My hair is always done well and rarely have I left not happy and given the 12 years, that's saying a lot. The nail tech Jenise Ashley is the best. I love the way she does my nails and I love chatting with her. She is a major asset there but (and this is part of why this is 4 instead of 5), I think she's very underutilized. It can be hard to book hair and nails on the same day. I am an oddball because I don't like doing this stuff so when I do it, I prefer one and done! :) I am really glad the endless country music has stopped because it was really such noise pollution for me, I stopped coming in for awhile. I just can't listen to it for that long. I don't even know that the stylists liked it! Another reason for 4 out of 5-the pricing is a touch higher than is reasonable. I can and do pay it because I really like my stylist and Jenise, but the pricing could be off-putting to others. I've seen coupons for new customers out. This always irks me as a long time customer--why not some kind of loyalty program? It doesn't have to be complicated at all. I like things simple. Overall, the receptionist is friendly and will work to get you in even when you're forgetful like I tend to be sometimes. The stylists (mine is Shaney) and Jenise are wonderful. I have not used any of the others but my daughter has and had good results. I've gone to them for a long time and will keep going.

This time it was a rogue agent, I did not get his name I had to make calls and track him down. He moonlighted as help at my local store (Burlington Ky) all I had was a description, clean cut, black hair, blue eyes, and takes excellent care of his 2 dogs. Well I found him and his name is Kyle Home based in cold springs. If you get the chance go have him straighten your head out. I had confidence for 2 weeks before I hunted him down...when you look sharp, you feel sharp and then you are sharp. 5 stars

This was a terrible experience. The color done by the…read morestylist was not what we had discussed; the highlights were thick and chunky & wrong color- I had stated over & over I did not want golden at all. The extension install was literally a disaster. The wefts were cut so the bands shredded, you could see the extensions, they were not connected in spots, had slippage, even after a correction they were not correct. Numerous other professionals said this was the worst install they had ever seen. I have severe damage to my natural hair. Instead of an apology, the owner left it up to me to deal with & left my natural hair completely wrecked. No apology was offered because the business refused to take any type of accountability, even though the are the "professional"
