Great spot for pizza and beers. Good range of New England style ipas with lot of flavor - tres was one of the highlights. Teriyaki chicken bowl was great (and fantastic for the price). Fried chicken sandwich was 5 stars and the pizza was too! The Maine maple harvest salad had an AMAZING maple vinaigrette but an almost aggressive amount of bacon on top. Overall, loved it! Would come back just for the pizza and drinks :) read more

We stopped in for lunch on a Friday and it was really solid! Very empty and we were seated right away. Our server was very attentive and came to take our order, refill water etc frequently. We shared the fried pickles which are so good and I got the meatball sub which really hit the spot! We ordered takeout from the Portland location the day before and it was also great. Everything stayed hot and crispy which was impressive. The Biddeford location is slightly hidden away but as long as you make it down the stairs you're almost there. read more

Zero Star ( Honestly they should be Negatively rated for their service " Deeply Unprofessional and Unacceptable Treatment) We had an appalling experience at Brickyard Hollow in Biddeford. Our family and friend visited Maine yesterday 15th Aug 2026, with hungry young kids. When we called beforehand to reserve the table for our party , they refused to take reservations and mentioned they will not take any reservations. When we walked in, the response was immediately unwelcoming and rude. Staff refused to seat us and insisted we order our food to go instead and mentioned we should reserve table. Since our kids were hungry we obliged to take out and requested if we can be seated if they can accommodate seating if any table becomes available. While we waited for 45 minutes, during which multiple tables cleared up leaving plenty of open seating (including groups of tables that could easily accommodate 8, 4, and 2 people both inside restaurant and outside patio both) they never accommodated us - but despite this available space for us , a group of 8 white customers who arrived 30 minutes after us were seated while we continued to be turned away. When we asked for an explanation as to why an incoming group was seated while our family was refused, we were given no reasonable answer. When one of us questioned if we were being treated differently and discriminated against, a staff member abruptly responded and demanded that we leave the restaurant immediately. Such a shame on them to treat their guests so rudely. Being refused service, humiliated in front of our children, and kicked out for simply asking for fair treatment is completely unacceptable. No family or customer should ever be subjected to this kind of discrimination or hostility. Avoid this place. No guest and Visitors of Maine deserve this treatment. I am really surprised their management is not questioning this team for their poor behaviors. I saw few more visitors complaining about staff and looks like no action is taken so far! read more

We realized late this afternoon that we didn't feel at all like cooking, so we went into downtown Biddeford to find dinner. My partner has been here a number of times, but it was my first visit to their Biddeford location. They were pretty busy since I was some folks carry out 20+ pizzas, but they seated us quickly and our server was smiley and attentive but not at all pushy. The outdoor seating area was perfect for a temperate summer evening. We both ordered sandwiches and were so happy with both! My maple bacon smash burger was perfectly cooked and really tasty. My partner had the friend chicken sandwich which was unfussy ans delicious! They do need their property manager to do something about the vines and the bittersweet growing around the stairs down from Main Street however. They had live music going just as we left, but it sounded great. We'll be back! read more

