This location is super convenient and pretty clutch when it comes to detailing your car. I will say that I probably wouldn't take my car here if it was a luxury vehicle as they get the cars in and out pretty quick. The job they do is decent, sometimes I might find one or two things, but for the price, I definitely can't complain and I get my vehicle looking fresh and clean after. I'm really surprised at how many bad reviews this business has received. I've been going there for years and they have always done a really good job on my car. I think my perspective may be different because I keep my vehicle very clean and clutter-free. I go in once a month for a maintenance wash to keep the car looking sharp. If my car was caked with grime and dirt or if my car looked like it did when my kids were in car seats (Cheerios and potato chips everywhere!!) I would pay more for a detail. I usually get the Rain-X complete and I have to say I get great value for the $40. The crew is always courteous and polite. A couple times they've missed spots and I just point it out and they get right on it. I wouldn't expect my car to look like new after a routine cleaning if it looked like it came from a month in the mountains!! I think what they give you is in line with what you pay. read more

I was there today and they did a poor job on the interior of my car. I had to come back home and still clean the inside. Was a rushed job just so they could get onto the next. I've been to this car wash a couple of times. And it's always been for car wash as well as interior cleaning. Didn't have any issues the first couple of times but went there yesterday. And they cleaned the car pretty quickly within 20 mins. I paid for the works which included interior cleaning too but they didn't do anything on the inside. I informed them and someone came and tried to clean on the inside and asked to get going because the customers behind me needed to take their cars out. I parked in the side and explained that the front was still not clean in the inside. Then their manager arrived and checked my receipt and called someone else to come clean it. It's still dirty though. Don't think I'll Go back because it took longer than needed to keep calling them to come clean different parts. Full disclosure I purchased vouchers from Costco ($59.99 for 4 "The Works" washes). I do not think I would pay over $30 for a car wash. That being said, for $16 a wash this was an amazing deal. They did a great job of vacuuming the inside of the car and trunk. I had removed all my personal items. They did a good job detailing the inside and the outside. The staff is polite and helpful. They have a large sitting area with comfortable park benches for people to wait for their cars. My only advice would be to not go on a weekend when they are busy. It ended up taking 55 minutes from the time I checked in until I got my car. This would not have been a big deal except that my car ended up air drying before they could get to the detailing. I think it would have been even better if it had not been dry. I would recommend stocking up on the vouchers from Costco. read more

I wish I had checked the reviews before buying 4 prepaid services. I paid for "the works" service which includes vacuum, soft cloth wipe, and exterior wash. However, they did not vacuum the car properly, didn't touch the cup holder area, didn't vacuum in between the seats, didn't vacuum the back seats, didn't wipe down the visible dust marks that were behind the driver seat. To top off poor service, the owners(old guy) started yelling and being rude when I addressed that the car is not clean. Everyone there had an attitude like they are doing me a favor for cleaning my car but the old guy was just extremely rude. Pathetic service! read more

