I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing…read more I purchased the basic wash and vacuum package, and everything seemed fine until I got home and noticed several scratches on my vehicle that were not there beforehand. They aren't severe, and I believe they'll likely buff out, but they were definitely left by the wash and weren't something that could simply be wiped away with a microfiber cloth. I returned to let the staff know, not expecting anything unreasonable, but hoping they would at least acknowledge the issue and look into whether the equipment might need maintenance. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive, and no solution or concern was offered. I have grace for businesses and understand that employees may not always know how to handle situations like this. However, if you operate a car wash, it's your responsibility to maintain equipment that comes into contact with customers' vehicles. Even scratches that can be buffed out shouldn't happen during a routine wash, and the lack of concern was the most disappointing part of the experience :(

Most places have glass cleaner and and interior cleaner, but this Time to Shine only has glass cleaner. Also, they have about 20 spots, but there's only like 5 lights. So if you go in the evening, it's almost impossible to see what you're doing, even if you're lucky enough to park under one of the lights. Lastly, they close at 8:00 and I've been there numerous times when they ran out of towels between 7:15 and 7:30 and they did not put out anymore towels. There was even one time I went at 5:30 and there were no towels. Totally unacceptable, especially for the price they charge.

Been going there for years and it always was a fair deal for a good interior and exterior cleaning. Apparently, it's under new ownership and is now a disaster. I brought my pollen-covered car there, and the guy up front looked at the inside and outside and quoted a thorough, clean price (not a detail) of $75. I thought this was fair as the car was really dirty inside and needed the towel treatment on the interior. When I got the car, the roof was entirely covered in loose pollen still. Entirely. A wet finger took it right off. I commented to the guy handing off the car, and he went into a long and involved story about the cost of labor and how much time they spent on my car. The inside was fine. Fair deal for the price. The exterior hadn't been touched on the roof. He finally agreed to run it through again after I made him step up and look a the roof, demonstrating how the pollen came right off with my finger. I pull around and tell the guy who makes up quotes on the fly (no service menus anymore), and he does some extra magic pre-spray. All good so far, barring the fact they had the gall to deliver a filthy car and call it "done." I pull up to the pressure wash guy at the front of the machine entrance, and before I say a word, he starts giving me a ration of crap. Direct quotes here: "I can't reach the roof of your SUV so I'm not pressure washing that." "What do you expect? There's no way we're hand washing this car." ( didn't ask for that "If the machine doesn't get it, that's too bad. It is what it is." Unbelievable. I drive a standard (no lift) Toyota Sequoia with a roof the same height as 10 million other cars on the road. They knew this when they quoted the $75 price. Oh, and the car has running boards to step on on three sides. Long story over. The car comes out, and about half of the loose stuff comes off. The photos I'm attaching here are after TWO washes at this place. So, from the car wash, I immediately went to... the car wash - one of those self-serve pressure wash places. It turns out the high-pressure soap was broken, so I rinsed the roof with water only. Guess what? 95% of the loose pollen came right off. This pathetic excuse for a car wash couldn't manage it with two "professional" washes, and I got a free chewing out by some employee as a bonus. Needless to say, after 10 or 15 years, we're done. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

So neither you or your car are baking in the sun. There's also plenty of lighting, if you happen to be there at night. Best of all, everyone that works there is super friendly and they're really into cars. I have a have a modified mustang and they literally treat me like a celebrity. Lol. They always come up to me to say hi and have a little car talk. I've seen them do the same to other people in luxury cars, sports cars, and modified trucks. They just really appreciate nice vehicles and cool people. And really appreciate them for that. My only complaints are, there's been a few times that my car had spots after the wash. Probably from their soap or wax. It's not all that noticeable unless you're like a foot away, but it shouldn't be there to begin with. And second, they occasionally have issues with their vaccums. Lastly, their floor mat cleaner never works properly. But even with all that said, I'm still ok with fins.

No reason/notice, just cones blocking the lane. This put me over the edge. As with another reviewer I wanted to reach the owner of the franchise. There is no way to contact the owner. I get a chat agent that is probably outsourced that is way too eager to cancel the subscription on two cars. I was teetering on canceling due to the service. The line is painfully slow. Between each car, the employee working the wash goes into the office ALL THE TIME!!! If he (rarely a she) would focus on moving cars into the wash efficiently and quickly. What is in the office??? I did see other people there. It would have been nice to get a power wash before entering the wash. I am now a subscriber of a newly opened wash on 41. They have more local stores as well.

I usually go with the Classic Wash for $30 and it gets the job done every time. One of the best parts is how quick it is. Most of the time I'm in and out in about 20 minutes, which is perfect if you're trying to squeeze it in during a busy day. Staff is always friendly and easy to work with too. Overall just a really convenient, reliable spot.
