Out and about in Fayetteville we were hungry. Read good things about this place so we stopped in. Lunch time was not busy so we grabbed a table up front. Menu has all the standard pub fairs. Got some fried pickles to start. Lightly breaded with great flavors! I grabbed the *Southern Buffalo Sandwich, Lightly fried chicken breast, coated in our Latitude buffalo sauce, topped with Swiss cheese, bacon, served on a warm kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. This was so good. The chicken was so tender and great flavors. Deb had the *Latitude BLT. Twist on the classic BLT with fried green tomatoes, piment bacon, and lettuce served on toasted Texas Toast. So many good flavors. All in all an amazing food spot. Alex took care of us from behind the bar and was awesome. Great local spot with a great vibe in the Haymount. The food was actually pretty good. However, I wasn't impressed by the service nor cleanliness. The table we were at didn't seem to be wiped down and had sticky syrup residue on it, I had to asked for it to be wiped down. There were 3 of us at the table and we only got 2 sets of utensils. We just had to ask for everything that should be standard customer service. I would give it another try since the food was good. read more

Overall: A hidden gem! Latitude 35 is a must go during my visits to Fayetteville. By luck, Lynsey has been my server each visit and she is WONDERFUL! Extremely kind, personable, and humorous. Food: All hits, no miss. I've tried the shrimp wrap, fried pickles, ultimate fish sandwich, and shrimp tacos. All were made with notably very good quality ingredients. I recommend the shrimp tacos or shrimp wrap paired with Flat Rock pineapple ale. Ambiance: I must say, the inside and outside seating areas carry different vibes. I always opt to sit outside, very laidback and beachy. During my last visit, Latitude 35 was hosting a bingo night. I will certainly be planning my visits to ensure I don't miss out! I am updating my review, because I have been coming here for almost a year now, and I feel like it isn't only four stars for me. I have worked my way through a large portion of both the brunch and lunch menus, and I have gone for drinks on the back patio. Everything I have eaten here is really tasty, and has nice presentation. The staff is always on point, with my fave being Ellie. I love all the benedicts (especially the southern- that fried green tomato with the pimento cheese is divine), the pancakes are amazing and huge, gotta show some love to the grouper fingers, and the pickle chips as they are both crispy and never greasy. I also like that I have asked for things to be added or subtracted from a dish and that has never been an issue.  The bloody mary's at brunch are some of the best around, so good that if you show up before 10am on a Sunday, and it's virgin; it still tastes great! The vibe at night is laid back and the patio is always buzzing with music or bingo or trivia. There really isnt one thing negative I could say about Latitude 35, its even in a cool part of town with several walkable things nearby. Love it! read more

3 stars for food, but maybe 2 for service. Guessing last night was just an off night as I've been here twice before with good service. However last night, was a bust. They were busy and there seemed to only be one waitress for the patio. She apologized for being the "only waitress" and it taking a while for her to get our drink order. No big deal. However, she proceeded to take orders' for 2 tables who came in AFTER us. She then came and finally took our food order, but it was frustrating to see a table who came in after us, receive their food and we hadn't even got to place our food order! Multiple people came in, sat down, then promptly left when they saw how lacking the service was. On to the food.... we ordered an app (fried pickle chips), BLT, jerk nachos, and two other sandwiches. All came out together and she seemed annoyed and confused when I explained we didn't want the pickle chips as we had ordered them as an APPETIZER which meant we wanted them BEFORE the food came out. So.... she took them from the table. I've been to plenty of places with better customer service that not only apologize that they came out late, but that they would take them off the bill. I used to love going to this place but the ability to comfortably eat inside has become a miserable experience. The a/c and heat have been out since I believe October. The staff has to wear jackets inside when it's cold and so do the customers. The owner of this place doesn't seem to care about his patrons or his staff. And this is a place I tend to go to multiple times a week because I work within walking distance. It was a pretty cool vibe, I went on bingo night. They had a live DJ. The margarita was good, but honestly the food wasn't to rave for! I asked the waitress what was the best seller and she had me get some 'steak fajita bowl' but it was honestly not goood. It was very bland. I live in Haymount and frequent the restaurant and/or bar side. The food has always been on point with the exception of *one* time where there was barely any pork on my pork nachos. -Shrimp & Grits: amazing -Nachos with Pulled Pork: amazing -BLT: great!! BUT make sure you double check you're not getting a plain BLT vs. the one with fried green tomato & pimento. My server made this mistake and sent out a plain BLT. They were so busy I didn't make a fuss about it, though. I inquired about it on my next visit & was informed they have two buttons for BLT in the system. Still yummy both ways (yes, there is a price difference). -Potato Cakes: oh my stars these are AMAZING! -Drinks: always made well & pretty quickly even on busy nights. -Fish & Chips: and EXCELLENT portion of both fish & chips and super tasty! -The Maui (I think?) sandwich: Love the portions of chicken & pineapple- highly recommend. Overall: love this place! The atmosphere is great as well. Laid back, music at a reasonable level, and the only thing related to a "complaint" is that servers seem overwhelmed some visits. We're usually big Latitude fans, but our recent meal proved to be disappointing. While it was later in the evening, we ordered dinner and drink. The servers, as always, were great. No complaints there! But the food was another story...it was flavorless, portions were tiny and, overall, just a disappointing meal. We had ahi tuna starter, blackened shrimp tacos and a Caribbean chicken Cobb salad. No flavor in anything we ate. Didn't help that I also had to spit out pieces of suspicious, inedible chicken bits from my chicken Cobb salad. Heard there might be a new cook, which might explain tonight's disappointing experience? Or maybe it's just that Latitude (and most nearby restaurants, for that matter) is a great option when you want a cheat meal or something fried. We left that awful Ruby Tuesday experience to stumble in here. Just a hole in the wall, really -but still pretty cute. We sat at the bar as it had a non pretentious feel. Service was amazing. Food was every bit as good. I had Buffalo chicken sandwich w no cheese and sweet potato fries. It did not disappoint Hubby had Maui Chicken w mixed veggies. I admit, I was a little jealous of his veggies. They looked pretty awesome! Drinks kept coming in a very timely fashion. Absolutely love the service here! I come with friends regularly for lunch and we are rarely disappointed. The brunch items are reasonably priced and portion sizes are good as well. I love getting a good Bailey's coffee and mimosas are average. This place is pet friendly and they have recently enclosed the back patio to accommodate for the fall/winter weather. read more

