CHIMICHANGA
Larry M.

You have to know that I see nothing but food on my timeline!! The moment I saw the pics of food at this place, I made the decision to find out what they were hittin on!! So...LET'S GO!! . Where I am: @supertacosoaxaca1 . Location Reviewed: 7748 Governor Ritchie Highway, Glen Burnie M.D. . Items Reviewed: STAMP!! Their Chips & Salsa (Complimentary fresh chips & a red salsa). Their chips were super fresh!! STAMP!! Their Strawberry Banana Milkshake ($8.50). Thick, sweet, & tasty just like I like'em!! STAMP!! Their Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers ($13 with cheese in the middle). STAMP!! Spicy, cheesy, with BACON!! STAMP!! Their Super Sampler ($18 with chicken empanadas, chicken Falutas, nachos with sour cream, Guac, cotija cheese, jalapeños, pico de gallo, creama, & bacon wrapped jalapeños). Not aesthetically pleasing, but EVERYTHING on this platter HIT!! DELICIOUS!! Their Machete ($16 with chicken, pickled onions, tomato, avocado, lettuce, cilantro, & radishes). Well executed, it just lacked flavor. DELICIOUS. Their Chori -Pollo ($17 Chorizo on top of grilled chicken with cheese, pico de gallo, jalapeño, black beans, & rice). Pleasing to the eye, but a tad bit salty. STAMP!! Their Chimichanga ($15 a deep fried shrimp stuffed burrito, topped with Mexican cheese, pico de gallo, jalapeños, & a side salad). This is the BEST chimichanga I've ever had!! A seafood seasoning, crunchy, cheesy, & thick!! STAMP!! Their Birria Tacos ($16 for 3 tacos with a meaty consummé). Perfectly done!! Cheesy, a cooked shell, with meaty succulent consumme!! STAMP!! Their $5 Margaritas (Tamarind with a sugar rim, Spicy Mango with a Tajin rim, & a spicy mojito with a chili salt rim). Strong, & tasty!! . Customer Service: On Point . Parking: Decent. . Accessibility: Wheelchair friendly, & differently abled persons accessible. . The Inside: Comfortable seating, & clean. . Recommendations: Get that chimichanga with shrimp!! 5 Stars=STAMP 4 1/2 Stars=LIKE THAT 4 Stars=DELICIOUS 3 Stars=DECENT 2 Stars=PASS 1 Star=NAH #Bigschlimsreviews

Bacon-Wrapped Jalapenos Poppers

The ambiance inside was so cute clean and decorative for the Valentines Day season. Lots of balloons, lights and hearts. I love the white booths. They are large and roomie. Bathrooms smelled great and were very clean. We ordered birria quesadillas, the taco combo and bacon wrapped jalapeños . I recommend all the dishes 10/10!!!! The cheese pull was out of this world for the Jalapeños and quesadillas. The Al pastor tacos were flavorful! I'll definitely return again and encourage you to check it out!

Chori pollo with rice, pico, black beans and corn tortillas

We love Super Tacos Oaxaca! I'm a creature of habit and always get the chori pollo which is the best I've found locally. My husband will get different things each time and has been happy every time. The staff are incredibly friendly and the restaurant itself is clean and spacious. We are glad they are in the community!

Chips and salsa (sorry they're half eaten)

Decided to come here for lunch last Sunday, since we were near BWI airport and wanted to try something new. The booth seating area almost looks like the headboard of a bed (cushiony). Definitely interesting and comfortable, so we liked that. The food was pretty good! I liked that they had complimentary chips and salsa (very good salsa). We had Mexican style tacos (carne asada, al pastor, carnitas, birria, and chicharron). I got a combo, which came with rice and black beans. We really enjoyed all the tacos, except for the chicharron. Although it had good flavor, it was soft and I like my chicharron crispy. We also tried the guacamole, which was really good too. It was a bit pricey, but the portion was big, and you could tell it was fresh. Lastly, the service was great! Our waitress (a middle aged woman) was really good and super friendly. Would try this again if in the area.

I don't usually write negative experiences or reviews. However, this was the worst and discriminatory dining experience ever. We got seated and a very kind lady approached as our server giving us the menu. Suddenly, a guy with a colored hair came from behind the counter and said out loud, "hey, don't seat them, if they want to eat tell them to order to go not to dine in" (no les sirvas ni los sientes, diles que si quieren que pidan para llevar) Despite the fact, we got seated to a not cleaned booth. I had been here before and they were amazing on food and customer service. Nowadays, this place is down the hill. Definitely, this is not the nice place anymore. Not recommended to go to Super Tacos Oaxaca. We ended up going up street at Bunbas33 and the dining experience was super duper fantastic. .

Special - Salmon topped with Shrimp
Kae M.

Thanks to Larry M. review I decided to give this spot a try... I ordered a "special" which is not apart of the regular menu options. It was Salmon topped with shrimp over mashed potatoes. I enjoyed the ENTIRE meal. The manager, Jenny, brought this sauce to try with the fish. Awesome!!! The salsa was not the best, but they are working to enhance it. I love, love the manager Jenny's customer service. This is also a deciding factor in going back. Would I go back? Yes.

