My little sister has been crying all day as she only asked them to cut a little bit an they cut more and not only that they cut her hair super uneven that her left side is way longer than her right. didn't bother to spray her hair down with water or nothing which normally hair stylists do to cut hair if you choose not to wash it. The lady just cut her hair dry. Dont know who was the lady who cut her hair due to her dad was the one who took her. she was Asian or Chinese not sure the ethnicity or if that helps. I'm really upset! I grew out my hair for my cut. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I showed the stylist (Zahra) a picture of what I wanted which is more of a K-pop vibes. The reference photo even had arrows of how the cut should look.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had the length and hair Asian texture for the cut. The cut just requires it to be cut on the lower back and sideburns. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She asked me if I wanted a number 2 on the sides and I asked her if a 1 would work since it tends to grow out fast in those areas and she assured me it would. [[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I also told her I want the top long but add shape if it needed. She basically gave me a blended cut and went up way too high. When I told her she went too short, she told me it was my fault for "confusing her by telling her a number" when she mentioned t[[HIGHLIGHT]]o me a number 2 first. She also said next time to do a scissor cut and[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]that it will grow out. A true professional would ask questions about any confusions instead of just cutting. She asked me if I wanted gel to see it styled and spike[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]d it up. She asked me if this is how I wear it and i said "no. I wear it down like t[[HIGHLIGHT]]he picture I showed you." She clearly did her own thing and didn't even pay attention to my reference photo. I cried when I got home. I got a trim the other day, came here for the first time. I asked for an 1/2 to 1 inch off max and a bit of layers on the back however it made my hair look very choppy and seemed to cut about 3inches in the front. I've gone to this Supercuts for the last 3 years because of the affordability and generally good haircuts. Adult haircuts are $25. I recommend April the most. She's knowledgeable and experienced, and she has never messed up my hair. -1 star on a recent experience. April wasn't available so I saw Zahra this time. She was kind but too quick, so my hair didn't turn out as even as I had hoped. What really irked me was that I had received a $5 Supercuts coupon for this location, and she would not honor it because she "didn't know how" to apply it and kept telling me to use it next time... Everything was organized and the building was in good condition, as well as had a good temperature. It was a little busy and the clientele was primarily male of all ages. Parking lot is a little hectic since it's a busy area. Staff was very friendly, conversational, and skilled. Used to come here a lot, but I'm afraid I won't be after learning that Janice doesn't work here anymore. I learned that the stylists didn't respect her as a person, and she decided to leave due to both stylist and client bullying. They didn't see her "as a girl" even though she uses a woman's name, uses feminine pronouns, and dresses like a woman. To know that her coworkers didn't treat her with respect and validity is awful; and I don't want to support a business that tolerates that type of behavior. It's such a shame. She did great work, you can see in the photos. She highlighted and colored my hair. I will be frequenting the San Pedro Supercuts, where I learned she now works. Alicia and Leslie are amazing. Dad decided it would be a good idea to take our daughter in for a haircut at a barbershop. They cut off 6 inches of out daughters hair and left it a choppy mess. I called and spoke with Alicia and she told us to come on in. We arrived and there were a few ahead of us but the girls moved at a great pace leaving each person ahead of us with great cuts and styles. Then came our turn. Leslie was great at fixing my daughters hair and making her feel special and beautiful. Alicia is a great conversationalist and had me leave feeling like a fierce queen. I have been going to Supercuts for a little over three years now. My regular stylist is Maryleen. I cannot speak highly enough about her professionalism, customer service, and technical skill. She is Grade A! I know that as a client I can be a bit difficult due to the scarring I have on the back of my head. Getting a fade is tricky, but Maryleen is always patient, considerate, and DOES NOT make me feel like an inconvenience. Maryleen has always got her mind on what's best for the client base and the salon. You can tell she is very conscientious of business operations, while keeping her mind on the needs of incoming customers. She is very good at making you aware of the various services offered, and the salon's promise to deliver quality results. I trust her recommendations when I am in her chair. I never fail to receive compliments on my look after I've come to her. She takes her time with my requests, and is very good about sharing her own aesthetic opinion. I often see newly hired stylists coming over to her station to learn her technique, or shadow her so that they can improve on their own methods and handling of customers. The greatest testament of her excellence is the loyal client list that she has developed. She has regulars that I've seen come in and out for years! I am dismayed to hear that Janice is no longer with this Supercuts. A good friend of mine has been a really big fan of Janice's work and her ability to connect with her clients. But I am writing this review and giving it the obligatory 1-star because I have been made aware that the management at Supercuts did not respect Janice and her own identity as a transgender woman. While gender identity shouldn't matter when it comes to hair, it does matter when your workplace won't accept who you are - the management had reportedly kept referring to Janice as "he" and sharing with all of the customers and staff about her personal matters of surgery, etc. Unacceptable and a sign that this Supercuts should be boycott if you stand up for transgender folks and of course, Janice's amazing work as a hair stylist. read more

For the very first time I was disappointed coming here. I had an appointment but had to wait over an hour past my appointment time since they were behind. Luckily I was waiting by the door since they almost sat someone else. I asked for a simple men's hair cut. The stylist rushed through it and did not take my requests into consideration as I asked if we try some things along the way. Before I can look at my hair in detail to insure I was satisfied with it the stylist took away the apron and said I was done. Why offer online check ins and approximate wait times if they aren't accurate? I'm home watching the Dallas game and need a haircut today. I goto to Supercuts website and it says 15 minutes wait time so I figure I get the hair cut done quickly and come back to finish watching the game. I check in on my phone and drive the 5 minutes to get there. I've been sitting here for 43 minutes and am still waiting for my haircut. And they took someone who walked in after me. If my hair wasn't so out of control today would have left already. This location will certainly never see me again. Update: they just took the fourth person before me. I was told 2 people and the last 2 were not there when I arrived. I asked about it and they didn't care. I just walked out after almost 50 minutes WITHOUT A HAIRCUT!
