside of my truck was washed, but the rims were barely touched. Inside was even worse -- the dash wasn't wiped down, sticky cupholders were left untouched, none of the compartments were cleaned, and my WeatherTech mats were never pulled out or vacuumed properly. It looked like they spent maybe 10 minutes doing a quick surface wipe and then called it finished. I was told the process would take about 20 minutes for a thorough clean. Instead, they rushed it through the wash and handed it back dirty. Now, after paying $50, I'm stuck wiping down my own dash and cleaning cupholders just to get it to a decent standard. This was extremely disappointing, and I won't be returning. If you're going to charge premium prices, take the time to actually provide a detailed service. read more

I would've gone back but I was rushing to get to a meeting and it wasn't till after my meeting was done and looked in the backseat to realize that they just did a subpar job. Not cool. I assumed since this place is always so busy that they were good and I came blindly without reading through the reviews. I got "the works wash" because I wanted my rims and tires to be addressed too. Despite how busy it was, the total time was like 10-15 minute wait! I saw the hustle in the staff to get the cars dried before getting water spots from being in the sun too long, but they did miss a couple spots like the trunk area and under the doors. I added additional tip and still had to go in and wipe down some sides of the car with my own microfiber cloth. I also wiped my windshield and back glass again because of the streakiness. If you're looking for detailing, this is NOT your place. But if you're looking for speed and a basic wash, then give this place a try. read more

I see a lot of negative reviews which is common with yelp and their algorithm. I personally had a great experience. I spoke to the detail manager patrick who went over the entire car with me. We discussed some problematic areas and he gave me some tips on how to clean my headliner (most companies won't do this due to liability of the adhesive and possibility of sagging) in the end he also did a gentle wipe down of the headliner too even though it was supposed to be excluded which was a nice bonus! I had just clayed and polished the car and was only looking for a good quality interior detail and steam cleaning. He offered me the managers special which was a very fair price and introduced me to who would be working on the car This car is not perfect. It's 15 years old and the black paint was neglected. It really needs paint correction but they don't do that unfortunately. Although exterior detailing is a hobby of mine he pointed out that after using a polish I should follow up with a wax job and offered me a wash and wax for a very fair price! (Yes - it was an upsell) but a very welcome upsell, especially since I showed him the car one day, and the next day of my appointment it was covered in white flies and tree sap.... He never offered a service I didn't need and the paint and interior came out fantastic. I knew there were some stubborn stains. This was a family car with baby seats, spills and stains all over. I'm not going to claim it's perfect. You can't expect every stain to come out especially in a black car where they've been baked in for 10+ years. The car truly looks fantastic. The interior is a 9/10 and it's no fault of theres. I will definitely come back -- and always talk to patrick and his two guys that helped me out. Next up is the wife's Honda accord, then my truck. I've been coming here for years since my work office was close to this establishment. 1st off, their staff has not lost their friendly personally over the years. They treat you well from the time up you arrive, to payment at the register, to final pick up of your vehicle. What's lacking today is their overall cleanest of your vehicle (which we are paying for) when they are done. Even when you pay for their highest price washing, the rims still have dirt between let's say the spokes, tire shine is simply rubbed on, (and by the time I drive home, half was dried off to a dull black tire which looked even worse, half shine half splotches) Window on the inside looked ok when I left but as soon as i hit sunlight, all you saw was streaks and missed spots. I do have to stay vacuuming was good. I just feel their post wash and final prep needs some help. Attention to detail. The workers are in such a hurry to clean the next car that the inside and outside still have dirt/marks. Bugs still stuck on the windshield, pet drool still on the inside windows which makes me wonder if they even cleaned the inside. I asked to speak with a manager - who claimed his name was Francisco - and he was extremely rude, unhelpful, refused to provide any sort of information regarding his boss, and actually claimed that I was "scared to report it because I didn't have insurance." When I showed him the damage he said "look at all the damage to your trunk! You've always had this!" (My trunk only has two scratches below the license plate.) I'm not sure what type of man is running this business, however I refused to remain unheard. "Francisco" you are truly terrible and should be ashamed of the way you have dragged this establishment down with you. Instead of providing me with a single apology, he proceeded to give me a demonstration by sticking another piece of tape to the car, ripping it off, and saying "see! Nothing happened! I will not be returning to this car wash again. They did an absolutely horrible Joe on cleaning the inside of my car. It didn't look like they touched it with anything. The vacuuming was spotty, they didn't even remove the storm mats to vacuum underneath. The outside of the car was covered in streaks, and did not remove all the debris from the outside. For 41.99 plus tip they did a rush job, with absolutely no attention to detail. I would give them a zero stars, but the app won't let me. read more

Paid for their Shine & Protect and got these results. I wanted to go back in and let them know but had to get back to work. Called them today to see if I can get a rewash but was told that I needed to come back the same day to have it down. I explained that I was unable to due to me having to go back to work and they would have been closed by the time I was off. They only offer me a small discount when I come back again. I will not. Should've taken the extra couple minutes to inform someone when I saw how filthy my car was. I should've look at the review before coming here. I've been here 4x because it's convenient for me as it's close to work. The first time I brought my car here, I only had the car for about 3 months after buying it brand new before I brought it in. I noticed a scrape on my front hood right after the wash. I didn't make a big deal out of it as it had already happened and I didn't had the energy to complain. The next 2 time I brought it in there wasn't any issue but the they were advising me to get a wax on my brand new car because they were claiming there were certain spot they couldn't get off the hood. When I got home I was able to remove it myself by just using my finger nails to scrape it. Then I brought my car in yesterday evening and noticed this morning that my car was not fully scrubbed... as you can see in the picture they did not bother scrubbing the bumper off my car so dirt marks are still there. I did not noticed it until my car was dried. The customer service was not the best either. I noticed the lady who wiped my car was rushing as well when I tried to ask her a question. I could have just run it through myself at the gas station for half the price and I'm sure it'll do a better job. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it just keeps getting worst. read more

I wish I hadn't purchased the 4 wash card at Costco. It's obvious that all they do is focus on throughput and not quality. Interior not cleaned/vacuumed well. Rear hatch area not at all. Tire black applied unevenly and so much more. Thinking of returning card to Costco for a refund because I don't want to return to this car wash.
