I am sad that it took me this long to find a quality, delicious croissant in Southern Maine. This is not your average bakery. You step foot into the small yet well set up shop and are instantly looking at the pastries for offer. After the breakfast pastries you will find cases of other pastries and cakes and lastly bon bons and truffles. They do have a small amount of seating/tables if you must eat your goodies right away. My wife and I each grabbed something to bring home and enjoy a little later since we had breakfast nearby. My wife got their Tres Leche cake and absolutely loved it. While I got the Black Forest Petit Gâteau, that was perfectly rich yet balanced out and was good til the last bite. These two treats impressed us and now we know the quality this shop makes and look forward to coming back and trying more.
