In the past, stylists have always had a hard time with my hair since it's so long and thick, but Rachel really knew what she was doing and how to work with my hair. All of the stylist at Supercuts are really great and friendly. Excellent customer service. No complaints.

He used to be located in downtown Cincinnati but overhead costs got to be too much. Jeff had a lot of loyal customers who would go somewhere else to get their hair done so he decided to have a salon built below his home. When you walk in the door of the salon you are greeted by four little smiling faces. Jeff has four generations of female dogs. I can't remember what breed they are but they may be a mix between a Shih-Tsu and a Yorkie. They are so cute and friendly and are very entertaining while you are waiting to get your hair cut! Jeff is an international hair stylist. He often travels all over the world to do hair for high profile fashion shows and events. Once he even went as far as China! I would trust Jeff with my hair any day. In his spare time, Jeff is a theater major at Northern Kentucky University. If you ask nicely he may even sing for you! He has a beautiful voice.

Though, to be fair I usually call the day before to try and get a slot. Personally, I'd forget if I had to make the reservation a week in advance. Jeff has a very loyal following and for good reason. I get a simple mens haircut, and he's quick and efficient. Oh, did I mention the puppies? THE PUPPIES! There are usually about.... a million (or five) when you first enter the salon. They are super friendly and not overly aggressive at all. They make nice companions while you wait for your turn.

When he was finished and walked up to the front and I could see him fighting back the tears. It was like she did the exact opposite of everything we asked for. This time it was a rogue agent, I did not get his name I had to make calls and track him down. He moonlighted as help at my local store (Burlington Ky) all I had was a description, clean cut, black hair, blue eyes, and takes excellent care of his 2 dogs. Well I found him and his name is Kyle Home based in cold springs. If you get the chance go have him straighten your head out. I had confidence for 2 weeks before I hunted him down...when you look sharp, you feel sharp and then you are sharp. 5 stars