My apologies in advance for a lengthy review... Super disappointed with where this place has gone. I used to go frequently and the food was delicious. The drinks were excellent. Service was on point and entertainment was never an issue. It's been a couple years since I've been here and I won't go back after this last experience. The server was nice, but forgot very basic things. Even took an order from guests that were seated long after us. There was no drink menu this time and they had no idea what cocktails to suggest with tequila other than a margarita. I ordered the ahi tuna bowl and it was probably the worst cut of tuna I've ever had. I had to spit half of it out because it was chewy. Like ligaments, chewy. Not sure how else to explain it. On top of that, there were other guests sitting behind us where the back of the bench seat turns into a bar-style table for people to sit. So, the server had to keep propping their knee up on the bench practically in my lap and getting her hair on me every time. The guests behind us talked so loud and were clearly drunk. We would have found another table, but the place was full outside. To add to our special night... the guests behind us had dumped their drinks and it just poured all over me. I wouldn't have gotten upset over it (accidents happen) if the server I told even pretended to care. I had to tell a different server three times and she continued to look at me confused. I gave up and ended up switching to a different seat at our same table. They sent a bus boy over to clean up, but he didn't fully clean it up. Our server came over, about five to ten minutes later and only apologized. No one comped a single thing. Not a free beer. Not a tiny discount. Not a dessert. Nothing. The only saving grace they had was to correct the problem. We're usually understanding and patient people, but even before ordering, things started to go downhill and the whole experience was really disappointing. I was so excited to show my husband a nice spot with live music and outdoor seating. I will say, it's excellent if you've already got a couple drinks in you and just want quick food and more alcohol. Went here for the first time for lunch. It was pretty good! I got the BLT (8/10) with potato cakes (9/10) and my mom got the crab cake sandwhich (7/10) with the potato cakes. The BLT and crab cake sandwhich were tasty. The only things that I would say is I wish the crab cake was crispier as it was kind of soft and falling apart. The BLT was good but I do wish that the fried green tomatoes were crispier as the breading was sliding right off of them. The potato cakes are mashed potato style to the inside is kind of soft. They also came with sour cream, bacon, green onions, and cheese, which was a nice touch. Our food came out fast and the inside was nice and clean, not too loud either. Our server was really nice, she was a Polish lady and made sure that everything was good. I believe her name was Monica. I'd definitely come back and try more stuff on the menu. I live down the road. About a 10 min walk. Ingredients here will typically be fresher than most other places in Fayetteville. Never had a problem with the food. Servers here are cordial. Definitely pricer than most places especially if you leave a tip. Food more than makes up for it. read more

Found this place on Yelp while stopping by Fayetteville. Absolutely AMAZING food!! Super quick service. Had the Grouper Fingers as an app and was a HUGE portion. So disappointed :/ this place had been on my "to go" list for a while and today I had the opportunity to show up and it was a complete and utter disappointment, no other way to put it. The server had no clue what was going on, she put no effort in getting me a drink menu or answering my questions. They have an open bar but no idea what a Pisco Sour is, the food is over priced for the quality and the ambiance is a wanna be Key West Tiki but is so dark I'm expecting steak on the menu. When it came back for the credit receipt for me to sign it was for $41. I pointed it out to them and they apologized and said there was an error. And but this is the second time this happened in this restaurant. I have some stuff to other people. They also had questions but never challenge the bill. It's very clear to me that they pad bills. I have friends that regularly go there. The servers are all amazing. I'm very picky person by nature and the seem to get my order perfect. I rarely leave reviews however I felt it fitting to leave a review. Elle the manager seems to have this place better then any chain operation restaurant I believe if you have never tried it and you do you will have a new fav place to go. This place is located off Hay Street in a nice area. Went here on a Sunday around 1pm. I did not like the feel of the resteraunt, although empty, the staff seemed to be preoccupied. We sat in the outdoor seating area. I was immediately turned off by them bringing my beverage in a styrofoam cup but quickly got over that. I ordered the southwest chicken egg rolls (appetizer) which Tasted bland and like they were store bought frozen egg rolls. In fact, parts of the egg roll were still cold inside. My friend ordered the nachos which were decent. Our waitress decided to end her shift and never let us know, so we were there waiting and had no idea her shift was over. Terrible customer service.
