I loooovved my experience at Super Touch nails! Personally, I don't like going to nail salons that don't require appointments because it means they'll do a rushed job. I had Cindy as my nail tech for my pedicure and Will as my nail tech for my manicure. Their booking process was super simple and easy to navigate and they spent a little over 2 hours on my nails. They were so thorough and I had them redo a couple spots to my exact liking (I can be a bit picky) and they totally accommodated without making me feel bad. As people have mentioned, their reviews on Yelp is when it was under other management years ago so I would definitely give them a try. Lastly, the price is so affordable! Had a nail emergency... did my own nails the night before a wedding and they totally smeared overnight. Sunday morning at 10 AM. Adriana was there to save me! She did a meticulous job and everything seemed very clean in the shop. She spoke great English, and the owner came in later and was also very conversational. One star....because it took them 5 hours to complete my nails. All got was an acrylic French manicure and a French pedicure. Yes the guy was really working that slowly. If he spent more time actually using proper techniques instead of shortcuts the results may have been different. I normally don't leave a review but seeing the negative reviews here prompted me to leave this one. Any new customers should look at the dates for bad reviews because they are more than 5 yrs old - the current owner is one of the most outstanding nail technicians I've had. I've had both regular and gel manicures - both of which lasted a long time and looked great. She also carries some nail products I've never seen anywhere else so her services are more diverse. The pedicures are wonderful too. I find her pricing to be very reasonable and I'd pay more for the services if I had to. read more

I went there for acrylics and I showed them a picture of the design I wanted and she said she could do it. She did not do a good job at all, my nails are not even they are all different sizes. A lot of times you go to get a haircut and despite you showing the hairdresser a picture of what style you want, you still leave kind of unsatisfied and wanting for more. Not in this case! Every time I've gone here I've walked out feeling very satisfied with my hair because they do a fantastic job of translating your dream haircut to reality. If I could give zero stars I would. I started by calling this place--I was going to buy a Groupon for the pedicure and manicure. Because I had gel on my nails, I gave them the courtesy of a call-- some places charge extra to take off gel. She said it would cost extra to take off the gel unless I canceled the Groupon--something I am guessing Groupon would not like--they get the advertising but encourage you not to buy the Groupon. Since I had not already bought, I said ok and she said what time did I want to come in? I said 4:30--in one hour? She said ok then hemmed and hawed--could I come sooner--could I come now? I said I could come at 4, and rushed out the door to be there on time. When I got there, there were two customers just beginning pedicures. Clearly I needn't have rushed. I was actually not in a hurry--willing to wait--but she had stressed that another appt at 5 pm was the reason I needed to be there at 4. So not wanting to have my own services rushed, I asked why I was told to come promptly at 4 only to wait. Meanwhile I was asked to sit in a lumpy uncomfortable sofa and my only view was a salon chair with a whole head of hair below that had been cut and never swept. It became awkward when the one woman (owner, I am guessing from her comments later?) left her pedicure customer to put a soak on my nails. I felt bad for the customer in the chair, but she said the customer agreed--so I I thought--maybe everyone can be happy? Then she says to me "you know it costs extra to remove gel?" to which the other employee starts to explain she told me not to buy the Groupon on the phone, so it would not be extra. At this point the manager/owner starts to go off about me expecting too much (when it was exactly what was quoted to me over the phone) and gets annoyed with me for rushing in to make their timeline and pay a price that they have offered. I was dumbfounded and left with one nail partially stripped---so I had to find another place to go immediately on a Saturday afternoon at 4 pm. The only reason I took the time to write this review is so you do not go here too. I will be contacting Groupon as well, but I cannot post on their offer because I never bought the Groupon.Please be aware!!! read more

Disorganized, they cancelled on me once not knowing they had another appointment and the same thing happened to someone else as I was having my nails done. They didn't even apologize to her. Unclean, unprofessional, not friendly and the only time I have ever had my nails done and it was painful. They cut the nails so low and uneven. read more