Honestly, if I can give zero reviews I would. My boyfriends family have been coming here for years. I have been the past five years. Usually they do great. The past year they haven't.. I'll let the pictures show you. Apparently now they don't wipe interior down what so ever even tho with the description of the package I chose said it did. They charged me $30 and my boyfriend paid $40 and this is what we got... no longer going here anymore. I HIGHLY suggest you don't either. And they won't give you a refund. Waste of money. They have no desire of doing a good job. I had to show them several areas they had not wiped, vacuum was incomplete. They just go through the motions. I don't usually write negative reviews but this place is really not up to mark. I got the full value $45 dollar thing. They did not do even the basic wiping and cleaning well. By far the worst carwash out there... if you want your car to be scratched up then you should go there. The service people were nice but quality is horrible. They were washing the car with dirty rags and they put some spots on the leather interior and a big scratch on my side fender. Not much else to do but write a review while waiting.Paid at 9:45am. At 11:24 car is done, battery is dead because key was likely left on... a gentleman was kind enough to jump start it. $60 dollars for exterior wash and wax along with interior conditioning. They did an OK job, missed a few spots inside and outside, but otherwise good. I had to give the once over with a microfiber on the interior to make sure the conditioner/dressing was evenly distributed. I'm giving 4 stars because I wasnt Impressed with the exterior. 10 bucks at any gas station carwash and spray on some tire dressing.... your exterior would be just as good. So basically I paid 50 bucks for a quick wet vac and vinyl dressing. For the time and price, if your so inclined you could probably do the same or better job yourself for about half. I figure $10 for a quick wash and $20 for tire/interior dressing ($30 dollars ) and 20 minutes of love and sweat dressing the interior and wiping it down. If you have the money and time, but dont want to sweat, give this place a try. Or, if you own a big ass SUV, VAN, or Truck this might be the place for you because that's a lot of car to clean yourself. Next time, I hope they dont drain my battery! At the time, I thought you get what you paid for- wasn't happy but said I'll pay higher the next time. Purchased the $40 wash. Received a sh!tyy $1.00 job. I could have cleaned the car a hundred times better myself for significantly less. Only my exterior was washed and the rest of the car was obviously untouched! Perhaps only slightly wiped down. Mentioned this to one of the workers and he said come back later. So I came back immediately after work. It was around 5pm and there was another man there. "The manager." This particular man had a very nasty attitude. He was beyond mean, very aggressive and is the definition of a bully. After I told him why I came, he got angry and told me they can't do anything and they weren't going to clean my car. The lady took my order encouraged me to do the special $ 59.99 deal with handwax. She told me it would take about 45 min, but it was really quick job but Unfinshed job . My car still not clean, the lady said they will clean my trunk too, was not done, it was a waste of my time to clear out my trunk for them so they can clean it. They are the worst. I wanted to try them even after reading many bad reviews. I paid for complete interiors cleaning with shampoo, and lexon package an amount of $100. After cleaning is done I found dust on the door frame inside. They could even get that clean. They did the worst job possible with cleaning car, they couldn't even clean the rain drop marks from the previous day. After all the cleaning there was dust every where in the car. I get my car cleaned every other week and these cleaners are the worst of all. Don't waste a penny on them. Much worst, The manager was not even ready to agree that the cleaning is bad. I came here to get an oil change because my dad always brought his car over here. I filled out the form they gave me as they checked my current oil level. He showed me the dipstick and told me that I was low on oil. I told him that I had changed my oil a year ago (about 6k miles ago) and he said that it's good I'm coming to change my oil. I waited inside for about 10 minutes then my car was ready. The total was $43.15 and that included a free car wash at the Super Station. Overall, I think they did a good job. The car wash was good, too. I stopped at the line for the car wash and a lady came to ask me which wash I wanted. I handed her the paper from the oil change and that was for the 14.99 package car wash. They drove my car through the car wash and hand-dried it outside. My husband purchased a gift certificate for a detail for my car for Christmas. Worth $80. The certificate itself mistakenly got thrown away with Christmas wrapping but my husband still had the receipt from the purchase. He took the receipt back, explaining what had happened and they would not honor it! Said there was no way to cross reference to make sure we hadn't already used the service. My husband and I each own a compact sedan that we wanted to get washed. I took mine first to the Fremont location to get "The Works" level of service. I was there for about 45 minutes as I watched from time to time. First they lightly dusted the dashboard and vacuumed the interior. Then my car was driven through the car wash which looked like had the standard rubber brushes etc, not soft cloth. I was surprised to see the rear roller did not run across the entire rear side of my car during the wash. When my car came out it was driven to another section of the lot where a couple people then wiped down the car with what appeared to be liquid wax, and theyln cleaned the windows, inside and out. I was then waved in to let me know my car was ready and drove away. My first impression was of their work was very positive. It was shiny, the windows were crystal clear and the tires looked good too. On the negative side though, all 4 of my wheels and about 1/4 of the rear of my car were still quite dirty. The following week my husband car was bought in for the same service. His outcome was not as good as mine. Just like my car, his wheels and car rear still looked dirty, but there were also tree droppings (such as pollen) in the grooves of car as well as tree sap all over the windshield that the car wash could not get off (naturally) and workers missed. I had to clean them myself. For what we paid, I feel they did an ok job with the exterior of our cars needing to be much cleaner. I do not see where on Yelp I can attach the photos I took. read more

So it was while I waited for my son to get out of a class that made me arrive here. $16.99 for full service wash. They tried to get me to spend more said no and they didnt push it. They were pretty fast, major detail NO, I inspected the car and they forgot to vaccum the trunk. He had to go back. Had some spots on the window, but its better than if I do it!!