Chimichanga replace salad with rice!

After hearing rave reviews my husband and I came here for dinner! I didn't try a cocktail tonight but will definitely be back - the bar drinks looked awesome. The place is cute and well decorated. The TV's were a little distracting and I hate when the news is on doing dinner, it's a peeve! Service was prompt and very friendly. We ordered the queso with chorizo and it was delicious. On the smaller side but that's good to know! The excellent as well. We also ordered a chimichanga with Al pastor. This was delicious but had a lot of rice and less beans or meat. The queso it was smothered was also yummy. I will definitely be back to try more!

BIRRIA TACOS COMBO with a side of Guacamole and a house margarita.

I had a solo date today and stumbled upon this place after leaving an appointment. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, the vibe was great, the drink was absolutely perfect. I will be returning soon to try some other items on their menu.

Cadillac Margarita

Wow I'm not gonna wait til the end to tell you I'm coming back. I'm coming back y'all! Food I purchased the authentic chicken tacos. These come will a corn tortilla but I ordered flour tortilla instead. There was no additional charge for the switch. The service was quick and polite. The waitress was very attentive and gave detail on menu items I asked about. The decor was very lively but nicely calming. Drink: I purchased a Cadillac margarita. Ans I'll say the drink was not bad at all 8/10 was not super strong but I did not need 2. Everything about this place was nice it was very clean. Nicely lit and the music didn't blow out your ear drums. one thing I would like to see change is the way the condiments are brought out. Although the displace of the condiments is lovely. I would like my condiments packaged separately. I can help but the think that with the large container of hot sauce dip that some will not use the serving spoon but instead may dip their chips in. Please bring individual plastic containers for the sauce and pickled onions. Refer to my pictures. It's was a lovely experience can't wait to try some other items.

I had the shrimp quesadilla with a horchata. Perfect lunch.

I went to this place as it was near a store I was going to. I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. It was quiet for a Thursday lunchtime. Patricia was our server and she was very attentive and helpful. I had the horchata and shrimp quesadilla. They do not skimp on the shrimp. The horchata was not too sweet and had just enough ice. I would highly recommend this place.

Very accessible and easy to find. Tons of parking surrounding the restaurant. Clean and vibrant decorations. Friendly and attentive staff. My partner ordered the taco combo and said it was decent. I ordered the chile relleno with shrimp--I found it to be overly salty and covered with cheese. So much cheese that I had to scrape it to the side only to find...nothing else really there? The chili wasn't the largest and honestly, I didn't even know when I ate it since I couldn't taste it. I was a bit bummed and felt incredibly unhealthy that I just ate what looked like a pound of melted cheese. The plate maybe had one or two shrimp? Ehhh, wouldn't order again. Felt as if the plate did not match the pricing.

This photo shows the server laughing at my review. This is the same woman who didn't understand why I would want a new piece of corn.

I went there a couple days and complained about them washing my corn and returning it to me. And then wanting to charge me twice. So I am currently blocked on Facebook by them and their employee is laughing at my reviews. Not only am I beyond disgusted in the way they handle their food, I am disgusted by how their employees act.

I'm glad we visited on a Sunday because Sunday is all day happy hour. They also have tvs around the bar so it's a great place to watch sports. It wasn't a busy crowd when we went so service went quickly. Our bartender was very friendly and helpful. They have great happy hour food and drink deals. Drafts were $2 off and they have a good variety. Also a person that enjoys sour beers, I was pleasantly surprised that they had a sour on tap because a lot if restaurants I go to rarely have sours available on tap. I wish I remembered the name of the sour but it was so good. Foodwise, we ordered the white pizza (which wasn't so white), truffle fries, and Korean BBQ wings. The pizza was very good. I loved the flavor that the hot honey contributed to the pizza. It was served with a side of marinara sauce but the sauce was very acidic and weird tasting so I didn't use it for dipping. The truffle fries were so delicious and perfectly crispy. I loved that garlic aioli that it was served with. My friend and I agreed that we did not enjoy the wings. We didn't care for the flavor and we expressed that to our bartender and she took it off the bill. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience at Libations. I would love to try more of the menu if I'm in the area again.