It was a beautiful day so we took advantage of their lovely outdoor patio, which is dog friendly. The service is very friendly and welcoming. The pretzels with beer cheese is a must as was the fried chicken sandwich. The fried chicken sandwich was both super crunchy and super tender. I regrettably did not get a picture of the bacon beer cheese fires. THEY WERE AMAZING!! We also ordered a cheese pizza. (My usual when trying somewhere new) and it was pretty good! Two words: BLUEBERRY PIZZA. We came to visit Maine for the first time and out of all the places we dined, this was BY FAR our favorite. Being from the Midwest, we didn't really know what to expect when ordering this pizza, but it was not only perfectly executed, it was DELICIOUS. We decided to order one as an appetizer and then ordered other meals as our entrées. We were absolutely stuffed by the time we left, but it was so worth it. Everything here is so good! The staff is super friendly and helpful, as well. I have a severe food allergy and they accommodated it without hesitation. First off, this was my first time trying this restaurant and it did not disappoint! the service was absolutely amazing, better than chick filet. Heather was my server, and she was the sweetest most attentive waitress ever. She gave me the best food suggestions, and I'm picky. I absolutely loved what she suggested! We have been wanting to check the newest location for Brickyard Hollow in Biddeford after hearing from friends that have been to other locations that their food and drinks are excellent. We went last evening for dinner and it did NOT disappoint! Their outdoor seating is plentiful and their indoor section is so fresh and welcoming. We loved the massive pictures of the Mills and various old historical pictures of Biddeford and Biddeford Pool that gives this place a local feel despite having multiple locations. It took some time for the hostess to come out but once she did, greeted us warmly and quickly sat us outside where we wanted. The waiter was super friendly and courteous. He was very smart to call my Mom "Miss" which I thought was funny. We went for the pizza. Man- it was SO good! The thin crust is the perfect balance of crispy, doughy and fresh! Everyone was extremely satisfied with their pizzas and drinks. If you like craft beer, my husband says it's another good option in the area. The prices were not outrageous compared to other places in the area, which is a good option for folks who want to go out to a cool new place without taking out a small loan. We will definitely be back as we want to try their burgers, but will definitely order out for pizza again! read more

It's not often I have such a great experience at a restaurant I am compelled to shout it from the rooftops. Or I suppose the modern version of that saying would be "leave a five star review." That was my experience at the Biddeford Brickyard Hollow. We wandered in for an early lunch. Before we even entered we were warmly greeted and the door was held open for us by staff. The place was comfortably busy yet we were promptly seated. Our waiter Ethan was attentive and very friendly. He gave us Jack Black vibes in the best way. I took his advice and got the buffalo chicken sandwich. I was all in when he told me the buffalo and ranch was made in house! Not to exaggerate but it was the best chicken sandwich I've had in a long time. A couple weeks ago I had the chicken sandwich at Banded down road and was sorely disappointed, so I desperately needed a good chicken sando. This one had the perfect amount of crunchy breading, flavorful slaw, and of course delicious sauce. The fries were also insanely good. Just a slight crunch with a soft inside. I also got their sour beer, which was super good! Believe it or not it left a GOOD taste in my mouth? The aftertaste was a subtle sweetness, I would order it again for sure. Yes! Yes! Yes! Always on the hunt for new brewpubs within the Saco/Biddo area and this is an awesome addition. They have several brews to choose from (the bramble and send it are our favorite), along with a stacked menu with several different choices. The service was quick and everyone we interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. An added bonus is the ability to do a half/half pizza, but also the size-able outdoor area they offer. I think we may have found our new favorite spot.... Definitely indulge in the beer fries, a pizza, and some IPA's. read more

Our first experience tonight was a horrible one we ordered for delivery. They use DoorDash... Our meal was 35 minutes past the time it was supposed to be delivered. The DoorDash girl had me go meet her because she couldn't find our property which plenty of drivers are able to locate. Our food was not sealed in any way not in a bag, etc. cold. I immediately called the restaurant and asked for the manager, she said she has no control over DoorDash, which I also understand but proceeded to tell me she has no control over her staff and doesn't know if they properly sealed The food for pick up she said maybe one of them did it she doesn't know asked a couple people was very rude and evasive, and told me to take care of it with DoorDash. We will never visit this restaurant.!! I was not about to eat the food and wasted 65 dollars!! They didn't even offer to comp us which would have been good business! read more

