While I was waiting…read morefor my turn, Lauren was cutting the hair of a handicapped woman who had leg brace as well as a cane. Lauren was so kind and patient with the little lady. She helped her up and took her out to the car and saw her off in the rain. Meanwhile, Holly was simultaneously cutting the hair of an elderly man on a walker and giving a perm to his wife. Holly was also so patient and kind while helping the man get up from the shampoo to the salon chair for his cut. She also helped him out to the waiting area while she finished up the wife. I don't usually get the warm fuzzies from a hair salon, but today the hairdressers and the front desk person were exceptionally kind to their customers :)
