Though a bit complicated to get started, Claire greeted me when I walked in, and walked me through purchasing credits, choosing the right machine, and hooking up to wifi so I could work. She greeted everyone as they entered and checked on people while she cleaned the machines. A fantastic gal. This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. They also have a wash and fold service that I'm sure to take advantage of in the future.

It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. I have had no issues with letting them handle my Italian wool suits.

This is the best laundry in our area. I have been to many laundromats over the years and even…read morelarger and more modern ones are not as well kept as this one. The machines are 99% of the time working and clean. The floor is always clean and smells as if it was just mopped every morning. It is open from 6:00 AM to Midnight every day. The coin machine always works and I used to check that before I would even haul my laundry inside. Now I KNOW it works every time. I can also leave my laundry in the machines and go to the grocery store while they wash and KNOW it is safe. Greene is of course, that kind of small town where you can leave doors unlocked and your laundry in the washing machines at the laundromat. The parking lot is always clean and shoveled and plowed in the winter. There is a bench for sitting outside in the nice weather. Inside there is a candy machine and a soda machine, as well as a laundry supplies dispenser. Always works. There is table full of children's books so your children have something to do while you are washing your laundry. They also have a coupon box where people can swap coupons. My only gripe with this laundromat is that the bathroom is locked at all times. That is too bad because it would be nice to be able to use it when you are there.
