First time in this location. I went in there to get my sides trimmed and left with no hair. I specifically said just the sides, to cut no hair on top and she went ham. Not only did she cut off too much hair but it was very badly done. And to top it all off she still charged me and gave me no receipt. This has got to be the worst haircut I've ever gotten in my life. Walked in with my three kids and asked if there was much of a wait. They said two people. Got my three kids signed in (my daughter has been so excited to get a bob cut and even got dressed nice for the event). I asked them if I had 10 minutes to run next door to Petsmart, or was the wait even less than that. They said, "oh, more than 10 minutes." Went to petsmart and came back 15 minutes later to a locked door. Waited for awhile and they finally came over and said, "oh, we're closed. You should have been here earlier." Very unprofessional. I have been coming here for over a year now. I am VERY particular about who I go to for a good cut. I usually get a bald fade with the shortest I can possibly go on the sides. To me, one of the most important people in life is the one who handles your hair. Monica is that gem here. She knows exactly what she is doing, and has a good variety of skills when it comes to hair. I've been waiting 50 minutes to get my hair cut and since I've been in here 2 people who walked in after me have sat down and have had their hair cut. Make sure if you are black you show them a picture of what a fade is, or you will come out completely bald! And then you will not get your money back, maybe a few dollars. My daughter has a style where her head is shave in the back, she is 14. The woman cut her hair with clippers with look like no guards. Its Supercuts....so not expecting high dollar service. This location is hit or miss depending on the stylist. Did find it unprofessional that they had a lobby full of people waiting and while one stylist was busy working the other was wandering around doing various cleaning tasks. I get that the shop needs to be cleaned but probably not the best idea to make people wait longer. read more

Went in to get my bob cut as I had let it grow longer than I normally do.. I told the lady I like it short in the back with an angle cut on the sides... my hair has no shape to it whatsoever and does not look even on both sides. I went in for a French braid on my hair. My hair is shoulder length long. The process would have taken maybe five minutes. The lady tried to charge me $30 for this simple style. I do not recommend the shop to anyone! The lady's has to ask each other in the room if anyone knew how to do this braid. ( a beginners style) and only one stylist was skilled enough to know how to French braid!! This now makes me question their cosmetology certificates. read more

I never waited more than a few minutes before they got to me, the two stylist I had in both occasions were nice and had great customer service, and the time spent cutting my hair was adequate. I told the girl I wanted my hair to be shoulder length when it dried and warned her that it was extremely curly more than once, even showed her a picture of what I wanted that I've used before. I have never made a yelp complaint until now. Hopefully it's not all the stylists there, but mine was horrible. I went in on 3/31/2016. I was there between 4:20-5. My hair was cut by some Hispanic girl who failed to tell me her name or say anything at all. Yes I understand they're not there to make convo but it was just awkward. I normally get a number 4 all the way around and tapered in the back. It's an extremely easy cut that maybe takes 10 minutes tops. She proceeds to cut my hair and all of a sudden not even 5 minutes later she's done and I can easily see it looks horrible. I ask her to fix a few spots and it made it worse. I literally went to sports clips right after and she fixed it immediately with no problem. Yes I have pictures to prove it as well. My advise stay away from this place or at least this girl. She can't do the simplest haircut. Im a guy so I'm not picky with my hair at all, but this was just embarrassing. read more
