We acquired three quotes and only Quality Auto Body Shop opened the hood and found a broken radiator support. The other two body shops would never have found the crack to fix it. The repair was flawless was quick and on time. The second incident was when the side of our truck was backed into and crumpled the right rear panel. We only got the one quote with Quality Auto Body Shop because we didn't want anyone else to fix the truck, again, quickly fixed. Even our small town has multiple shops, but Quality Auto Body Shop exceeds in service and the name says it all "Quality." We even received both vehicles back washed and vacuumed!

I was able to wiggle the alternator by hand, which caused the belt to slip and unstable voltage. This triggered multiple codes including O2 sensor heater codes. Once I tightened it myself, some of the codes went away. Still feeling with residual electrical problems from that. Bad business these guys. STAY AWAY!

After charging me $1600.00 and he wanted to charge me 80$ to use my debit card so had to get a cashiers check. This was my mother picking it up cause I was out of state she's 73 years old. Drove it to Morehead to interstate battery cause he said it needed a new battery which they tested the battery and it had a full charge the car wouldn't start. Called thw shop and there response was have it towed back here and you can add the tow charge to the bill. Umm no. So my mother was stuck for three hours trying to get a ride home and figure out with to do with the car. So in other words they ripped me for $1600. Don't EVER EVER EVER GO TO PATRIOT AUTO.
