For all the folks who use to go to the Supercuts in Woodinville and had Theresa as your stylist; I FOUND HER!!! She is now at this Supercuts and still doing outstandingly work! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER and know you won't be sorry! She is as good as she is nice. She always is heard working and the salon is lucky to have her!!! The salon is much nicer than Woodinville too! Supercuts is a decent place to get a haircut. Nothing fancy but just getting a trim works. Teresa was my stylist although Lily is good too.

5-26-19- Today is the last time I get to visit for a haircut, it's been 3 years since I started coming here for my cuts. I've been with Felicia the whole time and I can't say enough good about her. You won't be disappointed! 3-12-16 - This is 3rd time here and Felicia is amazing! She is always friendly and most importantly detailed about her cuts. Great job! Checked in on line and arrived 15 min later. No one was waiting. Waited 10 to 15 min for Teresa to finish. No one checked with me and they couldn't find me on the list so they took someone who just walked and was on the list. Been going there for s couple years and always tip about $5 cash. First time here, and Felicia was great!!! Very personable and kind. Really knew what she was doing and gave me a great cut. I have had issues with hair stylists in other places not listening to me or even being talkative, so this was a breath of fresh air. I am very, very, picky about my hair yet simultaneously fear salons. I had the opportunity to have my hair cut and balayaged here. It was the first professional colour and cut I've had in over 3 years. Felicia did an amazing job. Better than I could have ever hoped for or imagined. As a stay at home Mom to 3 little boys, I don't make a lot time to pamper myself and I don't feel pretty very often. I left feeling like a million bucks! The owner Bing is also incredibly sweet and makes you feel so welcome! Hey UWB students, this place is not worth the student discount. That is, if they even decide to give it to you. I've come here twice and gotten mediocre haircuts, I thought the first time may have been a fluke, but I guess not. I came for the student discount. I knew the discount code by heart, but they insisted I needed one of the tabs from the poster. They were very rude about it, and so I spent the haircut time fuming. Lily cut my hair, insisted I should get my sideburns faded despite me saying otherwise (I ended up cutting it mid ear myself at home), and almost gave me a block cut in the back despite asking otherwise (luckily I caught that one.) More importantly, I asked her to make sure to cut the corners of my hair so it wouldn't look like I had cat ears, but she forgot. I had to do a rudimentary job of cutting that part myself when I got home, but honestly I just wanted to get out of there. Whatever though, potentially bad haircuts are part of the bargain when you go to cheap places. The real last straw for me was at payment. Their card reader was malfunctioning, and Lily called in her manager to help, at which point I heard the manager say "This guy's causing quite a few problems for us, huh?" I think she was trying to be humorous or charming, I don't know, but it was at that point where I officially gave up on this place... My grandma taught me two rules about getting my hair cut: Always be kind to your barber, and tip them generously. Today I broke both of those rules for the first time. Goodbye forever. read more

I was happy with my hair cut but the prices they have up can be misleading. It said it was $25 for a shampoo, cut, and blow dry then I went up there to pay and they said it would be $38 because I had long hair. That was unfair because the sign just said $25 (It didn't say anything about different prices for different lengths) The guy who did my haircut did a great job though! read more

This is a hidden gem. I have not been to Supercuts since I was a kid but the timing was perfect. I called and asked if she had any openings and she fit my two kids in almost immediately. Both women working in the salon were super kind and funny. We even had an impromptu dance party. My kids really like their new cuts for school and I appreciate the price. read more

I went to the Bothell supercuts for a haircut, wanting to use their coupon. To my displeasure, I was first aggressively interrogated for personal information. I complied to a point but it went too far. So I objected to being "tracked like an animal" for the sake of corporate marketing. Excuse me, but I am already the victim of identity theft because of this kind of cr@p! The supercuts employee's response was indignant. Never again. Gavin knew just what I needed, and helped me to modify my amazing mohawk look, into a subdued yet edgy version I could wear to my job in healthcare. I am used to spending $100-$240 for a color and cut at some very nice salons, but you can't just get in to a stylist without at least a week's notice. I got the mind blowingly incredible mohawk on a Thursday, but on Monday (President's Day), I realized that it would not go over well at work. Not having much of a choice, I went to Super Cuts to get it mowed down even with the rest of my hair. Gavin said he liked the cut, but was able to trim it down to a point where you can just barely see it's still there. My hair was all the rage at work. Two weeks later, I returned to get a color. It is this rich, coppery, red that catches the light and almost looks like it's on fire. Another winner! read more

I HATE them!!!!! They are cheaters. I asked them how much it would cost for blow dry and styling and could not get a clear answer. And then they charged an exorbitant price for just a simple blow dry. WTH!! At least have a courtesy to tell the customer the cost for the styling services upfront.