02/20/26 5 Stars **…read more Wife and I were in Annapolis for a doctor's appointment, and afterwards she asked, "Where are you taking me for lunch?" I jumped on Yelp and started searching. I had heard about a seafood place in Severna Park, but I wasn't in the mood for seafood. That's when I came across Betty Lou's. As soon as I looked at the food photos, I knew that's where we were headed. It was about a 20 minute ride from Annapolis not bad at all. Betty Lou's is located in a shopping center. There were a few cars in the lot when we pulled up, but I wasn't sure if they were there for the restaurant or other businesses nearby. When we walked in, there was one person sitting at the bar. We asked if we could sit there, and the bartender (don't remember her name) was very pleasant and welcoming. She thanked us for coming in, and when I mentioned I found the place on Yelp, she explained that everything is made fresh to order. They have an excellent selection of craft drinks on the menu, the assortment of cocktails and wines that look very good. My wife ordered an iced tea, and I had the Jimmy Red Old Fashioned. The drink looked fantastic, and she took her time carefully measuring each ingredient. That's how cocktails are supposed to be made balanced and flavorful, not just tasting like straight liquor. If I wanted that, I'd just order bourbon neat. For lunch, my wife ordered the meatloaf with collard greens and roasted potatoes. I had already decided on the chicken pot pie after seeing it online. I did find it a little strange they don't offer mashed potatoes as a side with meatloaf, that would've made it a home run in my opinion. When the food arrived, everything looked excellent. The pot pie was larger than I expected compared to the pictures, and the meatloaf was a generous portion as well. After the first bite, I can honestly say it was one of the best chicken pot pies I've had loaded with tender chicken, carrots, onions, celery, and a rich, flavorful gravy. And the pastry crust? The BEST I've ever had. It was big enough that I had leftovers for dinner. My wife's meatloaf was tender and flavorful, and the collard greens were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The roasted potatoes were just okay again, mashed would've put it over the top but that's just personal preference. She also had plenty leftovers for dinner. The food was great, the décor was nicely done, and the service was excellent. If this place were closer to home, it would definitely be a regular spot for us. We need something like this down in Calvert County. Overall, if you're looking for a great meal and well-crafted drinks, Betty Lou's is absolutely worth the drive even if you live a little ways away.

We visited for the first time last night, Friday June 12,2026 @ 8pm. Based on all of the great…read morereviews I thought we were in for a treat. We were sat pretty quickly & our waitress was great. But half way through she handed us over to the bartender, who just seemed inconvenienced that we were there. My husband had just finished a beer when she took over (which was in a can, not a tap beer), she asked if he wanted another, he said yes, and brought some draught beer that definitely wasn't what he was drinking. We are very easy going, so that wasn't even the end of the world. But she wasn't very friendly so we just went with it. The food. We ordered rockfish bites for an app, chicken pot pie, bacon wrapped shrimp & Mac & cheese. I will say, everything came out quickly. Rockfish bites: Not only were they bland & salt-less, but not all of them were cooked all the way through. The bacon-wrapped shrimp were ok, but cold in spots. The chicken pot pie: This is the reason I came. Certainly you can't mess this up, seeing how my favorite pot pie is from KFC. My standards aren't that high. I wish I could add a photo to a low review. I've never seen the inside of a pot pie that was dark gray. It didn't look appetizing at all, but it's a pot pie so I'm not basing anything on appearance. Once I took a bite I realized that it was gray because there was SO MUCH ground thyme in it. Like they dumped a whole jar in there. It wasn't even edible. The Mac & cheese was really good, I wish I had just ordered that. Before you reply that we should have said something, we already felt like we were an inconvenience to the bartender & she didn't even care enough to serve the same beer that was originally ordered. We didn't even want to deal with her. So we chalked it up as a loss. Of over $100. This place is so cute, we really loved the ambiance & wanted to love the food. We definitely won't be back, but I don't think it's going to be around much longer anyway.

Saw my girl, Khadijah for my returning flight to LA!! I was ECSTATIC! YOU HAVE NO IDEA. It's not the drink but the great vibes and company at Martini's. In fact, I noticed that when she's working, she's always got a full bar. It's her excellent attitude and vibe! I showed up and she had everyone up at the bar so I sat to the right of the bar so I can charge my phone! Even better, she remembered me! She told me that you can grab a drink if you have family, and sit across the way, if need be because those under 21 cannot sit at the bar. 2025.11-05/WED_1400: Just finished a long flight from LAX and had a two hour layover at BWI. I found the only bar between Concourse A and B. Originally, I was trying to stay close to gate A8. Had no idea my gates had changed to gate B. Martini is located at the top of the escalator on the way to Concourse B and the food court. The airport is under construction but you'll see it when you look for the escalator. There was a good amount of customers that looked like they were also on a layover having a great time. The bartender was a gorgeous lady by the name of Khadijah. It's so wonderful to see her beautiful smile and wonderful attitude. I don't know how she does it dealing with some grumpy and idiotic people! She's incredible just knocking everyone out with her wonderful customer service, attitude and SMILE. This changed her from beautiful to gorgeous or gorgeous to stunning. Whichever is top notch! Hospitality is 200%! Some customers feel so entitled and she handled everyone like a champ. No fuss, just a lovely attitude and she let stuff roll off her like waterproof wood stain. She also made me a drink called a Sexy Mule which had muttled blueberries, a flower of some sort (can't remember which flower liquor she told me) and extra ginger (it looked like pink lemonade garnished with blueberries). It hit the spot! Great suggestion! It was nothing like those bland Moscow Mules. If you are wondering where to go after a long flight and you're stuck at BWI for a long layover, I would suggest you see Khadijah at Martini because you won't receive stellar hospitality at any other bar at BWI like this! I'll be returning to BWI next week so I hope I see her again for my insane layover! #hospitality #martini #bar #baratBWI #BWI #mortimerthebear # travellingbear #everywherebear #ConcourseA