Food was great! To preface, this is not personal, I totally understand what it's like to have a tough night. When we walked in, we asked when the kitchen would be closing (we arrived 8:45, informed kitchen would close at 10 pm), we were told they had just experienced a huge rush and needed a short break so we were patient while kitchen reset. When the server came over asking for our drinks, I was trying to be less of a burden and said "may I request something kind of annoying," server verbatim said "people have been doing it all night, why not you." Objectively that is a wild thing to respond At the end of the meal my friend was chatting with server and they explained "we are extending our hours as of now, so when you walked in we would've been closed." And then the server looked me dead in the eyes? Not trying to be dramatic I'm just stating what happened cuz it was kind of bizzare, also I don't rly know what they planned for us to respond to the statement about new hours so we said nothing lol. Didn't realize walking in more than an hour before kitchen close would be that much of an issue. It's just food, and it's not that deep, we would happily have gone elsewhere. I've only gotten takeout here a couple/few times and probably won't return. First, their gluten-free pizza is the worst in the area, and I've had GF pizza from at least three other places around here. It's edible, but the crust might as well be cardboard. It was supposed to have onion on it and there was hardly any onion. The counter people were fine - prompt and polite. The place looks very nice, and has a comfortable vibe. However, the salad I ordered is the tipping point here. It was mostly OK, but whoever prepped it was very, very sloppy or just doesn't care. They put the core of the bottom part of the lettuce plant in my salad. You know, the part that is not the leaves, but the hard, solid core, and it was large enough to be very obviously a core. Normally, this is discarded unless you're perhaps in the third world and starving. If a cook is this sloppy, why return? read more

The remaining 4 had Smash burgers that are NOT recommended as they are thin (prev frozen) and according to the waitress, only cooked 1way. Yup, it was a hockey puck. I asked for a (kiss on the grill) Ha, again, hockey puck Got to say, their FF were delicious. Hot n' crispy. Sit outside accommodations are nice. Horrible first experience. Scenario - table of 7. Maybe 14 people total in the restaurant. 1220 Everyone arrived. No service for the first ten minutes. 1240 Pizzas and burgers ordered. 1250 Pizza oven not working. Burgers only 1330 Food arrived with a meal forgotten. Its a table of 7 and 6 only burgers were made. The only explanation is the cook forgot to make. Really unacceptable. The area is nice, which gives it the once star. read more

One star only and it goes to the first waitress/hostess we encountered; otherwise the service was absolutely abysmal. My friend and I walked in at around 4pm on a Friday and there were maybe five or six tables with customers. We were quickly greeted by a friendly waitress/ hostess who gave us menus and told us we were welcome to sit anywhere at the bar (which we requested). The bar top was filthy; we struggled to find two seats without any crumbs, spilled liquid, or sticky mystery goo, and eventually sat down at the least offensive spot. There were three employees walking back and forth right in front of us, but in the whole time we sat there, not one of them bothered to greet us or clean off the bar, let alone ask us what we'd like to drink. We started to wonder if we were invisible, considering there was only one other person sitting at the bar! I eventually grabbed some napkins and wiped down the spot in front of us because, apparently, no one else was going to do it. There was clearly some stress and tension with lots of bickering between the employees and it may have been a shift change happening; but that's still no excuse for not at least acknowledging us and maybe saying something like "Welcome in, we're in the middle of a shift change, but we'll be with you shortly". We're very easy-going, patient customers and would have been fine with that. The last straw was when one of employees (redheaded man) got so angry that he SLAMMED down a cocktail shaker on the bar right next to us. We looked at each other, said "Nope", got up and walked out. Too bad, because the menu looks really good. (Although if the front of house is this bad, what's happening in the kitchen???) With so many other options in Biddeford where our patronage is actually valued, I see no reason to come back here. read more

Have been there twice for dinner. Both times very noisy. Had the salmon bowl, first time was delicious and second was not the same, Aoli was just mayo and dish was tasteless. The patio would be lovely and quiet, but without umbrellas the sun was beating down, so we could not sit there. Disappointed after a good start. Stopped in earlier today for lunch and was surprised to see the place still packed around 3pm. It's brand new but definitely is the new go-to in downtown Bidd. for casual fare. I "built my own" burger and my girlfriend had a cobb salad. Despite being packed we were still served quickly. The "smash" style burger was phenomenal and the cobb salad was huge! They put a massive piece of fried chicken on it which is kind of unique but we were both more-than-satisfied with our choices. Definitely coming back in a few days to try some more stuff. The parking is a bit dicey without its own dedicated lot but we got a street space without issue and the Pearl St garage isn't far if needed. We love seeing this new spot thrive out of the gate. read more
